“Hands down the best spot to have a beer and talk with friends, neighbors, or strangers. It's not a large space, but always manages to have enough room to be more than comfortable. The ambiance is warm and inviting with a clean, minimalist look. The beer is stellar, and they always keep variety on tap. Hoi has become an anchor for the neighborhood.“

“The Rotunda is one of my favorite spaces in San Francisco. I’ve celebrated quite a few milestones in the restaurant, and I plan to return, but today’s service ruined an experience that otherwise could have been quite memorable. For reasons unbeknownst to us, our server was downright hostile. Eye rolls and constipated grimaces were her go-to reactions to each of our benign requests. It got to the point where we became so uncomfortable in her presence, that we shrunk ourselves into obsequious church mice, shivering in her scolding utopia. Truly unacceptable. It was like dealing with Kathy Bates from American Horror Story. She needs a nap or an SSRI.“

“Intimate and cozy bar with an excellent wine and beer selection. The interior is gorgeous but small, dominated by the bar. The walls look like they’re made of green velvet but it’s actually concrete. The service was friendly, and they made to sure to keep our glasses full. The food is from Ernest, which was a treat. The bread is from Rize Up Bakery and highly recommended with the wine.“

Every ingredients make a fabulous harmony in my mouth and the tater tots were “THE FINALE” I’m gonna come back for the Warriors Breakfast burger which has sunny side up egg on burger!!!!!!! And cheese curds!!!! Gotta check this place frequently. Love can’t describe this place, I wanna gate-keep this place.

“We stopped in for a beer on our honeymoon and loved the upstairs area to play some fun games and sand shuffle board! The beers were delicious and they had great service. It was a warm day and the airflow wasn’t great upstairs or down so that’s the only negative but we’ll definitely be back for more beers!“

“Absolutely excellent meal! We usually go to Indian restaurant in Berkeley but wanted to try something closer to home. We got the samosas, chicken momo, chicken tikka masala, goat curry and the butter naan.

The goat curry was one of the most flavorful dishes we’ve had in a long time. The meat comes on the bone so expect a little bit of work but it’s well worth it for the flavor. Extremely rich, flavorful, and spicy. Chicken momo is also worth calling out as a must have. Odd yet true, but the water was surprisingly pure and fresh. Don’t know the last time a restaurant’s water caught my attention for a good reason. Overall a surprisingly great meal with a nice view.

Service was wonderful and all the food came out hot. Definitely our new favorite local Indian spot and we’re already looking forward to returning.“

Black pepper steak was delicious, but the drinks were what really stood out. We got the Osthmanthus Lemon and the Chinese Almond Milk high balls and they were some of the best cocktails I've ever tried. “So I had my first taste at two pitchers brewing company on my way home from my bachelor party. I sat at a long table with my four brothers and my father, and we ordered six blood orange radlers not truly knowing what that was. It immediately became one of our favorites. And a tradition of mine. Every year for my anniversary, I make sure I have two six packs of blood orange radlers with me on my anniversary. My wife and I both very much so enjoy them and I very much so enjoy reminiscing of that lunch with my brothers and my father. So thank you for making such an amazing drink. And cheers to many more years of tradition.“
