“Cozy local coffee shop with a nice vibe and great atmosphere. I loved the selection of drinks and pastries – the latte I had was smooth and flavorful. The place feels relaxing and welcoming, with plenty of natural light.

Service was friendly, but a bit slow during my visit. Also, while the quality of food and drinks was good, the pricing felt slightly on the higher end for what you get.

“This is my second time coming to sweet talk, the previous time I had a mini egg donut, this time I had their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I must say they were both amazing, and the prices are very affordable! All of their products are homemade. The atmosphere was very bright, cozy and inviting. The bathrooms were very clean and nice smelling( including the hand soap). when I walked in, I was greeted by Kate who not only told me about all the products but we ended up having a full on conversation! It was very pleasant talking with her, Kate brang my food to me plus asked if I wanted anything else. This is the true meaning of customer service; these days it’s hard to find! “I live in the building where Lieto Cafe is located and despite having a coffee machine and espresso machine at home I often pop in when I don’t feel like making my own. The owners and staff are always cheery and quick to greet you and get your order for you. The cakes are fantastic, especially the chocolate ganache… 😍😍 the coffees are great tasting whether it’s drip or espresso drinks. I got my Americano to go this morning and enjoyed while heading to a morning event.“

“I had my daughter's 4th birthday party at Little Bean in August 2025. It was very quiet on a Sunday afternoon of a long weekend so it was nice to practically have the play area to ourselves. The parents really enjoyed the coffees and the kids loved the hour of play and then hour in the party room. The food included in the party package was adequate for our group (two medium pizzas, fruit tray and veggie tray for 23 people) but we added an extra pizza just to be safe. The price was steeper than I'm used to paying for a birthday party but it was nice to have to prepare very little - just show up and enjoy ourselves! Their private room had everything we needed (plates, water, cups, cutlery, etc). The staff were very attentive. Julia was very helpful and kind. They were also accommodating about us bringing a gluten free pizza in for our birthday girl. All the interactions I've had with the staff through phone calls and past visits have always been phenomenal. I would definitely recommend having a party here for kids five and under as long as your budget isn't too tight.“

“I have dined in at this cafe several times and the peach fifty ade is always delicious. The brunch and sandwiches are very underrated and I always enjoy spending time here. I ordered delivery on uber for the first time and it was wonderful. They were unfortunately out of stock on an item I ordered and they gave me a call for it but I couldn't receive it since the number for my account was linked to my boyfriends :(

Cakes were consistent with their other location. Though this location doesn’t have as many cake options compared to their Burnaby branch. It was a bit loud inside since the interior was mostly cement/concrete finish but it was still giving the forest interior vibes. Parking was a challenge, we had to wait for 20-30mins for a slot to be available, and we eventually ended up parking along the street.“

“I don't like to write bad reviews, I just wanted to let everyone know they add a powder into their fresh fruit drinks without asking. I asked for no sugar, and she snuck that powder in there without telling me and impacted my food sensitivity test. She was very nice otherwise and even offered me a new drink when I called on the phone, but I just wanted to warn people to ask for no powder if you want no sugar. :)“

“I’ve been living in Coquitlam for a long time, and this was my first time coming to this coffee shop. I really regret not coming here earlier—it was such a beautiful and cool place. The atmosphere was great, and the taste of the coffee was excellent.“

“Don’t be fooled by the blacked-out windows. If the “Open” light is on, you can go straight inside. Service is relatively fast and their BingSu “bowl” size can be shared by two when you’re having it for dessert after a full meal.“
