“I want to give a huge shoutout to Nemta at Tim Hortons She works the night shift and I usually stop by around 2:30 AM no matter how late it is she always greets me with a warm smile and a kind attitude
She’s truly an amazing person hardworking, respectful, and incredibly friendly. Even during the late hours when most people would be tired Nemta stays positive and gives her full effort She makes every visit feel personal and welcoming
You can really tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers. Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like her on the team“

“Everything is fresh and hot, and I appreciate the generous amount of cutlery and napkins included without mentioning as most of the restaurants does not provide. However I ordered a box of 10 timbits but did not received any birthday pop but the rest were delicious! Still very Happy with the service and will definitely order again. “Specially one East Indian girl (I think her name is Dharti), who prepares sandwiches and other lunch items is so customer friendly. She definitely adds values to our good experience at Tim Hortons. That is one reason I return to this store again and again . 8-10 times per week. Another person doing same type of works are one middle aged white lady, then a Philippino girl (a very pleasant personality). No bad experiences for me at this location“
