“The food is really good! I bought lunch for me and my parents and they enjoyed the food. I got the hot spicy level and it’s a good amount of spice. The man at the front is very nice and answered my question about spicy level since it was my first time there. I also asked for one combo with the sauce on the side and I received it just like I asked. Service was quick. The restaurant is clean and in a convenient location.“

“I made an online order for our potluck and picked up the food without checking it because I was in a hurry going to work. Ordered special offer with chicken and nuggets but at the time we open the food, the dozen nuggets are missing. Lesson learned: check your order before leaving.“

I stopped by Chicken Koop in Whittier the other day, and I’m still thinking about it. The naan bread alone is worth the visit—so soft, warm, and fresh, it’s basically impossible to stop eating it.

The team here is awesome, too. Everyone’s super friendly and makes you feel welcome, like they’re happy to have you there. It’s just one of those places where you can tell they care about what they’re doing.

If you’re in the area and craving something delicious, you need to check this place out. Great food, great people“

“After so many times of having gone to this shopping center for the other stores, I finally took a chance to come in, and I thought it was pretty good! Staff was friendly, they were really patient with me. Food came out in maybe ~7 minutes or so, so that's pretty standard. I thought it was pretty good! Was reading some of the reviews saying there's no flavor? I don't know, maybe I've become such an old man👴🏻 now, I thought it was good. Not over-the-top. Someone said they barely gave any cheese over the fries? My observation was that they meticulously layered the cheese, so that it wasn't just a giant slab on top with nothing on the bottom. I've never been to any other restaurant that goes through that level of detail to make sure the right amount of cheese is evenly distributed across the fries like that! BRAVO!👏🏻 Shoutout to the 1pm crew! You guys are awesome!

“I ordered food to go and picked it up so i really can't comment on the atmosphere except to say there were a lot of people dining there. I had made a mistake in my order before i got there, but they were very accommodating in changing it. All their food is delicious, but I have to rave about the chicken! The taste is so good and it's so tender. My family always orders for parties because everyone loves the chicken.“

“Pretty empty when we went in on a Friday afternoon. Just me and my son. I just got a order of three chicken straips, $15 w combo ( fries and drink) I just got my chocked and my son ordered chicken sandwich combo w Mac n cheese. It came out to $32 which was easy too much for me just getting three straps.

It was good but not worth the extra cost. I do love me done canes

“Chick-fil-A's food quality is consistently good, this branch included. However, the workers in this particular branch have occasionally got my order wrong on both dine-in and drive-thru.
