The fries are golden, crispy, and homemade — straight cut with just the right thickness. The cheese curds? Easily the best I’ve ever had anywhere west of Quebec. “Third time, shared pizza, not as spectacular as ice cream, dough was pale and undercooked, toppings were sparse. I see what people say about staff, this time they were pretty clueless and not really helpful. Again didn't get to try Pizza, maybe next time but Ice Creams just as good as remembered. Sweet tangy pink grapefruit felt like eating crushed frozen fruit and Chocolate like a melted frozen chocolate, Scrumptious! Staff couldn't have been more pleasant. They do not do tastings, probably to much trouble when busy but do other food places??? Of course not. Maybe could do an after you pay, try a couple? Anyway great Icecream
Couldn’t try the pizza but if its as fabulous as the ice cream…. Best Ice cream i’ve had here and I’ve tried a lot! This is tasty, luscious cold and soft. Service was fine, wish we could have had more, hopefully another time.“

Went to return it and the manager blamed my husband said couldn’t be from them. Seriously Sorry but we have better things to do then drive all the way from Delta To get another milk. “Nice spot for dessert at Brentwood. Akbar Mashti is my go to flavor but there are lots of delicious gelato choices along with cakes and pastries. Bella Gelateria has always been my favorite gelato shop since the original location opened downtown many years ago.“

“I got the earl grey and honey on a waffle cone and it was the most exquisite flavour. I highly recommend it. My husband got the double chocolate raspberry and says it’s his current favourite. Staff were friendly and efficient. No line at 7pm on a Wednesday night in June. Pictures were taken after we’d been enjoying the cones for a while.

Every single time I checked back it had only gotten bigger! I ended up being one of the last people before the mall closed and these people were so incredibly kind and fast and courteous. Even though it was quite busy and he was working alone, he managed all the orders with ease and professionalism.“

“National banana split day is my fav day of the year! But there was no advertising outside the shop and the girl didn't seem to know anything about it until I showed her the email. Email also said custom flavors and she thought it was only the standard.
A different girl ended up serving us who was very nice.

“I wanted to order a beef dip and pay for my groceries and was shocked to find that the order line up for lunch and grocery are separate! The result was the cashier scrambling to grab a pen and paper from the sandwich bar. The process was not smooth.

I have no problem with the staff since they are kind. I am concerned with the ordering process confusing customers and staff. The signage that indicates where to order lunch should be hanging visibly, not hidden from plain sight.

The fine flakes of ice melted on my tongue and the ube flavour was a perfect flavour and sweetness. I greatly appreciated that I could choose my preferred sugar level. I also had try the chocolate flavour in the same visit, and was delighted by that one as well. I highly recommend checking out this place!
