“We have a number of Mayflower's offerings at our cafe at @Brentwood Bay Village Empourium. Erin is a delight to work with and the baking that we bring in from Mayflower is a wonderful complement to our own in-house baked goods. Many of our customers say the date squares are ''the best they have ever had'', and the plant-based sausage rolls and Ukee bars are a hit with vegans and non-vegans. Thanks Mayflower for being here for other small businesses!”

Managment sucks tho, apparently I can't ask for extra crispy onions without paying extra even tho I get barely any other veggies, because the owner is too cheap to order more than a small box every few weeks. Honestly frequently don't eat here as often now as the sandwiches aren't as appealing with only a weak dusting of crispy onions. Bad move owner”

“It was a wonderful experience as it always is unfortunately, we did not realize that the menu had changed and therefore it was only a brunch menu so we were a bit disappointed because we were looking forward to the mushroom ravioli, which is our favourite nonetheless breakfast. Brunch was good as usual. The staff are amazing. The ambiance is incredible. The view is stunning, even though it was pouring rain.”

“We took my parents to Butchart Gardens to enjoy their Holiday Tea. Immediately we were hospitably greeted by a gentleman offering to hang our coats and welcomed us into the dining room. Our server Lauren was most gracious and patient as she explained the menu to us. (My parents are elderly and sometimes take a little longer to do things). We were served tea and a beautiful tiered tray of sandwiches, scones and sweets. The room was extremely calm, the music added to a relaxing atmosphere. In every way, we had a most enjoyable experience at Butchart Gardens Dining Room. We will definitely visit again.”

“I eat Steve’s Pokes at least twice a week. I have not found a better Poke bowl out there. This includes my regular business trips to Honolulu. The blend of fish, vegetables, tobiko and Ginger are a delicious and filling meal all while being good for your health.”

“My whisky club and I heard about Macaloney's around 2020 and sampled what was then not considered whisky, but 2 year old spirit. We were all intrigued, and are pleased to have enjoyed the whisky getting better and better each year.

Their core line is outstanding, but their unique casks (Sugar Kelp Infused Peat Project, Ex-Islay Cask, Moscatel Cask) are some of the best whiskies I've tasted.

Our whisky club has ran with the thesis that age statements don't define a good whisky, but the character behind how it is made does. Canadian whisky is full of character, and one of the most exciting whisky regions worldwide right now...And Macaloney's is leading the charge.”

“Went in for dinner on a recommendation from a friend. OH MY. We went in thinking it would just be another dinner spot - we were so wrong. From when you first enter & you smell the fresh herbs to when you sit down around the table on super comfortable chairs/couches. WOW. The staff were attentive, personal and yet not in your zone too much. Helpful with advice on the food and menu. 10/10. The food was on another planet. We had three dishes in total - one appy and two mains. Cooked perfectly, extremely fresh flavours and large portions. The naan bread… just wow. Delish! Will be coming back and telling everyone about this. They deserve a line out the door.”

“West Coast Fish N Chips : The fish is cooked to perfection( we usually get cod). The fries are home cut with skins on, have to say coleslaw is a bit chunky for some people who wear dentures.. ( I enjoy it) Staff is great!, the prices have stayed reasonable, maybe because they haven’t renovated 🤔and We love the ambience!!!”
