“Really amazing and very good food. I was a table of one and was able to sit down within 15 minutes compared to usual hour long wait.

I got the HK style french toast, very sweet and more of a dessert but it was amazing nonetheless. Second item i got was the cold sesame noodle (no chicken) and i’ve never had this amazing dish before and it was life changingly good.

Funny story but they threw away my food while i was in the bathroom for two minutes but they apologized and gave me a free meal to go and pastry. I didn’t care that much but happy they fixed an error!

“Open Market catered a wedding reception I was coordinating in October, and they were wonderful. Their restaurant is one of the bride's favorites, and they were great. The food is delicious, and I'm working on getting my husband over there soon. They couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible during the planning, and they were straight pros at the reception. As a planner, I love caterers that are easy to work with and easy for my couple's to work with, and it was a great experience for everyone.

“Guerrilla Cafecito is a great breakfast burrito joint & coffee house from the team behind Guerrilla Taco. The GTLA (steak & papas) breakfast burrito is the best in the city. Tortillas from Mejorado, so you already know. My only complaint… a little stingy on the salsa. But it’s 2024, so bidenomics and whatnot. I get it. But don’t let that stop you. The burritos here are out of this world.“

“This Latina woman–owned coffee shop is such a hidden gem. From the outside it might look a little rough, but step inside and you’ll be greeted with the warmest service and the most delicious food. I had the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time, and the mazapán latte was out of this world. PERFECTLY made. The team here truly makes you feel welcome, and you can tell they pour so much love into what they do. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend supporting this spot! 🌸☕🥪 Gracias chicas!!“

“Want to get connected with nature and have an amazing meal! This was just what er needed on our hike. The food was so fresh and delicious. You still can connect with nature while getting healthy food. Very kid workers, and it was nice that they provided water for free. If you are hiking, take the time to get more energy and good food!“

“Maybe the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. Not overly sweet, or too buttery, or yeasty. Cooked enough and perfectly balanced. The Chai latte was just right. Very rich in flavor, very nice tea. Not too hot either. Staff is friendly and the place is well kept. Good music as well.“

We ordered an iced matcha latte with honey — it tasted clean and bright (and not too sweet) — and a smoked salmon onigiri that hit the spot, for a late lunch. “I love the Bingsoo here, the portion for the price is great. The service is also great! The owner is very attentive.
A regular size is good for two people. There's plenty of tables, although they're shared with the other restaurant in the dining area. It's located inside the grocery store.“

“I can't say enough good things about James and Virtu Coffee in DTLA! James is not only super nice and chill, but he also genuinely cares about his customers. His coffee is consistently amazing, and he always goes the extra mile for repeat customers with great deals. “Modern, clean cafe with yummy Asian inspired treats. We got their chocolate mochi brownie, miso cinnamon roll, and cream bun.

All were delicious, but the mochi brownie was our favorite. The miso perfectly complements the cinnamon roll and the roll still tastes sweet. The cream bun was so soft and not too sweet.

I found this spot when I was looking for a place to take my sister to eat. When we saw the menu we were excited and it didn’t disappoint.

We decided to do breakfast today and go back for lunch next time.

The place was clean and the customer service was excellent.

Our food was freshly prepared and so delicious.
My waffle was crispy outside and fluffy inside with a buttery flavor. My potatoes were seasoned well with actual seasoning not just salt and oil. The eggs were cooked well too.

I seriously had a great breakfast.

Her avocado toast looked great and she said all the ingredients tasted fresh and ripe without being mushy and the bread had a great texture and wasn’t affected by the moisture of the vegetables.

We 100% are coming back. You should also try it out, totally recommended.“

“This might be my favorite coffee shop in the area. It has plenty of indoor seating and workspace—perfect to get some remote work or studying done 💻. My favorite drink is the horchata cold brew, half sweet with some oat milk cause the cold brew is stronggg. I love picking out some grocery store items when I’m here too. “We stumbled upon this little café by chance while driving from the airport — and what a hidden gem it turned out to be! I honestly envy the office workers who get to have this place nearby every day.

It's a small café, but everything they serve is top-tier culinary art — the sandwiches, coffee, and salads are absolutely delicious. And the soups… just wow! We tried the pumpkin and broccoli soups — both incredibly tasty and nourishing. My 7-year-old son usually won’t touch broccoli, but he loved their broccoli soup and ate it with great pleasure.

We've only been there a couple of times over the past year, but it’s definitely on our list for every future trip to Los Angeles. Can’t wait to come back!“
