The fried potatoes were the best - not the little frozen McCains fried jobbies. My previous regular breakfast haunt, under new management, made the classic new owners mistake of changing the offering - namely the fried potatoes - game changer.“

“Alright, I just wanted to rave about the Denny's on Scott Road and 85th in Delta. Seriously, if you're in the area and looking for a fantastic breakfast, this is your spot. Everything I ordered was just spot on, exactly what I was hoping for and then some!

Beyond the food, the service was great – super friendly and efficient. Even though parking was a bit of a challenge and the place was absolutely packed with people (a good sign!), the staff handled it admirably. I'd imagine if they had just a little more service on hand, the experience would go from great to absolutely outstanding. You can tell they put effort into what they do here.“

“Went in to meet a friend and catch the Blue Jays game... I was super impressed with the new additions to the menu! The new martinis were AMAZING and my friend and I had the dumplings and vegan tofu bowl... Delish! The chips and salsa before I meal arrived were a great touch! Our server Rachel was awesome! Sweet, warm and attentive. Great service! Also the host who greeted me got me really excited about the new menu items. So did Rachel.... The spice level was just right all around and the loaded garlic in the chicken was amazing. Recommend all of the above!!“

“Our server, Laura, was great. Not sure on some of the negative reviews here but our experience was amazing. Hubby had biscuits and gravy and it was really good. Biscuits tasted fresh and fluffy and the sausage gravy was very tasty. I had the Benedict and you got to choose what type of meat or their vegetarian version too. I've never been able to choose anything other than ham so that was such a treat to have bacon instead. Very tasty!“

“Celebrated our 11th anniversary with dinner and drinks at The Vault. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, so courteous and attentive. We had the watermelon feta salad, black cod and mushroom pasta. The watermelon feta was really good. The mushrooms in the two mains were a little overpowering with their char but beyond that the entrees were so delicious. The drinks were on point and just plain heaven in glass. We will absolutely be coming back again.“

Husband had the Steak Dip Sandwich which looked good. Our view out a large window was right at the water and we watched the sunset. The wait staff was helpful (even though the kitchen was OUT of a lot of the menu items!) We were there Monday and the weekend had been very busy.“

The food was quite good and they were big portions. It is a bit on the pricey side, being $53 & change plus tip 60 bucks for a beef dip meal and a chicken burger meal. It was tasty, so that's important.“

“Surprisingly stellar Denny's location with a clean warm and cozy atmosphere. Good service from servers. Food quality was good. The food did take a bit of time to come out this visit but can't complain too much because everything was hot and well made.
Other Denny's locations can be known to be scruffy inside, worn out seating and furnishing, with the food being sad and unappetizing. It's worth the drive to avoid those places and get yourself to this Denny's spot in Walnut Grove.“

However, every time I come here I am greeted with a very hospitable waiter, taken care of at the proper times, and served food that I expect and always look forwards to.
