Beyond the amazing soups, baked goods, Colombian soda, and arepas, this place has a warmth other spots wish you could bottle. I hope you do yourself a favor and try it for yourself.“

“Im not a salad guy, but my wife loves salad.
Picked up a salad today from Green and Grains and boy was I surprised at the portion! 1 salad was enough for my wife and myself; with leftovers for later!
Got to speak to Ian for a little bit and was surprised that all the ingredient are organic and locally sourced. Including the pickled onions being made in house!
For a guy who doesn’t eat salads, I would say the Asian chicken was the best salad I’ve ever had!
Going to try their sandwiches on the next visit!
