“I came here a couple years ago when I was in the area for a construction project and was back again for another! The meal we had this time was as good as I remembered. You order at the front and as the sandwich or wrap is being made, you pay at the cashier counter on the left. We got the schnitzel sandwich with a hamburger soup and a chicken caesar wrap with the cream of mushroom soup. It was so filling and one of the best places to eat at in this industrial area. Definitely my go to cafe whenever I'm in the area for projects.“

“I've heard the french fries here described as "the best fries in the world", and although I wouldn't go so far as to make that claim, after chasing the kids around in the pool for several hours, the large fries (served with just the right amount of seasoning salt) is pretty delicious.The rest of the menu is alright (although some of the prices are pretty wild).They also serve JJ Bean coffee, which is a major bonus, and do a decent iced coffee.“

“I was there with 4 grandchildren. The person who helped us was so pleasant. The older kids had hot chocolate with whipped cream (and a marshmallow) . The little ones had cold milk but the lady came over to our table and gave them each a marshmallow too so they wouldn’t feel left out. A small but very appreciated touch. Someone who knows kids?It was a great experience because of her.“

“One of the few places near Surrey that has pour over coffee. Went for the first time and the pour over is really good. I should have asked the owner for the name again but it was some sort of light roast. Hoping they will respond to this for the coffee bean name.

Also, I ordered the beef teriyaki wrap for a snack. Not very traditional teriyaki but the wrap was flavorful and had that asian-bbq charred taste.“

“This is a great place for families! The play area for lis clean and well-maintained. I think it's best suited for kids under 2 due to the limited space and toy selection, and keep things safe for other children. The service is friendly and welcoming. While the food and drinks didn’t meet my expectations, we mainly came for the kids. We spent $36 on two drinks and one kids' meal, plus a baby play spot. It would be nicer if they open until night time“

My toddler loved the little, cozy play corner.

“This is by far the best cafe/coffeehouse in Coquitlam, if not the lower mainland. Staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is amazing, fresh, and filling, and the coffee is also fantastic! And prices are also really reasonable! The atmosphere in this place is always friendly, and if you call for take out its ready in a timely manner, I work in the area at times and always come here for lunch if I'm there around that time 10/10 beanery, keep doing what you're doing ❤️“

I asked for no sugar, and she snuck that powder in there without telling me and impacted my food sensitivity test. She was very nice otherwise and even offered me a new drink when I called on the phone, but I just wanted to warn people to ask for no powder if you want no sugar. :)“
