The espresso drinks have extra shots in them so if you get a large latte its not just milk.

I believe a large flat white is 4 shots. so really get you moving in the morning“

“The caffè mocha from JJ Bean was outstanding. The perfect blend of rich espresso and silky chocolate created a warm, indulgent treat that wasn’t overly sweet. “It's a lovely shop though it can be hard to find seats at times. Very popular, they have a laptop study room almost near the back. There's also outside seating when its not too cold. I stop here every time I'm in North Van.“

I work nearby and stop by for matcha two to three times a week.The staff are always warm and welcoming, especially Shima, who is incredibly kind and friendly. The matcha here is consistently delicious—smooth, rich, and perfectly prepared. I really appreciate having such a great local spot in the neighborhood. “I’ve always liked this coffee shop it’s one of my favorites. This time, I tried the donut, and it was interesting. It was really fresh, but I couldn’t quite figure out the flavor. It tasted like a mix of blueberry, raspberry, or maybe grape? Not sure!

The dough was super soft and fresh, so I still enjoyed it. Even if the flavor was a bit confusing, I’d definitely go back!“

“The staff is so disrespectful! We arrived at this place around 12:35pm and the hostess said they would have a 35 min wait list. We said ok, got our names in the wait list and left. After 35 min I came back for a time check and the hostess said more 30 min wait. We have a toddler and 1 hour wait would be too much for the toddler. I asked to talk to the manager but the hostess said there was no manager on duty that day. I insisted since that wouldn't make any sense. After begging to talk to the person in charge, finally someone showed up. The manager was even more disrespectful than the hostess - she kept this ironic smile all the time and said that the hostess removed our names from the list by mistake but nothing could be done, not even offer us the top of the wait list and we had to go to the bottom of the list again. She also said they were doing the best they could - I left without saying a word since keep discussing was just pointless - when I walk out the door I just heard "and please don't come back". Just don't come here.“

“Great little coffee shop. Alot of the food is made up by the owner and you can tell the difference. It's called quality! You pay a little more but well worth it. I love supporting small non franchise shops. Service is always, with a smile!“

“This was my second visit and I love their chicken wings! It was near the toilet so I believe that in peak hours there will be quite many people to buy foods and drinks. But when I came, not so many. The pricing is okay too! I don’t think I need to bring foods from home to visit Lynn Valley, because I can easily access foods and drinks here. They have many tables outside of the cafe and several inside. Just make sure to take care of your own garbage though! We don’t want any bears to see this place as source of food.“

“Best coffee. For years we brought it back to Winnipeg and now we are back in bc. The decaf espresso is unbelievable and Swiss Water process.“
