“The ladies who were working there today were really nice. I had a beef taco and it was very good. Spicy as we love it! It came with jalapeño, grilled onions and lime. I ate it at home with rice and salad, cucumber (picture with the plate). But the take away is well done, in a box and covered by foil paper.“

The quality was good but they have to work on the business portion of things instead of being high priced. to make profit isnt about high price. paid $35 and she asked me what I want with it and I said goat. Im thinking since I paid that much it was included but they charged me separate for the goat about $6 and I ordered 2 extra $3.50 starch, Out the door like $49. they need a reasonable price 2 keep people coming back than a high price dat keeps people thinking maybe. It could taste good but you're competing with every other restaurant that got $15 plates. I got a lot more to help them improve but they gonna have 2 pay me for that 😭“

“Even though we didn’t end up renting from City View Commissary, we felt compelled to leave a review because the experience and customer service were truly exceptional.

The venue itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. & a kitchen space could be included in the rental. It’s the kind of space you can easily imagine transformed for a special event. But what really stood out was CJ’s kindness and humanity.

We had just lost our wedding venue only weeks before our wedding. An incredibly stressful and emotional situation and CJ was beyond understanding and compassionate. He was willing to work with us, took the time to listen to our needs, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Even more impressively, he went above and beyond by connecting us with another venue that ended up being a better fit for our wedding, even while we were actively touring his space.

That level of integrity, empathy, and genuine care is rare. City View Commissary is not only a lovely venue, but it’s run by people who truly care about others and that matters. We’re incredibly grateful to CJ and highly recommend City View Commissary to anyone looking for a space and an outstanding team behind it.“

Zees Munchies Truck is an absolute gem! The crêpes are really, really good—perfectly made, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. They are very generous with portions, so you definitely get your money’s worth. Everything tastes fresh, rich, and satisfying without being overwhelming. “good selection of flavors! its a lil crazy for two scoops of ice cream to cost 7 dollars tho 😅 tried four flavors: thai tea, salty kaya, biscoff, and black sesame. the thai tea is incredibly good, so creamy, and its vegan! the salty kaya's unique, almost reminiscent of a salted cream foam with a subtle hint of pandan/coconut. def recommend those two flavors!“

“Spending some time in Cali for work and I wanted some food while I was waiting for my laundry to finish drying. Speedy’s was about 5 minutes away and I love tacos, so I decided to try it out. Absolutely DELICIOUS! I tried the asada, pollo, & pastor tacos; all the tacos were incredibly delicious, tender, and bursting with flavor! I also tried the quesabirrias; which was also absolutely delicious! 10/10 recommended!“

“Came here for a baked potato and realized theres so much more to it than that! They had some delicious birria tacos and even birria ramen! The fish tacos were so delicious too. Im not usually one to divert from my usual agua de pepino but the drink with pineapple and i think it was spinach or something, i cant remember, but it was soo yummy too. The only thing that was really hard to figure out was parking. I spent like 30 minutes each time just going around the whole thing looking for parking. To be fair it was rush hour so there was a lot of traffic too.“

“We went to eat here tonight for the first time and they definitely did not disappoint! We ordered various things tacos, quesadillas, and a pambazo and they were all delicious. The meat was tenders, flavorful, super reasonable prices, and not greasy at all. Everything tasted really good and we will definitely be back!“

“I would probably give Rasa Rasa 3.5 stars if that was an option. I’ve been there several times and they have a few good vegan options. The staff is very friendly, which is a nice extra. I liked the variety of ingredients in the gado gado, but it was a bit bland. The gado-rito was quite tasty and I would definitely order it again. However, it was disappointing that both dishes had very small amounts of tofu. Overall decent food and pleasant staff, but they need to bump up the protein in their vegan options. “What an incredible treat to experience--AND it's situated conveniently in a residential area for accessibility!

The churros are delicious in their own or with a variety of fillings. My favorite is the caramelo (caramel) filling that's made with goat milk. (It's like dulce de leche but warrrrrm.)

The people who run it are also the owners, which means they're invested in creating a friendly, community atmosphere and gladly cater to special requests.

Be prepared to pay either cash, use Zelle or get cash back from the nearby Mexican grocer. There's no option for card payments!“

“My new favorite place to study/chill. The music is the perfect background noise for studying, the coffee is great, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is just a breath of fresh air. In addition to this, not only is the food great but tastes fresh. It doesn’t taste like your traditional coffee shop food that’s been sitting around/frozen waiting for someone to come gamble with their health. Great place to get some studying or work done. You could throw a rock and hit 5 taco trucks in the same area and none are as good. “Our company hired them for a couple of events this week, one was for 50 people and the other event went from 50 to 150 people and I only gave her 1 days notice and they were extremely accommodating and everyone loved the food. “While visiting San Francisco’s Presidio National Park and the nearby Walt Disney Family Museum on August 11 2023, we came upon several food trucks parked up, one of which was El Fuego Authentic Mexican. It had the longest line of them all so we figured the food must be good. The delicious smell also was a big draw! We joined the long line and waited patiently for 15 minutes to be served. As we neared the truck, a lady crossed out the fish tacos on the menu - they must have been popular. We had to quickly rethink what we’d like to order. We went for the following (to share): 🌮 Combo de Lux 🥤 Mexican Coca-Cola (500ml in glass bottles) x 2 The Combo de Lux consisted of: Soft taco x 1 Mulita (sandwich taco) x 1 Quesabirria x 1 Consommé (broth) Pots of mild and spicy salsa We were given a pager so we would know when to return to the hatch. It was an exciting 10 minute wait while the tasty delights were freshly prepared inside the food truck. We took our food over to some large plastic rocking chairs on the Main Parade Lawn (opposite the Walt Disney Family Museum) and tucked in without delay. The food was incredible: full of birria-style beef, cheesy, spicy, tasty, juicy. We had to take great care when eating it, as it was a breezy day and we didn’t want to make a mess. The consommé was new to us. We didn’t dip the quesabirria into the broth - we drank it! The flavors were very rich, with a little spicy kick. El Fuego really was a good choice and just what we needed for lunch having walked many miles around San Francisco. These were our first authentic tacos in California and the benchmark has now been set very high!“

“You can easily miss this truck tucked away on the corner of a parking lot. They are busy non stop on a Saturday night. They are quick to get you your food though.

The Al Pastor had great flavor with a slight sweetness of pineapple. Pairs well with their salsa, which is neither red or green, but it was delicious. The Asada was good too, with good taste and texture. The Lengua was very tender and went well with the salsa too.

I will def be back to try the other Cortes and horchata. My only suggestions is they should use order numbers or get a name to the order. They read out whole order for pickup and it gets confusing. Would save them and customers time.“
