The delicious pan dulce, champurrado, Cinnamon tea, bollio con jalapeño & cream cheese, also with papas & chorizo, ready mady sandwiches? cant go wrong! So delicious, my kids love it from here as well! Definitely recommend!“

“This family-owned business usually never disappoints. We love the veggie pho because the broth is vegetable based, not chicken stock. The vegetables are always cooked to perfection and the portions are decent. On our last dining experience, we ordered the vegetable dumplings which came out very quickly. At first bite, I realized they were not vegetable but some kind of meat. While the place was busy, we couldn't find anyone to flag down fast enough before they delivered the correct order because the first one was chicken dumplings. Other than that, it's a good place for yummy food at good prices.“

“Came in for a shrimp burrito today, and the dining area was clean. The service was great, and my order was prepared quickly. The burrito came with rice, beans, cabbage, pico de Gallo, avocado, and salsa. My initial thought was that it would be the same as every other shrimp burrito. Boy, was I wrong. I requested both red and green salsa with the red salsa being my personal favorite because of both flavor and spice, while the flavor of the green salsa was king. The burrito itself was delicious and, by far, one of the best shrimp burritos that I have had in a while. If it weren't so far away, I would frequent Sandy's Cocina often. I recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite to eat when in the area because, I most definitely will.“

“The food was delicious, but the service left a little to be desired. It took a long time to serve. They didn't bring everything at once. The chilaquiles are supposed to have eggs. I told the waitress, and it took a long time to bring them, when the rest of the food was cold. Also, the chiles toreados, which are supposed to go with the food. Why would I want that when I've finished my meal? It took them more than seven minutes to bring a beer. It would be great if they could see how they could speed up the service. Perhaps that's where I found the most flaws.“

Burger was quite good, on the better side of smash burgers for a decent price.

Chili cheese dog was very good, but they cut all the way through the hotdog bun which was really annoying.

“Absolutely loved the food! Service is great and for all my children to love the food here says a lot about how delicious this place is. My kids are picky eaters but there was something good for all of them. From my 2 yr old to 13yr old. We will definitely save this location to continue to go again when in the area. I appreciate the chefs skills and friendly staff.

“Food was delicious! Pollo, Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Asada tacos (names of tacos are pronouns) were fantastic. If I had to rate one first place it would be the Carnitas, a very close second was the Al Pastor. The restaurant was busy and bustling, the staff were super friendly. 4 tacos, a 500ml Mexican coke with a large bottled water was about 17 bucks. Great prices. They do not accept cards, so make sure your ATM card is in working order. Mine is a bit old and it took me a few minutes to get it to work. Definitely want to go back here.“

I really loved the spicy scallop roll. I don't know how they flavor it. But it wasn't just spicy mayo which made it so good! I also got the yellow submarine. Not my favorite but still pretty good. There is something on the menu for everyone! My favorite offering is the green curry tofu - they ask you which spice level you'd like... If you crave a flavorful kick - they will not disappoint! This pairs well with garlic string beans or sir fried fresh ginger, onion, mushroom and carrot. The kids adore the Chicken Satay and the Crying Tiger grilled marinated beef served with Thai spicy sauce.“

“Authentic Nicaraguan flavors, big hearty plates, and the kind of gallo pinto and plantains that make you want to come back the next day.
They gave us free pork to try, it was delicious. And also gave us different types of juices for free to try. They were all excellent, we couldn’t decide which one is better.
The fritanga platter is a feast, and the staff treats you like family. The utensils also come in a paper bag so they wouldn’t touch the table. Check out my pictures.“

“Great beer…nothing else. Slow slow slow service…food was just okay. Would have stayed for one more beer but the server never came back when I asked for a taste of the beer I was contemplating purchasing. When they came back without the request we just paid and left. Next time we will sit at the bar, maybe service is better there.“
