“I rarely leave reviews for massive chains, but after witnessing a customer treat the staff like absolute garbage today for no reason, I had to speak up.

To the woman throwing the tantrum: You should be deeply embarrassed. Entitled behavior isn't a personality trait. Don't take your impatience out on front-line staff when you know full well the computer system automatically queues the order times. Coming inside to whine because you thought your car was ahead of someone else in the drive-thru is pathetic. You're an adult; act like it.

To the staff and manager: I’m in here all the time, and you guys are genuinely just good people. Every single day you're incredibly sweet, always kind, and you bring the best energy to the floor. I love coming in and seeing you guys cracking jokes, getting along with each other, and lifting the mood for everyone in line. I’d drop names, but I’d honestly have to list the whole crew. Y'all are rad!“
