Our dogs have a choice of the best of Bosley's (kangaroo, liver, duck, peanut butter) but they will beg and cry for "BISCOTTI."“

“I was in New West for a meeting, so after I was hungry. I had a choice, it was either McDonald's or across the street Jim's Cafe. I decided to give Jim's a try,and I'm sure glad I did. “I loved the donair. We got the lamb and it was yummy. Definitely one of the better ones I’ve had. The guy who runs the place is friendly, and I was told he has been around for a couple of decades. There is no sitting - you are served through a window. The menu on a screen and his entire operations can be seen clearly through the window. I am definitely coming back!“

“I came here a couple years ago when I was in the area for a construction project and was back again for another! The meal we had this time was as good as I remembered. You order at the front and as the sandwich or wrap is being made, you pay at the cashier counter on the left. We got the schnitzel sandwich with a hamburger soup and a chicken caesar wrap with the cream of mushroom soup. It was so filling and one of the best places to eat at in this industrial area. Definitely my go to cafe whenever I'm in the area for projects.“

“This is a great place for families! The play area for lis clean and well-maintained. I think it's best suited for kids under 2 due to the limited space and toy selection, and keep things safe for other children. The service is friendly and welcoming. While the food and drinks didn’t meet my expectations, we mainly came for the kids. We spent $36 on two drinks and one kids' meal, plus a baby play spot. It would be nicer if they open until night time“

“We ordered the Christmas dinner for 7 of us and picked up on Christmas Day. It was our first time not cooking dinner ourselves and Everything tasted awesome. We all had to wait in line to pickup our orders which we expected however some people got upset at the wait. They did an awesome job and anyone who was frustrated should have made dinner themselves. Getting frustrated with people staying open to make and put food on our tables Christmas Day is ridiculous. Great job it was fantastic.“

“I just had the Crispy Chicken Beny and it surpassed all my expectations. Super delicious! I practically licked the plate! Now I want to try everything! Service was thoughtful and quick, cafe clean. Prices were reasonable.

The server was unprofessional and dramatically rolled her eye at me when I asked if the Salmon was wild, farmed or smoked. She then proceeded to forget to make my drink. When my food came it was cold but the guy bringing it was very kind. They forgot to make my drink all together and when I asked for it she snapped that she had already made it (which she hadn’t) she was confused which is completely fine because we’re all human. “A very nice and warm welcoming cafe. The lady working here was very nice and gave me a wonderful cozy vibe. As if you’re visiting a caring relative. She was very kind and made sure we all found a drink we would enjoy.

The drinks are very delicious and I was very pleased. They use real fruits for some of their drinks and they were very refreshing.

We got 20% off our drinks. The lady told us for the winter months there is 20% off for the season.

I will definitely be back!

I recommend either of the two drinks we got or something made with real fruits!

“This is my go to coffee shop and I've been here well over 20 times. They always have unique seasonal drinks and easy customizable drinks. Despite there being many different baristas there, it's rare that any of them make a drink wrong. They are always consistent and friendly. They have a really good matcha frappe or latte too!“

However, I am very shocked that you don't provide bags for customers unless it's a massive shopping bag because I am visually impaired and I walk everywhere. So I do buy a lot of pastries and sweets there and I cannot carry three to six boxes in my hands and walk up the hill back home.
I don't understand why you don't offer smaller bags for customers. When they are walking and not driving. And the other thing is I'm surprised is I purchased a chicken pesto sandwich yesterday and I was completely surprised how expensive it was. It was almost $13 for small square sandwich. I mean it is good but it is very very pricey.
I have spent so much money at this place and I don't mind it that much if they can offer a little bit of a service. Like I said smaller bags so I can carry all my things. I had to walk up the hill yesterday with two bags and four boxes because they don't provide bags. Please invest in some smaller bags for your customer and maybe not charge $13 for a square small piece of sandwich. Thank you“
