“Went for Friday lunch. Very nice cafe.
Food was tasty and nicely presented. Forgot to take a photo. Had a yuzu smoothie and it was tasty. They use a puree to make their smoothies.
Lots of seating and space.
Parking behind and underneath and it is busy but people going in and out a lot.“

“This is my second time coming to sweet talk, the previous time I had a mini egg donut, this time I had their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I must say they were both amazing, and the prices are very affordable! All of their products are homemade. The atmosphere was very bright, cozy and inviting. The bathrooms were very clean and nice smelling( including the hand soap). when I walked in, I was greeted by Kate who not only told me about all the products but we ended up having a full on conversation! It was very pleasant talking with her, Kate brang my food to me plus asked if I wanted anything else. This is the true meaning of customer service; these days it’s hard to find! “I was in New West for a meeting, so after I was hungry. I had a choice, it was either McDonald's or across the street Jim's Cafe. I decided to give Jim's a try,and I'm sure glad I did. The atmosphere was great, service was wonderful and the food was just great!! To bad I live in North Vancouver, otherwise I would be at Jim's almost everyday. “Great hidden cafe/restaurant that is walking distance from Braid Skytrain station. I’m fortunate to live a short 10 minute walk away from Babs, so I usually stop by 1-2x a week for their delicious breakfast and Korean food.

The front of house staff member/manager (i think her name is Jane?) is really nice as well! 10/10 recommend Babs for those who live a short walk or drive away :)“

“While touring the area and sightseeing around the Fraser River, we found this lovely little café nearby. The soup and wraps were absolutely delicious. The chef was very courteous and friendly and even took the time to come out and explain the special ingredients he adds to his wraps, which are made fresh daily. That personal touch made the experience feel even more welcoming.
The server was also very friendly and attentive, checking back to make sure everything was okay despite how busy the café was.
The coffee, food to dessert was delicious, the service was fast, and the overall experience was wonderful. We’re so glad we stopped in and would definitely visit again.

“This was our first visit and we immediately fell in love with this cafe. From the beautifully decorated interior and art pieces to the music, the staff, and the overall vibe — everything about this place feels special and thoughtfully put together.

I ordered the hojicha latte while my husband had a drip coffee. The hojicha latte was hand-whipped and incredibly aromatic — I could actually smell the roasted tea fragrance before taking the first sip. My husband said the drip coffee was excellent as well.

We also found out that the cafe turns into a bar at night and hosts all kinds of events like open mic nights and magic shows, which makes the place even more interesting.

Such a fun and unique spot. Definitely somewhere I’d love to come back to and explore more.“

“Coffee was great. Lots of seating in and outside. They need to hire more help. There was only one girl working. And the gal that came in before me ordered about 10 coffees. The gal making the coffee did very good job just kept on working until it was done. People coming and going it was so busy. Whoever the manager is they really should think of hiring two people per shift. Because you did lose a couple of customers today they walked out after waiting too long. I was there around 11 AM.“

“I really like a cafe that feels family owned, and I really appreciate the care you receive from a business like this. I was greeted so warmly, the woman running the shop made me a bubble waffle with whipped cream and a honey lemon tea, and I enjoyed both immensely. I sat at a little table and peacefully studied for an hour, and I enjoyed the ambiance. It's not a modern, Western interior. It's the same sort of vibe you would get at Happy Day Cafe. Soft cookie with hints of smoky maple and the crunch from the pecan in every bite are stunning. I would come here for the cookie alone.

I got the early bird sandwich which is fine but a bit over priced in my opinion. 13 dollars for a sandwich with egg and bacon is a bit much but still tasty. It wasn’t shockingly amazing but decent. The iced chai was good tasted fine but I didn’t enjoy the lavender London fog. It tasted like water with a hint of lavender, same goes for the lavender latte. The iced caramel macchiato on the other hand was great, sweet but yummy! Worth the visit and a good place for sweets, visit if in the area.“

“Had a great experience at Little Beans Play Cafe. My kid had an amazing time and really enjoyed the food as well. The cappuccino was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The play area is very well thought out and feels safe and engaging for kids. There was also a music teacher there the day we visited, which added a really nice touch. Overall, it has a warm community feel and you can tell a lot of care has gone into the business. Highly recommend for parents looking for a relaxing place to bring their kids.“
