“What a little gem in the heart of Ladner. If you are around, give this place a try.
I came during late lunch and lady server seated me right away. Clean, spotless and edifying music with comfortable temperature. Tea arrived within a minute of sitting and lady was super friendly.
Knowing I was running abit behind I ordered their beef teriyaki bento box.
Food arrived quickly and it was delicious.
Portion size was just great!“

“Lovely little Japanese place hidden away. Kind and friendly staff. Quick service. Clean kitchen and sesting area.
Hubby and I ordered 2 Asahi, 1 spicy salmon roll, and salmon oshi.
One negative would be the washrooms. They were clean but they looked very old. No hook to hang a jacket.“

“This restaurant has the best rolls I have ever had! They are unique, sizeable and very delicious. Getting a spot is quite difficult due to the small size of the restaurant and limited parking, there is always a line as soon as it opens! Luckily, there is street parking across the restaurant. Definitely recommend trying this spot, it's also very close and convenient to the harbour :)“

“The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, the prices are reasonable, and it's easy to find a parking spot. The restaurant is not very large, and the serving speed is a bit slow. The tip setting is reasonable.
Parking: Shared parking lot for businesses in the commercial area“

“Best sushi in the lower-mainland for SURE, me and my family come here from maple ridge every once in a while on a weekend, highly recommend the veggie platter as that’s what we get everytime, very fresh ingredients very fresh taste, very well made sushi, the lady at the front is very kind as well, we ordered take out due to a birthday and they left us a note😄. Highly recommend five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Good food, although a little high priced. The atmosphere is warm but the restaurant seating area is extremely restricted and very small. It was not too busy so it was not a problem. But something to be aware of. They would not be able to accommodate a large group.“

“Best sushi in BC. Really fairly priced. I've been going here since I was a little girl, and now I'm a grown adult and still returning. It was my grandfather's favorite, and that says something because he grew up in Prince Rupert! I got to celebrate my 20th birthday here last year as well. Thank you, Gami Sushi, for your wonderful contribution to society and the memories you've helped my family form.“

“They were nice enough to cater to my dairy allergy. I got the Salmon Oshi, which I must say, is the best I ever had. I like uncomplicated, simple sushi. This one had 3-4 ingredients tops, rice included. The sauce on this salmon oshi was exceptional, and dairy free. The cone was a dymamite cone without sauce. Delicious, and enjoyed in many bites. Thanks ladies.“

“We love this Japanese restaurant for the high food quality, high staff quality, reasonable prices in today's market & location! Today, I tried the Nigiri Lunch and loved it! My husband had the double meat chicken teriyaki and some of mine cause it looked so tasty, and it truly was scrumptious ! We started with the Crae crae roll (shared). In my Nigiri lunch, I upgraded the salmon to sockeye, one dollar more, but worth it! The miso soup was perfect for us as we watch our sodium and they only use low sodium soya sauce! The combination of food, service & cost is why they get 5 stars! Any staff we saw were very friendly & said hello & goodbye. Customer service is top notch! Aside note, their green tea is one of the best we've enjoyed, too!“

“Since hubby misses Japan (the food especially) immensely, I decided to bring Japan to him for his birthday! It was more than we could've hoped for from the gracious hosts, Chef Ray and wife Christine, to the gorgeous presentation of each course, the preparations of each item, the texture, the taste and the cosy atmosphere. We savoured each bite, while enjoying the friendly banter between the hosts and a couple of their regulars at the bar seating. Highly recommend! side note: I was impressed by just how meticulous and thoughtful they are when I saw they even put a little decor under the washroom sink.“

“Ora Sushi is a cute little spot in the heart of Steveston Village and has all of the usual Japanese fare with a few “wow” items for the adventurous! I had a craving for udon, and the beef yakiudon did not disappoint! They have a respectable sushi selection of rolls, sashimi and nigiri.“

“The place is neat and tidy.
Staff are friendly.
I love the Udon. The taste was good.
Kid's menu portion was generous when compared to my udon. 😆
The salmon sushi was great, too!
This is a Janpanese restaurant runned by, I believe, Korean.“

Lunchtime had a good sized crowd. Aria also does a lot of takeout out and pick service.
Kid-friendliness: Seen a lot of families with kids here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Located on ground level so appeared wheelchair accessible.“

“I went to Tsawwassen Mills and stopped by while looking for a nearby sushi place. It was more delicious and fresh than I expected, so I had a good time! My daughter told me that she’d like to come on her birthday again! May be…I could come again even thoght it takes 50mintutes to come. 😅😊😊
I have only this picture since we were busy to eat after this…“

“first time here for AYCE lunch, I find the place very clean, and staff friendly. Food is overall very good, I like the sushi, sashimi, BC rolls, salad, chicken teriyaki, futomaki, tempura, and ice cream. The miss are sunomono too sweet lack vinegar, goma salad too salty, and that thirsty feeling from MSG (which I have no idea from which items). Yes I will go back again :)“

“The Best Sushi Spot!
Everything was exceptional, from tempura to sashimi and rolls—nothing fell short.
Dining at the large wooden table with the artwork on the walls made the experience even more enjoyable.
I especially recommend trying the Volcano Roll; it’s a must!
I think I’ll come back every time I visit Vancouver. Absolutely amazing!“
