“Stopped by Kabuki after shopping at Brea Mall and had a really enjoyable meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out surprisingly fast.

We ordered the sukiyaki udon, tonkotsu ramen, a salmon avocado roll, and an eel roll. The udon was warm and comforting with tender beef, and the ramen broth was rich without being too heavy. The sushi was fresh, and the salmon was especially good.

I was dining with my son, and he finished almost his entire bento box with yakisoba and a California roll, which rarely happens since he’s a picky eater! That alone made the visit worth it.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was attentive. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re at Brea Mall. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable Japanese spot in the area.“

“This chain is an institution in socal malls. Stark contrast in their long line while other food court places are empty. They really allow you to pack all you can, generously topping up with noodles once the bowl is on the grill, so don't worry about leaving space for noodles (just don't leave any). Unspoken rule that one bowl is enough for two.

Shout out to the Ramona flowers type girl working there packing bowls for takeout orders. She pulled no punches and taught me some tricks to unashamedly maximize portions.“

The spring crunch slaw is a steal at $6.95, it’s a ton of slaw for such a cheap price and the peanut butter/chili oil dressing is bomb. It was pretty busy when I went, but they brought out the food amazingly fast for how big of a group was seated ahead of me. Definitely recommend this spot.“

“A Mazesoba spot in Walnut, had to try it since it's rare to have this type of restaurant around. My wife and I were immediately seated as it wasn't busy when we entered, although busy a bit later. My wife and I ordered the Classic Mazesoba & Champion Mazesoba. (Both non spicy) Both came out pretty fast and the presentation is spectacular.

1. Champion Mazesoba came with 2pcs Chashu, Marinated egg, minced pork, poached eggs, 3pcs nori, shredded seaweed, green onions, chives, and garlic. All mixed together with the ramen noodles creates the perfect dish. It wasn't too salty, and everything mixes just melts perfectly.
The noodles were already seasoned well, which makes the mixing extra yummy.

2. Classic Mazesoba came with minced pork, poached egg, shredded seaweed, green onions, chives, and garlic.

Cheaper than the champion bowl, less ingredients, but just as tasty. This dish is perfect for customers who like less meat, and loves more simplicity in their mazesoba. Noodles taste very similar despite some of the lacking ingredients

Overall, Mazesoba Hero is amazing, service is great, parking is free (popular plaza), food is top quality, and for those who are new or interested in mazesoba type food, this is the perfect place to start. Can't wait to come back to try the other dishes.“

We had the angel wings( deep fried boneless chicken wing stuffed with pork, shrimp, and chicken) as appetizer. It’s a good crunch. We also have the tom kha seafood soup, very comforting and full of ingredients and spices. the crying tiger is so juicy. And the crab fried rice can really taste the wok. We also tried the new fried pork with Chinese broccoli. For dessert we have the mango sticky rice, I like how it comes with a heart shape!

Broth is super rich, noodles are cooked to perfection and they have all the toppings and add ons that you want. Extra noodles come al dente and with some extra broth. “A hidden gem found by accident as I stayed in the Doubletree by Hilton nearby. Excellent beef dish with sprouts and tried for the first time silkworm pulpo soup which was better than I expected once I got over the idea and look of it. Some drunk noisy obnoxious patrons to be expected but otherwise had a great meal in a small mom and pop Korean resto. Will definitely come back and try other dishes. The waitress was also very nice and although she could not speak very well English she was very polite, nice and attentive.“
