“Everybody giving bad reviews because of mobile ordering is weird. That's not the individual store's fault, they have no control over that. And if you know about the wait times and mobile ordering, just get with the times and order your coffee on your way to pick it up. Coffee was good, baristas were good, place was clean.“

As one of my family member was at the hospital and staff was very nice, they took a moment to get to know me and asked how my day was and i was able to find comfort talking to them. I dont remember the name of the employee who was on register but he was really nice.“
“A young lady Cathy who made our coffee was polite, efficient and respectful. She made our coffee in under a minute.

“I just want to share how impressed I am with one of your employees (her name is Zahra). My wife & a friend went to get coffee & something to eat. Turns out they ran out of what I ordered (but already paid for it). So Zahra was kind enough to prepare us something else (hot sandwiches) which was better than what we ordered. She didnt have to do that but she did it anyway (pleasantly & with apologies). I think you should hire more people like her.“
