About once a month we show up here for a lunch club with a few friends. Talk about life enjoy a good meal and a few laughs. It's a great place it's local food is good the service staff are awesome. You can usually find parking anywhere nearby.“

They were so kind and reassuring that it was tucked away safe for my return! Not ONLY do they have the best wings in the Tri-Cities, but also the best staff❤️ Thank you!“

“I hadn't been in 4 months until this weekend and it looks like they recently had some staff turnover, but it's all good. I look forward to meeting the new staff. Weekend brunch was decent for bar food. It's a good idea. I'll be going back for that. I thought everything was pretty pricey, but then I had to remind myself that Canadian prices are not like US prices. The liquor tax here is bonkers. So, I guess their prices are on point for the area. Fleetwood is my favorite area in Surrey. I like this place as being my local hang out that me and my chums can walk to. It's also a good first date place because it's pretty low key. I.E., not loud, it has an upbeat ambiance (especially cozy on a rainy day), and you can actually have a conversation and hear each other. Another positive is that they cater to a wide demographic. All ages, all races, and so there are lots of regulars. I have found that the patrons are generally easy going and so a conversation can started pretty easily.“

“Overall a great place, however they allow smoking on the patio right next to a door and sitting at the bar you get the horrible stench of tobacco every time the door to the patio opens. Really should not allow smoking on the premises.“

“Food at Jolly Mac's is consistently very good. service is always friendly. One issue is that I have been shopping at the Liquor Store for 17 years. They always had tax and deposit included in the prices. Suddenly their prices have been changed to not have tax and deposit. I am not sure why this was done. It was always better to know the price you see is the price you pay. I think this was a poorly thought out decision.“

“This was my first time here, and my boyfriend’s first time here in a couple years. We were greeted very quickly after sitting down. Our waitress, I believe her name was Brenda (know from the receipt) was such a great waitress, so nice. The food was delicious, had a California club and my bf had the pulled pork Sammy. We will be back!“

“I first had the Garlic Parmesan Fries and they were great. Friendly staff too. When I returned several more times, I also got the personal sized nachos, cod and chips, crispy chicken sliders, chili chicken, chili chicken rice bowl, and quesadilla with chicken (but no black beans or corn), all of which were great and flavourful! So tasty and highly recommended. It’s really hard to beat the crispy chicken sliders. They’re so great!“

“A great evening with beers and delicious food. Natisha our server was so helpful and friendly as was her colleague who first sat ua and then took over when Natiaha completed her shift. The squid and hot chicken wings were delicious, fresh hot and juicy. Loved the variety of beers on tap.“

“I was at the Horse and Ryder pub for dinner and a live show. It happened to be Darren Lee and Mario the entertainers. This was the best entertainment our group has seen in 2 years. They interacted with the audience and made us all part of the show. It was amazing. Last but not least was the amazing staff on. Our server Samantha was one if the best we have seen in ages. Handled our two tables with ease and a smile. Such a pleasant girl. She was awesome. Her lovely smile made us feel so welcome. When you have Darren Lee and Mario again please let us know. “Met up there with a bunch of friends. We hadn’t seen each other in so long, we spent most of the time yapping. Our waitress was very sweet, efficient and friendly, assuring us we could take our time. The food was good, the atmosphere was fine, and the company great. Would definitely go back!“

“I attended the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce networking event at Samz Neighbourhood Pub, and the evening felt like stepping into a pocket of warmth and community. The pub was the perfect setting — relaxed, welcoming, and full of friendly faces.

Samz staff were attentive all night, the drinks were great, and the space created the ideal backdrop for conversations that flowed as easily as the atmosphere.

I met so many amazing local business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders — each conversation felt like a spark that could grow into something meaningful. Events like this remind me why I love living and doing business in the Tri-Cities.

I don’t know who y’all got working back there, but give them a raise. Jess and kayla are especially great bartenders and are always fast to make sure everyone is happy while at the bar. the experience is always fun and welcoming and other guests are always happy to meet new people would highly recommend coming to this bar“

“Great staff, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking, food was great though maybe a little pricy depending on what you get. We had a slight miscommunication about a food allergy that meant we had to send something back but they took care of us right away.

I recommend their bowls over their sandwiches.“

“This branch is always really good.. there’s never been a time when I had anything wrong with my order and I’ve been here so many times, it’s basically my go to now because of the good experience I get everytime I visit. We’re here Friday night at 10:40 pm but the food still came out fresh. And the food is always tasty and good. Customer service is one of the best in Surrey too.“

“Hi everyone first I would like to start off by saying that in 44 years I have never left a Google review.
The Fox and Fiddle in Surrey is Absolutely spectacular the staff. Keerat, Jade, Jessica, Jessica, Amrit, Yash , Emma go above and beyond in every level from the exceptional service, Actually happy and friendly no fake BS all around great vibe!. Their pricing Daily specials, quality of food is second to none in the lower mainland in my opinion and I’ve spent some serious money out eating and drinking in these parts. I have been coming here for 15 years and this place used to bump but after Covid like everything else, all the Mom and Pop shops took a serious hit.
It’s time for us to support local again and quit giving these mega corporations our hard earned dollars.
Do yourself a favour and stop by for breakfast lunch dinner a pint whatever you’re into you will not be disappointed.

“This Brown’s on Glen has incredible service, Incredibly compassionate staff, and their food, especially the blackened chicken cowboy salad is like it used to be and back to phenomenal….yum… the chicken was so so tasty and tender …yummy! We were there the last week in May and while the service was slow it was still great!! The manager came by and apologized and also insisted he pay for a couple of drinks for us. Even though we insisted on paying as we simply appreciated him apologizing for the slow service. We had a great discussion about how hard it is to staff restaurants. I can’t recommend this Brown’s enough. Great place to go with two people, a small group or a large group.“

“Very quiet local conveniently located near the river. Beautiful scenery just outside the door. There is outdoor seating and it is family friendly. We had a couple of appies and a couple of drinks. The drinks were cold and the food was hot. They had nice atmosphere and good service. We will visit again sometime.“

“First night there we were able to sit on the patio. It is nice and warm out there and the atmosphere for conversations is fantastic! We went back the next night (Saturday) and got there as the patio was closing. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to the lights inside (I have epilepsy and can't do the flashing lights) Will definitely go back again when the patio is open and have dinner and drinks again“

“Beautiful restaurant, right on the water. We weren't able to get an outside table though, it was already fully seated. Went for a special seafood boil dinner, that required reservations. The dinners were a decent portion, but could have used some garlic or other seasoning. It was fairly pricey because of the crab, but a great experience for someone who has wanted to try one for over a decade.
A quesadilla was also ordered and was reported to be the best he's ever had.“

The nachos were absolutely delicious with generous toppings, and the Nashville chicken was perfectly crispy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice. The service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The ambience was warm, modern, and perfect for a relaxing meal. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.
