I also love their delicious gluten-free products, BIG plus for me. The outdoor patio is comfortable and charming. The staff has always been congenial, accommodating and happy. But I can't because I have a subscription to their coffee but they sent me the wrong coffee. it's been about a week, I've call a few times, left two voice mail messages, I've emailed as well and I have not gotten any response at all. “This is a delightful coffee shop, where I enjoyed a morning date with my wife. We only drank the house coffee, but the coffee hit the spot. To add to the atmosphere, Lofty Coffee played music (contemporary soft rock/ jazz). The service was kind and thoughtful, but the crew was busy. Several customers had their laptops, and they appeared to appreciate the environment. Lofty Coffee has an interesting pledge (please see photo).

Chelsea was the best, she made my afternoon very pleasant and was extremely kind to me. “This morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee, with my wife, at Steady State Roasting. The first thing I noticed was the open and airy atmosphere. The hanging plants only added to the ambiance. My wife delightfully sipped from a latte, while I had a house coffee. The house coffee was uniquely flavored, a bit bitter. Steady State Roasting has reusable stirring spoons, which is eco-friendly. Finally, they offer indoor and outdoor seating, to optimize the moment. Yes, this experience was worthy of a return visit.“

“Very cute coffee shop, all the baristas are friendly and efficient! It's in a convenient location in la costa, near Carlsbad, Encinitas, and san marcos.
My girlfriend and i love happy hour which is at 3-5pm on weekdays, and you get specialty coffee drinks 50% off and bogo 50% off.
Our favorite things to get are the torched latte, midnight mocha, and an everything bagel, where they put the cream cheese on too!“

“I would say 4.5. The food entrees are high priced and a hit and miss. But lots of healthy and unhealthy options, cute memorabilia and location. They have junk food, soda, an ATM but also some healthy brand items like banana chips and chickpea Puffs. Coffee bar with some breakfast and lunch entrees. The chocolate croissant was great, the regular croissant was not that great. The everything twist with cream cheese. It was fantastic as well as the blueberry muffin.“

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I asked them to sub and they won't until I explain that I should get a credit then since the topping is included in the price. She just said she isn’t in charge. Eventually, both times they begrudgingly removed the charge. Wait, why dont they just OFFER to sub another topping or take it off the menu? Its not my problem that you are out of a topping, right?. Also, Im tired of asking for lite ice. It should just come with regular ice not filled with ice and a little tea!. It's just annoying spending up to 10$, begging for an included topping explaining i would like tea with that cup of ice and the server rolling her eyes. No thanks“
