“I accidentally ordered from this location thinking that it was the Port Moody location. I called back to let them know before they make it. Unfortunately they had already made it. They took care of the bill and understood that I had made an honest mistake. The manager Micheal was very understanding. It shows how well they take care of their costumers.“

“Got recommended told about the pie and solid serving size of the plates. I had the Bacon Cheeder Burger with the home sauce. Juicey crisp bacon awesome pickles. The home sauce was great and it had nice fresh lettuce. I got the tots and my eyes 👀 filled with joy from the amount of tots. My friend got the meatloaf excellent.

“Was curious about the restaurant as I’ve never been and I pass by everyday. Needless to say the experience and food was great, staff was very welcoming, our server Julya was very helpful and understanding despite the restaurant being pretty busy.

“Visited the bBrowns out in Maple Ridge back in November. Big parking lot in the back. Not too busy.

Had the honey basil lemonade, French dip, and fish and chips. Pretty good food... addictive fries.

From the moment we arrived, her authenticity and warmth stood out. She has a real gift for making guests feel genuinely heard and cared for. She checked in on us regularly, made sure we were comfortable, and even went out of her way to apologize when another patron was causing a small disruption at our table. It wasn't just about customer service—it was her leadership and presence that made the experience memorable. You can tell she leads with empathy and sets the tone for her team. Our server, Deshaun, was also fantastic—so attentive and supportive. He made sure we were taken care of and even checked in with us when the other patron lingered at our table. His thoughtfulness and professionalism really added to the positive experience. I live in Delta, but because of Tori and her team, I'll happily go out of my way to come back to the Guildford location or any location she is at. “Had the pleasure of meeting a friend for lunch and we had great service from our server (sorry I forgot his name). We both had the legendary burger bundle and was cooked well and tasted great. We especially liked the Mango Strawberry Lemonade and perfect for these hot summer days. The fresh blueberry pie (felt like the blueberries were freshly picked) and was perfect for the ending of a great meal.“

Their veggie breakfast sandwich is wayyy better than the ham and cheese, so please opt for the veggie one.

Their double baked almond crossiants are quite big, so you could share that.

Loved their tiramisu latte!

“Great White Spot location. Close to Guildford Mall. Staff and service was great. Food portions were average size. i went there twice in two months to find out the diet coke was very flat and not acceptable both times. You'd think this would have been fixed in the same week.“

“We haven't been to White Spot in a while but we were nearby and wanted breakfast. I had the tomato and spinach Bennie and my partner had the Denver omelet. Both were tasty. Did you know that the hash browns are bottomless? Lived here our entire lifetime and was never told this. So let's talk about our server ... Olivia was absolutely delightful. She was polite and kind. She stopped in often to check in for coffee and hashbrown refills (btw who told us about the refills on the taters!!). She was easy to talk to without any kind of pressure. We even laughed over a story about Dave Matthews Band! The overall experience was positive and our interaction with Olivia alone would bring us back.“

“Nothing better than service with an attitude here for a hockey tournament, they closed the door said they’re at capacity despite several empty seats. The staff was super disorganized and only one waitress was bringing our food and drinks she’s run off her feet, while the two others focus on telling people they’re at capacity. Terribly run and unfriendly service except for one gem of a waitress“

“The burger, fries and chili wontons were great. The service was very sparse and surprised because it wasn't very busy. My friend and I both asked for ketchup and they only brought one and took off so fast before I could say one for my too! Finally the waitress came along and eventually received ketchup. The service was very slow.“
