“Im not a salad guy, but my wife loves salad.

Picked up a salad today from Green and Grains and boy was I surprised at the portion! 1 salad was enough for my wife and myself; with leftovers for later!

Got to speak to Ian for a little bit and was surprised that all the ingredient are organic and locally sourced. Including the pickled onions being made in house!

For a guy who doesn’t eat salads, I would say the Asian chicken was the best salad I’ve ever had!

Going to try their sandwiches on the next visit!

Y’ALL. I’m not saying this place changed my life… but I am saying that I ascended to a higher plane of existence after one meal here. 💫

Let’s start with the PROTEIN. I ordered a quick bite thinking I’d get a modest portion. Cute. Reasonable. HA. What I received was a mountain of gains. A protein-packed MONSTROSITY. I swear I heard my biceps whisper, “Thank you, King/Queen/Legend.” I didn’t eat a meal. I went on a muscular spiritual journey. 💪🏼🍗✨

And then... THE COFFEE. Oh. My. Goodness. It wasn’t just coffee. It was the nectar of the productivity gods. Smooth. Delicious. Life-affirming. I took one sip and suddenly remembered all my passwords, my childhood dreams. The clarity!! 🤯☕️

AND IT WAS CHEAP??? Like… offensively affordable. I almost felt bad paying so little. Like should I tip an extra $10? Should I leave them my car? My Netflix login? My soul?.

Oh! And the DEALS?! They’ve got student discounts (bless them), AND you get a FREE DESSERT for writing a review. Like hello??? If this is a dream, never wake me up. This is peak human civilization.

So yeah. If you're hungry, broke, caffeinated, or just bored GO. RUN. CRAWL IF YOU MUST. This place is calling your name, and it’s screaming it in a deep, protein-fueled voice.

The good:

Bettenjan bi tahina: So flavorful! Loved all the sauces, and the dish came together beautifully — healthy food with great presentation.

The not-so-good:

Portion sizes were quite small, so we left feeling a bit unsatisfied.

The sumac spritz tasted mostly like sugar water with barely any other flavor.

Overall, a nice place if you’re looking for healthy options, though it would be great to see some chicken kebabs for non-vegetarians and falafel choices for vegetarians.“

Also great pricing and a good variety of choices, but not too many where you get lost in their selection.“

Customer service is excellent; and Fernanda does a wonderful job of making sure my order is made exactly how I like, even while working on another order!
