“I only order the original pancakes 3 stack with side of bacon and coffee. They made a fresh pot of decaf for me which I appreciate not serving burnt coffee. My son tried the French Toast which are oversized, not as good as the original pancakes. I ordered extra butter for them....so so so good. Mexico IHOP pancakes are not the same.“

“We wanted breakfast food and ordered the salmon bagel sandwich and breakfast burrito. Both were delicious and wait staff were very helpful and quick. The restaurant itself is a bit sparse but was comfortable to eat in.

Tucked into a lobby spot on Sawtelle, you can get a giant delicious egg breakfast with fantastic potatoes or chicken sausage for under $20. Coffees, waffles, sandwiches top notch. “Amazing little spot. Service was wonderful despite it being Sunday during Labor Day weekend. Not too busy, as we were able to seat ourselves outside. Adorable dogs on the patio!

I got the French toast while my boyfriend got the waffles. We shared the eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Everything was delicious! The waffle was perfectly crispy yet tender inside. The French toast was soft as well. Order the hash browns crispy! You won’t regret it.

The portions are solid, especially for the lower than expecting prices. The atmosphere is full on country. The music is country.and everyone is friendly and kind. The food is fresh and made to order. My check suggested 18%,20% or 22% but when I paid the tablet started it's suggestions a bit higher and didn't let me customize to an 18% because of the surprise unchanged. When I tried it defaulted to 20%. I found it surprising that I couldn't get out of there under $24.50 for a simple pancake platter! Ouch. Restaurant empty, which was fine for a personal call I intended to make!“

“Jeremy's Coffee Shop is a great place to stop and get great food at a fair price. The portions are large and taste very good. The service is excellent. Good child menu and daily specials. The coffee is good and hot. Paved parking lot and street parking is also permitted.“

“Whenever we are even close to Downtown LA and staying in a hotel for a night or more, we have IHop delivered. It is just the best.

We have eaten at this one more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

This time we had it delivered and it was, as always so good. They pack it all in such a way there is no way it can get ruined or food mixed with other food. The delivery is fast and I have never had an issue, not once.

This time we had burgers, which were so good with bacon and cheese. My grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich with French fries and he loved it. I am the huge pancake lover in the family so I had their big breakfast that comes with the best, most fluffy and perfect pancakes along with hash browns and bacon, ham and sausage. It was all great and I saved the meat for our dogs who were waiting for us to get home (we were at a hotel nearby).

It is just the best and the prices are so fair. You will pay much more for some fancy place, but their pancakes won't be as good.

I come here also for the farfalle marinara: my kid's fav. Sauce is super, best we've had, she asks for this dish twice a month.

I have their pasta punch card for repeat customers. When I get a free small pasta I usually choose the penne aglio olio, a very nice snack, piping hot, fresh out the pan.

It was good, not the greatest, but good. There are a few other vegetarian options I will have to try, and I heard their breakfast is really good! I will have to come back again.“
