SALMON IN GARLIC BASIL WINE SAUCE : Poached salmon topped w/ roasted garlic, basil, & black mushroom in reduced wine sauce. It's divine! It's my new hot restaurant spot in The Little Town of Alameda.“

“Food is always good and consistently made to taste each and everytime we order a dish we've had during a previous visit. The owner is very nice and is always busy at work either helping up front or assisting in the back. The pot stickers are the big juicy hand made kind, with quality ingredients. It's surprisingly hard to find a good quality one that's not solely at a dim sum restaurant lately.“

“Tempura, so crispy. Miso cod, sake toro. I also would like to to recommend the different tastings like the nigiri tasting, the sashimi tasting and also the salmon tasting. They also have raw oysters presented in Japanese style, so good.“

“Every roll was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff were welcoming and attentive.
In the end they offered me plum wine but I asked for ice cream and they accommodated.

“Reasonably priced tasty dinner of Shanghai Soup Dumplings, Sweet fried chicken wings, and beef stew noodle soup. Delicate XLB and juicy. Wings were crunchy, meaty, and lightly battered and fried. It’s one of our “go to places” for Chinese food in Alameda. Small local neighborhood place with nice service.“

“My girlfriend and I wanted a late night dinner and decide to check this spot out. It did not disappoint and surprisingly had some meats you don’t find in other places.
My girlfriend got a tripa/asada burrito and I got the an asada/lengua burrito. We both shared two tacos and they were also really good!
I would recommend this place over La Penca Azul TBH.“
