One of the better Korean BBQ experiences I’ve had. All of the food was very fresh and tasty. They gave us a huge variety of dishes and I ate until I was very full, but I still felt great afterwards. “Came with a friend as a play date with our kids my and we had so much food we couldn’t finish! Got the dooki combo. The ddukbokki was served on a heating dish so it would stay hot throughout the meal. My kids devoured the dooki rice and cheese balls. The chicken was the sleeper hit though... So crispy and piping hot and perfectly seasoned.“

“This historic old Taco Bell building has had the makeover of a lifetime. Not only a fun little dining room but the food was amazing!!! Came in for the soft opening and will be back very soon. The Katsu and spicy curry was wonderful a nice bite but not too spicy. The dumpling's, cooked to perfection. Don’t pass this little gem by.“

“Starting with the food. I got the fresh salmon, popping salmon, fluffy egg, and grilled spicy pork. I liked the fluffy egg and grilled spicy pork the best.
Fresh salmon is alright. It is what it is with basically poke quality salmon. Light and refreshing.
Popping salmon has like sort of a buldak/rameny flavor for the marinade which I didn’t like but my partner liked. Not too spicy.
Grilled spicy pork is fairly typical dwaegi gogi, which i like so i’m a little biased. i thought it was good with the yubu. Plenty of pork marinade seeping through the rice. Not very spicy.
Fluffy egg did not have as much roe as the picture lead me to believe but it was good. It also had a few salmon roe for some reason but I liked it. Nice and savory. Egg was wet-ish and soft. nice.

Prices are fairly reasonable. I’d say 3-4 would be a pretty filling meal for the average person. about $5-7 each yubu after tax. I’ve never seen a yubu restaurant before. Vibes are kind of grab and go but they have a decent amount of seating for like groups of 4-5 maybe (like 3-4 tables)

Pretty okay neat looking modern place on the inside. I might try again if I was craving something in particular. I wanted to try the Garlic Butter Crab that other reviews were talking about.“

For me, the service was perfect, the guy welcomed us in and left us alone after that which is perfect since i’m shy. We got the pork cutlet kimbap and the rose tteokbokki. The tteok was perfectly chewy and so soft and great for me because i can’t handle a lot of spice. The pork cutlet in the kimbap was so so yummy. We’ll definitely come back.“

But what really surprised me was how good their bossam and Squid Stir-Fry are — it’s definitely another standout dish. If you come here, I highly recommend ordering both the gamjatang, the bossam and Squid.

The flavors are very clean, and you can really feel the care and home-style quality in the cooking. This is one of my top Korean restaurant recommendations in the Lorena Heights area — highly recommended!

“A hidden gem in a Korean market in Fullerton. They serve up fresh poke salads, Korean rice bowls and sushi for pretty cheap! I think nothing was over $15 and everything came with a mini udon. Got the crunchy poke salad which was so vibrant and colorful. Super fresh ingredients. The salmon and tuna was soooo tasty. Also tried the spicy pork bulgogi cupbap which I could probably eat daily and never tire of it. Also got the Hawaiian shrimp roll which my kid loved.
