“Tuvimos el placer de descubrir Gucci Osteria Massimo Bottura y, ¡wooow!, qué lugar tan asombroso. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos cautivó la combinación de sabores extraordinarios que ofrece este restaurante. Cada platillo, desde la ensalada de mariscos hasta la pasta fría y los tortellinis, fue un deleite para nuestros sentidos.“

“Their service was amazing. Our server was very well-trained, and he answered our queries.
We went there to celebrate our anniversary, and they bought out our desserts with wishes.
I would definitely recommend making some of the portion sizes a bit larger.
The food was great, but very little portioned, especially the avocado appetizer.“

“The Le Cirque pop up was fantastic. The Chateaubriand was perfect and the mushrooms stuffed with short ribs were fantastic. I also loved the crisp pommes soufflé, like eating a hollow potato chips but much better. The service was professional and just the right amount of attentive. Los Angeles has many fine restaurants but only a very few with the Panache of Le Cirque and Ella carried it off beautifully. Only missed the art and exquisite decor of the original restaurants.“

“Great food, definitely coming back!
I ordered the Brooklyn Dodger pizza, gem lettuce salad, garlic parmesan bread, chicken wings, chicken parmesan, and rigatoni Brooklyn pasta.
Everything was amazing except the pasta, which was below average.
The pizza was incredible crispy crust and delicious sauce.
Chicken wings were juicy and clean, ranch sauce was great.
Chicken parmesan was outstanding.
Garlic bread was rich and flavorful.
Top favorites: the pizza, wings, chicken parmesan, and garlic bread.“

“A perfect stay!! Celebrating my husband’s 60th! From the time we arrived, the service and attention to detail was impeccable! The entire staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure my husband was enjoying his birthday celebration. It was our first stay at the Maybourne. It will be the only place we stay from now on. Thank you so much to the entire staff for making our stay so special.“

“Great dining experience. Richard was an excellent waiter. La Dolce Vita is perfect for family style eating. Our table enjoyed the tableside caesar salad, the clams oreganata and the burrata for appetizers. We had two pastas, the chicken marsala and the New York steak for mains. Each dish was perfect. Desert was spumoni and cheesecake. I will be coming back soon.“

“Ate here last Thursday night. Had no trouble getting seated right away at 630pm. Service was excellent from the host to the waiter to the bartender and other servers.
The chef and menu are new. We loved the endive salad. My wife liked the eggplant starter more than I did. The fungi pasta was the highlight.
We also had the beef cheek pasta, where we really liked the pasta but the dish was small and came out warm, not hot. The filling was not something we got excited about, so would not order this again.
A bit disappointed not to find more seafood dishes, like we see in the menu from the older reviews.
Our table was great but if come back, especially with a group, we'll request a table further to the back. The outside seating looks wonderful, too, but I imagine that's mostly for lunch.“

“Have now had 4-5 dinners at Tommy's and can't rave enough about it. The first one was great, and each time it just keeps getting better. Last Saturday the menu featured a few new options including a new pasta. It was called carbonara but forget thinking heavy creme. This was black squid ink version, not heavy, but simply the tastiest pasta I have ever had in my life. Mind blowing. There were four of us and we all loved everything we ordered. Plus the live music, which has been in the foyer, came into the dining room as the evening progressed. They were fantastic and there were 10-12 people dancing. Beverly Hills/Westside has desperately needed a new restaurant like Tommy's: phenomenal food, great vibe, beautiful room and great service. Plus Tommy himself is a great host to make sure everybody is having a great time. If you haven't been, you need to go. And no, I don't work there, not an investor, and have no connection to it other than just a customer who loves it.“

“Solid 4. Good and fast service. I got the one with pistachio, mozarella and mortadello. It was very well balanced a good portion sandwich. The only problem was a stale bread which was hard to chew. Outside of that I recommend it and I will try another sandwhich next time. They play modern italian music at the acceptable volume level. They also have a restroom and nice cute seats. Good vibes good food“

“I finally made it to La Scala and now I understand the hype! The legendary chopped salad absolutely lived up to its reputation—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The ingredients were so crisp and finely chopped, each bite was a perfect mix of savory and satisfying. The signature dressing is light but incredibly flavorful, tying everything together without overpowering.
The ambiance was classic Beverly Hills: elegant but not stuffy, with attentive service that made me feel genuinely welcomed. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, the team treats you like a VIP.
La Scala is a true LA institution for a reason. I’ll definitely be back—and I already know I’m ordering that salad again. Bravo!“

“The fried gnocchi were definitely my favourite and I think this is my favourite Italian restaurant in Los Angeles.
The classic Italian restaurant you don’t expect to find in Los Angeles staffed with Italians from Italy.
Fun fact : We got a very early dinner reso and Al Pacino was seated beside us. Apparently he is a regular there.“

“We accidentally stumbled upon this coffee shop in Beverly Hills while on vacation. Good lattes & homemade apricot cookies. What really made this memorable was the owner's little dog, Biscuit, and the friendliness of Carla's regular customers. Will definitely be back for some lasagna next time. ❤️❤️“

“Got the veggie omelette today. Perfectly cooked. Very nice, fresh spring greens and country potatoes on side.
I come here also for the farfalle marinara: my kid's fav. Sauce is super, best we've had, she asks for this dish twice a month.
I have their pasta punch card for repeat customers. When I get a free small pasta I usually choose the penne aglio olio, a very nice snack, piping hot, fresh out the pan.
Quiet location, family vibe.
I've seen some negative reviews here, but my experience always been stellar & yummy here; it's why I keep coming back.“

“Funke does many things right, yet still manages somehow to feel both warm but not inviting at the same time.
It’s odd to me because I recently met Chef Evan Funke and he seemed to be a super nice and warm guy(and clearly very talented), yet his spirit seems to not shine as bright as it could in this particular environment.
A protege of Wolfgang Pucks from back in the day, he himself has become quite a celebrity chef with hundreds of thousands of followers on IG, and all the other things: book, tv appearances, etc…
I believe he’s considered the “Pasta God of California!”
While I have yet to try his other concepts, Mother Wolf (Hollywood) and Felix Trattoria(Venice Beach) Funke is his newest addition to his portfolio of eateries, if not a huge departure in menu from the other two; freshly made authentic Italian pastas and elevated pizzas and animal proteins with a thoughtful bar and wine list. It’s all very good.
The standouts are the squash blossoms and pizza for me, and olive oil infused craft cocktail, but I have yet to try the pastas so cannot comment.
I’m giving this a 4/5 because I can’t help but feel that Funke can’t decide what experience it truly wants to give you. As I said, it’s warm, but not necessarily inviting.
All that said, add it to your list for fine-dining in Beverly Hills. It’s worth going for the open-air rooftop bar and squash blossoms alone.“
