“Woooooow! The food is A+mazing! The first time I came here I ate the food so fast I didn't get a chance to leave a review. I came back again because I like their sweets. Last time, I had ice cream and their Ashta, and it was perfect. This time I tried their crepes and they did not disappint. If you want sweets, then this is the spot to go.The atmosphere was nice, service is great, and the place is well lit.“
“Nice place hidden in plain sight. Lot of random candy toppings I never heard of before.Had to wait 30min but I guess you gotta try out these unique ice cream places at least once. They also lit real candles and incense indoors with lofi jazz beat music.“
“Cookies like no other! I love the excitement of checking the weekly menu every Sunday and seeing the big reveal. I went to the location in Cerritos for the first time while my car was being serviced and have been back at least 3 times. So satisfying!! Waiting to see what’s available next week!“
“I enjoy the flavors and toppings. More healthier selections to choose from. The staff and owners (Pablo and his wife) are awesome, informative and accommodating!! And as long as they are open for business, I will only be getting my frozen yogurt from them.“
“I probably come here more often than I should. Its definitely not good for my health and calorie intake but the cookies here are just so damn good. I love how they switch the flavors every week so you don't get bored. Everything I've tried has been solid. No complaints.“
“Located right on Green before Wilson, only street parking available. Absolutely love their Thai Tea soft serve. They do have other flavor drinks available, both hot and cold. Freshly made cookies also for sale. You do have the option to make the soft serve into a float with different tea options. If it’s your first time here get the “Trophy” which includes all the toppings except for Oreo crumbs. No tables or public bathroom, just a single bench seat while you wait for your order.“
“Literally the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Since opening my family and I go almost every weekend. Beware though servings are huge. First time we went we got one scoop each which was literally closer to 3 scoops each. Graham central station is our favorite flavor and we usually will get either a brownie Sunday to share or a quart with their cone package to take home. You are missing out if you don’t try Handels. This spot in particular has the greatest staff and the best service. Every single one is always happy and greats every person with a warm smile. Definitely recommend!“
“A gem in Little Tokyo! One of my favorite places for matcha, and my top pick is the soft serve ?? The owners' attention is very friendly. The entire staff is attentive and always greets you with a smile. The space is quite small, and every time I've visited, it's always crowded. If you want to try something authentic, warm, and delicious, I recommend this place. ✨“
“A cute place to get that sweet tasty treat. You can come in and sample the different flavors they have before you finally decide on the ones you want. The waffle cone is the way to go, get the split scoop you’re gonna want more than one flavor.Staff was great, also awesome to see Filipinos representation and flavors that people get to enjoy.Cultures are meant to be shared and appreciated.Love their fusions and seasonal flavors that change, it keep it fresh and allowing to come back to try something new. This place also has pie hole and pressed juicery inside. They have seating area by the window where you can enjoy your treat and people watch.Lots of stores that you can visit on your visit either before or after.Parking garages are close by just be mindful of the time that passes by either parking isn’t too expensive.Dietary restrictions: The have vegan optionsParking: Parking garages in different spots and easy to walk to.It’s for 2 hr parking, pay at the machine, they sometimes have workers there to assist if you get stuck or forget to pay before you exit. There is also metered parkingKid-friendliness: Kids will love coming in to taste the different flavors“
“Love this local sandwich shop with a bit of history, amazing staff, and delicious food! Not typically a sandwich person, but this place is definitely working on changing my mind! The tri-tip sandwich, available on Thursday and Friday only, is amazing, nice smoky flavor and melted cheese, works just so well. The Hey Joe sandwich is great any other day of the week if you're a meat lover - pastrami, roast beef, and a hot link! Give them a go and support, my favorite type of restaurant to support, cheers!“
“Visited Moo Moo Mia for the first time yesterday due to dessert cravings, and this ice cream shop did not disappoint! Ordered a Triple Scoop; Oreos + Cream, Madagascar Vanilla Bean, & Dutch Chocolate ㅡ the flavors were rich, creamy, and delicious. The service was also top-notch; the employees were very sweet, especially when it came to sampling the ice cream flavors. Would love to come here again!“
“Finally got the chance to try this dessert place after always passing by. I got the pure milk soft serve and 3 pieces of taiyaki in custard and red bean. The soft serve is a nice texture and it's very soft. The milk is a bit too sweet, in my opinion. And you can self serve on several toppings for the soft serve. The taiyaki is very good, just wish that it is a bit more crispy. They give a generous amount of filling inside the taiyaki. Inside is a small place. They only have a bench and a couple of stools. Overall, a great dessert place!“
“i love the sweet potato fries here, they have a little sugar coating on top :] its a pretty nice place to have some snacks and hang out with friends :]Kid-friendliness: there’s like 2 board games here? and a small seating area for kids (pictures taken)“
“Went 1-15-24. So good. Long line to get in about 7:00 pm on a weekend. The ice cream is worth the wait. They encourage you to try flavors but all of them are good. Person working behind the counter making waffle cones was doing an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back for more. Got a split scoop with two different flavors in a cup to go.“
“This quaint shop in Pasadena is a nice spot if you're in the area and looking for a sweet treat. I came here after visiting the pizza place next door. The lady helped me decide on what ice cream to get, and the service was friendly and efficient. The ice cream was tasty, great temperature (not too hard to scoop with my spoon), and no freezer burn. It's worth a try if you're already in the area or plan to be.“
“Excellent Ice Cream in favorite And Niche flavors, A rare foodie Gem. So glad this place made it through the pandemic! They’ve been taking customer suggestions for flavors and experimental since the beginning, and the affogato is unforgettable!Dietary restrictions: Very high quality Non-dairy flavors“
“This location is rather new. They have no public restrooms but great parking options. The location was nice and line moved quickly. They only had one line open for ordering which caused a little line. We got the raspberry heart cookie, lemon iced and the heart sprinkle sugar. They were a little undercooked but still tasty. This is more like a self serve. The gal that gave us are order was really nice. Ten out of ten recommend downloading the app. They have great deals on the app.“
“Love that this ice cream shop carries such a variety of unique international flavors. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Uber crunch is absolute perfection: natural tasting ube flavor, not too sweet/sugary (for reference, I find Häagen-Dazs to be just slightly too sweet), and the crunch balances the creamy texture very well. Also highly recommend the passion fruit cacao. Japanese neopolitan is interesting, but the flavors aren't my favorite - try if curious or love matcha/Sakura/Hokkaido milk flavors. Would 100% revisit!“
“Its always good for some ice cream, especially if you’re in for trying a new ice cream mixture. Highly recommended it is a staple to the community, and a tradition to go on Sundays for my family . Thanks fosters freeze for the great ice cream and memories!“
“Stopped ln for what I though was going to be a small meal..boy was I wrongOrdered the $12 special.Came with a great hamburger.. seasoned fries..2 pieces of chicken..which was very good.. & even a cookie..wow!!What a meal..actually I couldn't eat it all..If your anywhere close to Irwindale Speedway..stop here 1st & chow down“
“This is my go-to ice scream spot. I would recommend this place to anyone! It's cute for a date ( the banana split is amazing). All the flavors are true to what they're suppose to taste like. The decor is just as memorable as the ice cream.“
“WE LOVE MAGPIES!! We got their signature cornflake pie (dairy free, yay) for our wedding and have been going back for a big slice ever since. Also if you order a pie for takeout, they’ll give you freezer packs and an insulated bag. Vegan and non-vegan options aplenty.“
“Delicious always freshDietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free doughnutsKid-friendliness: Novelty doughnuts and special charactersWheelchair accessibility: Depending on if there's allot of people but foe the most part excellent parking and accessible“
“Fosselman's specializes in producing home made ice cream in a variety of flavors. They have the usual flavors like chocolate and vanilla, but the similarly ends there. They also make special seasonal flavors (think Eggnog, Irish Coffee) to summer fun (orange juice sorbet). The place is always packed on hot days and weekends so come early. One thing to point out. They only take cash, no cards or other forms of payment. Still, for the enjoyment of their ice cream and sherbet its a small inconvenience.“
“The ice cream occasions truly delivers one of the best ice cream experiences. The flavors are incredibly rich and decadent, satisfying even the most discerning palates. The texture is perfectly creamy, creating a velvety smooth sensation with every bite. The variety of flavors available is impressive, catering to both classic and adventurous taste preferences. The ice cream occasion is a delightful treat for any ice cream lover.“
“The parking structure was easy to find. I ordered the cannolis and sfogliatelles both of which were amazing. The sfogliatelles were crispy, and the cannoli shells were crunchy. The orange in the custard/ricotta was flavorful! The cashier was very friendly and prompt with serving me!“
“Came for a late night snack and came out pretty satisfied! Our cashier/server, Cindy, was amazingly helpful and friendly in recommending their best sellers so we opted for the Nutella-filled churros and just a plain soft serve to pair with it. The churros were made so fresh it was crisp and soft (not to mention so much thicker than I expected them to be) that pocketed the right amount of filling as it didn't make a big mess when taking a bite. The soft serve was just as good when Cindy handed it over, it was swirled pretty high and tall (not pictured as I immediately dug into that one). The ambiance of this place was friendly and moderate, I want to thank Cindy for making the rest of our night great with her service. I would recommend saving this spot for late night sweets!“
“For people who are gluten-free or vegan, this is an absolute dream come true. The yogurt is the perfect craving killer for folks who cannot have milk and even their cones act as a perfect way to not indulge in something you cannot digest. Every flavor is delicious and the toppings they have compliment them very well.“
“Hot high 80's day? A popsicle sounds great!Located across from Mission San Gabriel, Nomad Ice Pops looked to be a refreshing solution on a hot Fall day. Being Dia de los Muertos/Halloween season, Nomad Ice Pops had some popsicles shaped like skulls. After perusing the menu, horchata stood out & compelled a purchase.Horchata ($3.50)-Sabroso! Horchata was one of my favorite drinks, when I didn't care about sugar, calories, good health, diabetes. Heck, I remember I bought a large horchata from a former Albertaco's in Hawaiian Gardens, only to come back in a hour or so & buy another one. For shame! Anyhoo, Nomad Ice Pops' dairy-free horchata popsicle had all the taste & flavors of horchata that I remembered. It was frozen solid, meaning it didn't melt at all on a high 80's day. I ate the whole popsicle one bite at a time, which made things less messy.Service was good. Nomad Ice Pops operates as a takeout window. Parking is via street or at Mission San Gabriel.Nomad Ice Pops cooled me off on a hot day. I enjoyed my horchata popsicle & appreciated how solid it remained while consuming it. Nomad Ice Pops is a great option when looking for a sweet frozen treat.“
“Next level! Just a dream place for anyone planning an ice cream party -- they mostly sell ice cream in bulk but also offer select individual ice creams that you normally would buy from ice cream trucks. It's not really a place you want to bring your kids just because parking is limited and there's traffic as ice cream trucks are constantly moving around to load up with goodies -- so be very careful if you decide to bring a kiddo. It has a small and busy parking lot but Polar Ice Cream is gem of a place! Great place to get things to pleasantly surprise your family!“
“I love Honeymee, everytime I vacation in LA I make it my mission to stop by to get my fix. The soft serve and the honey just go perfectly together! This time I got the Honeymee which had the honey comb on top and it was delicious, I just love how the honey isn't too sweet so it doesn't over power the flavor of the soft serve“
“This was my first time at Mooyah Burgers I have to honestly say that was one of the best Burgers and fries I have ever had. (I live around 40 miles away from Mooyah and happened to be in that neighborhood that Saturday I had to go back on Sunday because it was good) I feel bad because I don't remember the lady that helped me, she was so nice and accommodating. If it helps, I was there on Saturday March 20th around 3pm. She deserves a raise. Thank you so much for the excellent service!“
“This is the Little Tokyo outlet of Somi Somi dessert chain. This chain is quite popular since it is not your typical ice cream parlor. They serve soft serve ice cream with various milk flavors. They also serve ice cream with tai yaki cakes on top. It is Japanese milk and tai yaki themed desserts which is different than traditional ice cream shops. Since this is located across from Little Tokyo shopping mall there is no free parking.“
“If you’re particular about your Matcha you will find that Midori Matcha matches your expectations. They use ceremonial-grade matcha so the colors are vibrant and the flavor is well-rounded. I felt that their matcha had a little kick to it, very subtle but it was that note presented itself at the very end of a sip.Their prices are very reasonable at $6 for a matcha latte and $3 for their matcha ice cream. It’s a beautiful establishment, the interiors are wooden and inviting. The shop is located right across a water fountain and has plenty of seating inside and outside. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. It’s one of my favorite places downtown to grab authentic matcha ?“
“The chicken at HOWLIN' was so spicy that I hurriedly went to buy ice cream to put out the heat in my mouth. ? I went for the matcha, jasmine tea, and vanilla triple for $7, and they were all delicious! The size was just right, not too big. As a Japanese person, I found it quite sweet, but it melted smoothly in my mouth and had a delicious taste.“
“Blast from the Past classic experience! My daughter said it was one of the best burgers? she ever ate, the fries were fresh and crispy, the corn dog was devoured and we both absolutely loved the extremely generous portioned chocolate vanilla swirl ice cream cones!?There is plenty of parking and several picnic tables for seating.“
“Decided to stop by and try a crème brûlée coffee Frappuccino when I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest worker with the brightest smile. Options to choose from was never ending but once I saw what I wanted I knew that is what I needed to try. I have absolutely no regrets. I am so happy with my drink, oh and cute shop!“
“We came here last weekend on Sunday and the experience was awesome! Everything was so clean, atmosphere felt great! Very nice staff! I tried some samples and had a hard time deciding on flavors, they were all so delicious!! Cynthia was so sweet and very patient; I was very pleased with her service. I am definitely coming back here!!!“
“This gem serves great ice cream! It may be called soft serve and may be served from machines but it is excellent tasting ice cream. The elicits are clean, fresh and offer something to everyone even if you have dietary restrictions. The store is clean, welcoming and free samples can be beat. Maybe I was the only one who didn't know the squiggly line next to the flavors meant they can be swirled together....duh; still learning! We opted to share 2 flavors, that weren't swirlable we got malted milk chocolate and let lime. Chocolate was perfect and key lime was creamy and tart. I loved that even in 80 degrees or ice cream didn't melt into a puddle; therefore making the experience great! We weren't forced to eat faster because of the temperature!! I recommend this shop! Great tasting ice cream!! 10/10“
“The chamango is seriously the best I have ever had! It's super fresh and sweet and tangy all at the same time! The spice of the Chamoy and Tajin take it up from a regular mango smoothie to the masterpiece that it is! Friendly staff and plenty of parking in the plaza as well!!!“
“Came on a Wednesday right when they opened at 12. Took about 10 minutes to get ready, so advise waiting a few minutes before opening time. The place was ok with the exception of a worn-out table. Pomegranate yogurt was very good. You get 5 toppings. For some reason, they had signs for no apple pay. Decent amount of parking.“
“Classic creamery in the heart of the Grand Central Mart (that's market for short lol). Grab a sample spoon and try out that frozen treat you've been dreaming about. It's a collection grass feed decadent dairy and powerful plant-based dairy free... Scoop or cone in try Ice Cream spot fashion with a line that keeps on moving with dessert lover passion. The coolness on the menu doesn't stop there as you can also do shakes, sammies (ice cream sandwiches), sundaes and floats. And while they do have some great vegan/lactose free flavors in the mix they are a little limited in some of the more premium offerings. Pints to go are a great option as well if you're prepared ;) Need a beverage, they have soda, water (including sparkling) and a select few bottle as well as can options on display at the register when you check out. Service is a ten out of ten! And I'd go back just for that, if not the Mango Sorbet and Salted Caramel Chocolate Swirl. Very cool scaled down version of their shops all over Central and Southern California, that makes it feel just as inviting as any other McConnell's Fine Ice Cream joint that's pretty affordable savory sweet #TreatYourself“
I am definitely coming back here!!!“
“I love this place. They have exactly what you would expect from a classic LA donut shop. The staff is super welcoming, kind, and fast. They will sometimes include free donuts in your purchase if you come later in the day. Also, they make incredible fresh sandwiches that I constantly crave. Probably half the price of what you’d get at other spots on sunset, but the same, if not better, quality and flavor.“
“Came here on a Sunday after lunch and was surprised that there was no wait. We were able to try different flavors, but ended up getting a split child's scoop of fresh mint with cacao nibs and brown sugar vanilla bean. For child's scoop it was still a lot of ice cream! The fresh mint flavor was my favorite and was very refreshing. If you are in the area highly recommend!“
“This charming cafe has instantly become my go-to spot for crepes. My favorite one is the banana strawberry and nutella one. The crepes are perfectly thin and beautifully folded, with just the right amount of Nutella and fresh banana, strawberry slices. During my last visit I also tried their Oreo milkshake, and it was beyond delicious. The shakes are thick, creamy, and bursting with flavor. They don't skimp on the ingredients, and you can taste the quality. The staff here is incredibly welcoming and attentive. Roll Cafe's commitment to excellent customer service adds another layer of charm to this already wonderful cafe. It's a place where you not only enjoy fantastic food but also feel genuinely valued as a customer.“
“The snacks are good.. & employees are nice BUT my only thing is they take long here.. so if you come here make sure you're parked in a good spot and you have time to spare.. I came here and it wasn't even packed and it took me 20 mins just to get fruit and a drink.. I was getting impatient.“
“GREAT selection of Gelato. Friendly owner and YUMMY YUMMY food. We went back for seconds. Literally some of the best sweets ive had. He also uses like fresh milk and all these other things to make them healthier than average sweets!! Check them out!!“
“Lovely chocolate shop on North Brand Blvd. that serves some very decadent chocolates that make the perfect gift for any and all occasions. They sell them by individual chocolates and prepackaged boxes, including ones for baby girls and baby boys! They are more on the pricier side admittedly but you can rack up rewards points and you get a free sample from the beautiful display each time. I went for the dark chocolate caramel cup topped with sea salt and it was the perfect, rich flavorful explosion of everything together. The service was really nice by one of the young ladies whose name I didn't catch. Very friendly and accommodating! The store is also very clean and organized. I highly recommend visiting this spot. There is also another location in Pasadena.PARKING:Free on the street“
“If you've been here, you know. If you haven't, then you need to experience this food. It's the best gelato in the world. End of story. What may not be clear is that basically every other gelato store in the US (and oftentimes, the world) ships its gelato in from a giant factory in Italy. Leo, the owner, finds that product offensive, and makes a point of producing something that is altogether from a different planet.People come from Arizona to get his pistachio gelato. I'm partial to the chocolate and sea salt, myself. But the granitas and sorbets are not to be missed, either. No matter what your tastes (or food allergies), this place has something delicious for you, and you can sample everything.Go here.“
