We recommend the different saltado dishes as well as the tallarin Verde con pollo.The atmosphere was great. We enjoyed the outdoor patio as seating was comfortable bench style with shade covers plus a large screen TV. The music was good yet it was not to loud.The establishment has its own parking.I'll definitely come back to try the different dishes.“
“I went to the 7-11 next door and walked past this place. I looked on Yelp and noticed the awesome lunch specials. I decided to try it out. I ordered the aji de gallina to try. They gave me the lunch special price so it was awesome! It came with bread + butter, soup, soda/drink, and the entree. It was a lot of food! I was so full even after the soup! The aji de gallina is good but reminded me of a tuna casserole. Waitress was nice and it was a hole in the wall joint.“

“The place was clean and well kept. The server was friendly, attentive, service with a smile. The food was fantastic. We were a group of 7. Everyone loved their dish. My only gripe was that everything was very slow. Don’t go if you’re in a hurry. It was not the fault of the staff. Management needs more people. It took a long time for the overwhelmed server to get to us. There were a lot of customers and only one person taking orders and bringing food out. And there was only one cook. Then it took a long time to get our food.“

The lomo saltado was tasty and the Leche De Tigre had INSANE flavor...lime that will punch you in the face yet make you happy as well as a perfect compliment with their warm bread. Second time there I got the leche de Tigre again and this time for tallarin verde de carne. The pesto topped spaghetti lacked any real depth of flavor and this time the leche de Tigre was OVERLY salty. It was still edible, but barely to both me and my date. They bring out your food on a cute/funny robotic panda that has trays built into it which is kinda a neat touch... it's a humble establishment, but good vibes and I will return to try it out again.“
“Ordered 2 whole chickens with 4 sides and a large salad with ranch. Tortillas included. Asked for all the salsas, which is 3 different types. Each chicken was cut and put in a container. We got two large rice, 1 beans and 1 coleslaw. Overall, the chicken was tasty and juicy. Btw, you can see the chicken being roasted via wood logs and not gas burners, which added flavor. The rice, beans, and tortillas were on point. The salsas were good. I never got to the salad, but it was your standard iceberg lettuce. All that fed 5 adults and 4 kids with leftovers. I recommend giving this place a try. I will be back when I have a rotisserie chicken kick and need to feed the entire family for well under a Ben.“

“I ordered the rotisserie Peruvian chicken. It was seasoned to perfection. It comes with a large salad and french fries. The chicken is five out of five stars and the salad is fresh. The fries poorly seasoned and taste fresh out of the freezer and a true disappointment. I have ordered take out four times and I am very surprised the place very clean , a bit run down, but near empty. I believe the $27 rotisserie chicken dinner special is over priced for the local market.“

“Pretty low key spot. Simple tables , kinda sparse design but clean and comfortable. Good service, but low key. Food was solid. Had the mixed Ceviche and it was solid. I'm a ceviche connoisseur, but this was comparable to what I'd generally get in Lima. On a really tough scale as someone who has tried some of the best ceviche recipes you come across in multiple countries, I give it a 7.5-8 out of 10. Really, good, deserving of a 9 out of 10 on an l LA Peruvian ceviche scale. It was served the very traditional way I don't often see outside of Peru. Good spot if you like Peruvian food. Want to come back to try other dishes.“
“Ordered the Tallarin Verde con Bistec and the Jalea Mixta. The Tallarin Verde con Bistec is Peruvian pesto linguine topped with tender grilled milanesa cut. The meat was a bit chewy but flavorful and juicy. Paired with the vibrant pasta in thick pesto sauce, this was a delightful pick. The Jalea Mixta is a combination of crispy seafood and fish served with fried yucas, golden potatoes, sarza criotta, and tartar sauce. This is a plentiful dish of fried food. The mussels were nice and easy to take apart. The fried fish and squid rings were nicely done, not too overbattered and great with tartar sauce. To avoid the bloated feeling from the fried food, the purple onion salsa (salza criolla) helped to balance the flavors out. Location has its own parking lot which is convenient in downtown Alhambra. Ambiance is really nice with latin songs playing in the background. There is the option of indoor and outdoor tented seating and business picks up during the dinner rush.Parking: Observe any time limits in the area for street parking“
