We're always super wary of food court shops, but this place is way better than we expected. They offer a decent menu and the drinks are pretty well made. Compared to other boba shops, the price is adequate and the flavor is similar.

- Boba (Topping): 9/10 - good but not a full scoop

The workers were quick and the place is located in the food court of Brea Mall. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

“I had been craving poke for a while and this place did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and most of all, kind. I got a spicy salmon, regular salmon and spicy tuna bowl with sushi rice. The toppings and fish were fresh and flavorful. The Thai tea boba also hit the spot. Under $24 for both the bowl and boba tea. Definitely recommend this place if you are craving a true Hawaiian poke bowl.“

Felt comfortable with staff dining here for three days/nights straight. i tried a delicious green milk tea with boba, complimentary drinks of free waters and fresh cut watermelon refreshing drink to TRY! it’s under a hotel on the way to disneyland in Anaheim street. As well as, their classic cheese pizza hits the spot. i wouldn’t mind stopping by here to disneyland with family and friends it’s a cute spot with plushies in front. This little shop is in the same plaza as BCD Tofu House. It’s a small chain that specializes in Japanese mochi donuts and milk tea/coffee drinks.

The donuts are really good, and the pink gift box packaging is super pretty, perfect for gifting! The inside is also cute, with a full wall of fake flowers and grass, plus a pink carousel 🎠 that makes it great for photos.

The staff were really friendly too and they even asked if we wanted some water and offered to help take our pictures. Restaurant is clean, too. Big bonus points!

“I got the Four Seasons (a white tea) milk tea, which I think is my new favorite tea base, with 75% sweetness, large boba, regular ice, and creme brûlée pudding (I thought I would get something I don’t often see as a topping). I am so happy with this drink! Service was fast and easy, I ordered on a kiosk and the drink was called out within 5 minutes! When I mixed in the pudding and boba, the drink was super sweet (which is what I wanted, but next time I should probably get 50% or 25% sweet or not get the creme brûlée pudding, to limit myself to a more reasonable sugar intake). The boba was perfectly chewy, on the softer side, which is what I prefer, with good flavor, and there was a generous amount. The creme brûlée made the milk tea taste like vanilla ice cream and caramel were mixed in. Soooo good. Thank you for a nice dessert stop! The shop is small but very cozy with a few seating options. Side note: I was happy to hear Now or Never from High School Musical 3 playing over the speakers when I walked in. It warmed my gen z heart.

After looking at other reviews, I also wanted to add: You can order using one of 2 kiosks, or with a cashier at the register. There is also a QR code for the menu, and a printed menu near the register. The employee called out our orders when they came out.“

“We LOVED their fried rice it was so good! Solid amount of chicken in it too. We ordered the chicken garlic noodles as well that was also tasty. The woman who took our order was so sweet she brought out all of our items to us very gingerly and also put a nice big bottle of siracha out. We wished we lived closer so we could come more often!“

The staff don’t speak that much English pretty much Chinese only but you can point at the menu and you’ll be fine. There is plenty of parking outside, so you will never struggle to look for that. “Amazing atmosphere! Bookstore-like decor and plenty of cool board games. Ordered the chicken wings which were juicy and spiced just right. Relatively empty in the afternoon so a great place to work then.

Critical feedback: I ordered a peach oolong milk tea with boba, 0 sugar. The drink was very watery and I requested more milk in it, but it still wasn't enough. Slightly disappointed with the drink.

Nice-to-have enhancement: have sugar packets outside so customers can adjust the sugar level themselves. Would be nice if the boba had a honey coating to it.

“It's so rare and hard to find a Honeydew flavor that is served at any boba spot, but when I finally did, it happened to be the most clean and cozy establishment I can ask for.

With with old fashioned and luxury style seating inside, plenty of plants and a homey anesthetic; BT is the place to be.

“Plenty of parking because one of the stores inside a strip mall. Right next to Code Ninja and across from usps store. Theres a sign on the wall outside but the boba shop is a little hard to find because its located inside Miko’s pet supplies. Once you walk into the storefront, you will see therea a glassdoor that leads you to a room and thats the boba shop.

The serve is good as the lady that works there greeted me with a friendly smile and answered my question as best as she can. I ordered the house milk tea with boba and boba came out hot and sweet. Tea isnt too sweet with the taste of tea.

“I have been trying various milk tea places in the area to find a place that would cater milk tea for my upcoming wedding. My wife could not have the wedding without having milk tea served to the guests. My wife and I tried the champ milk tea here and decided that this place was the one. Their portions are much larger than other shops, and the tea flavor is pronounced and not covered by sugar/milk. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful in preparing our bulk order for the wedding, and it was a major hit during our wedding. “A really cute place to grab some teas, slushies, coffee, and snacks. I only ordered the Kawaii Dogs aka Korean Corndogs, so I can't say how their drinks are, but their corndogs were good. It wasn't really any different from the many other places that now sell Korean corndogs so nothing to note here. I will say that it was my first time trying the Ramen covered corndog so I don't know how it compares to any others but it hurt too much to eat. Literally hurts as the ramen bits are fried, hence hard. Sharp ramen bits makes it hard to bite into, and once you do, they jab your mouth. I had to cut it up into small bite size pieces to finish it. On top of that, the fried ramen bits made it a little dry. I would not order this again. Overall, I would come back if I was in the area.“

“How often do you find boba places with staff that seem genuinely nice and caring? Their drinks aren't too pricey, good quality, can customize sweetness and toppings. They're running a special at the moment, plenty of tables and a couple outlets to get work done too. I had their chicken tenders last time and they're solid for a "boba shop".“

“Friendly staff + gr8 service! Funky decor + atmosphere.BUT issues which owners can consider: 1. Where’s the recycle bin? Everything is single use plastics, but there was only 1 bin for general trash for landfill.
2. Why are syrups full of artificial flavors? e.g RED40 in the strawberry!? That stuff needs a warning label in Europe but here we lap it up like a pig plunging into slop. Probably a supplier issue- but surely spend a little more and get some better quality ingredients?
I ended up with a tea, and sure enough it was sweetened… can’t get away from all the sugar. I’ll try the black tea next time- maybe that’ll be sugar free!
