“Placed an order using the mobile app
Due to a mobility issue, I did not feel like standing around the counter waiting, so I simply monitored the screen because no one called out order numbers or a name when there was one attached to the order …
So when I saw my order switch categories on the screen, I went up to ask if it was ready
I simply received a “ya…” as my beverage, and donut were placed in front of me to take.
No platitudes were exchanged consequently.
The team member I was dealing with was engaged in a private conversation with an individual, but she appeared to know .
A friend or a coworker who was not on duty perhaps… I could not say
However, in the interim while I waited for my order from the moment I had placed it. I had noticed three other TH team members very close to the front who were engaged amongst themselves, and I believe that they could have been assisting the 2 TH members who were working in the front of the house.. which could have sped up the level of service being delivered and possibly increasing house sales.
At the very least one of the individuals could have been calling out order numbers (and or names) for those that were completed and ready for pick up .
As an order individual, I have a diploma background in Hotel & Restaurant Management and Operations.
I have previously worked in several fast food restaurant location where we dealt with monthly visitation by mystery shoppers who graded the locations on several factors from friendliness and speed of service to the taste and quality of the food and climbing of the location etc. when a location received a five star for a particular month employees were noted that had been working and a small honorarium with placed into a trust that would be potentially collected throughout year and given to the staff at year and with either minor prizes or more than often a small celebratory
Barbeque or otherwise type of get together.

However, you CAN get your coffee with oat milk or almond milk. The foods tend to be high in both sugars/fats as well as sodium!
Substitute sweeteners IS available in place of sugar … but for your coffee!
I like the slow cooked cilantro lime, chicken wrap, but as someone whom does not add salt to any of my foods, my lips always seem to have had a slight burning tingling sensation from time to time either while eating the rat or once I am finished
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp along the side with a red button to press to open the door. once inside everything is on one level with a wheelchair, friendly counter height, where you pick up your order.
Do not count on using the washroom though … as it has been a long time since they have been accessible to anyone in the public.!!
The coffee is always fresh and great. In the mobile app, you can add that you want 1/2 decaf but sadly… not 1/4 decaf.“
