I am not even lying over 100 times. Yes so we’re 100 times, and I am always treated with so much. Love 🍄 respect. They have a big big menu on seafood, and I believe they have some other options. Besides seafood, but if you’re looking for seafood, this is the place to be. I know they have specials on Taco, Tuesdays, and I usually go with. I believe number 11 or 13 which is a fish taco, shrimp, Taco, rise and beans and they add this spicy salsa which just makes the Tacos taste Steve better. I really love it. I recommended. I’ve never had anything else to be honest, because I just fell in love with this dish, so much, but I’m pretty sure that they’re dishes will satisfy your hunger as well.“

“I typically do Drive-thru during weekdays when I’m solo. On a few occasions, I would eat-in when + other members during weekends. Drive thru service is much better than eat-in service. Not that it’s all bad, just not 5-stars. 4 for overall decent. This is a better JITB than many others in the local l neighborhood. The North Montebello location is iffy iffy.

“I had suuuuch high hopes for this place. Don't get me wrong, the tacos were very tasty, just soooo greasy!! My asada taco grease got all over. I mean, it didn't stop me from eating most of my food 😬🤣.... but the grease floating on my plate was a lil bit of a disappointment. 😩 Hubby's tacos were REALLY GOOD, no grease so maybe it was a bad asada night. I'LL BE BACK though.... to giver her another try.“

“This was our first time at Tacos Villa Corona and it was great. It is a small place and most get take away. That is what we did. The place inside is clean and just cute. I love the way they have art on the menu on their wall. It is family owned and a lot of the recipes are from the owners mom. She loved to cook.

We had the best breakfast burrito. It is called Papa Steak and we also had the best chicken quesadilla. Their chips are great and we had rice on the side. We got it all to go and ate in the car and listened to music. We had a great time.

This is a real gem that we had not heard of before and boy it does not disappoint. Beware the salsa, it is great, but what we had was way too hot for me.

Their hours are odd, so call to make sure they are open. They run out of food.

“When I worked in downtown, our office would often order lunch from the now closed 6th Street location but I had eaten at and still do check out the still open food court spot at 7th and Fig. The one nice thing about that particular location is the option to eat in the courtyard. But the interior food court is clean, well-laid out and pleasant enough for lunch.

The food is uniformly good and prepared to order. A much better spot than any Chipotle.

Vegetarian options: Limited as with most places that cater to meat eaters but plenty for your vegetarian in a group. However, there are better options for the single or small group (2-3 people).

Dietary restrictions: They prepare to order so easy to ask them to minimize spice or cilantro or otherwise handle the simple stuff.

Parking: While not a destination, for people visiting the convention center or former Staples arena, who want to grab a bite AND avoid the overpriced tourist traps at LA Live, this is a good option.

“Some of the best tacos and service (which is weird to say for a fast casual type place) I’ve had. The cochinita pibil was my personal favorite but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, they have samplers with 6 mini tacos and the first one I got was so good I went back to get another so I could try the rest. 12 mini tacos later, I am very impressed, full, and grateful for the staff seeming to take a very genuine interest in making sure we had a great time. “Taquearte is very popular. They are known for their chilaquiles.

We ordered the chilaquiles with chorizo & egg. The chips stayed crisp in the tangy spicy salsa. They had a nice variety of side salsas as well.

Most people don't complain about cheese. When it came out though, it looked like cottage cheese, which cooled off the chilaquilas more than it should have. It is Mexican cheese, though.

Overall, the meal was good. I would just melt the cheese a little bit more or put less of it on.

This time, I ordered the baked potato with cheese and lengua (tongue). Absolute perfection. They serve it with handmade corn tortillas that take everything to another level. The meats here are packed with flavor. My usual go-tos are the al pastor, cabeza (cow’s head meat), and tripas (beef intestine). Next visit, I’m eyeing the sausages, stomach, and carne asada.

And their salsa? To die for. It’s fresh, spicy, and ties everything together perfectly.
