“First time coming here and it was delicious! Tried the short ribs, chicken kebab, beef kebab, and shrimp kebab. All of it was really good, but the short ribs were my favorite, then the shrimp. The hot sauce on the shrimp works really well together. The plates come with plenty of rice, small salad, a potsticker, an onion ring, and some sort of sweet crispy wonton. We ordered in person to go and the order didn't take too long, a little less than 10 minutes I think.“

“Masa-san serves chef's choice, and the food is fresh and delicious. Eating here is an extremely delightful experience. The sweet shrimp with eggs is one of my favorites. Always finish your meal with at least 1 (maybe 2 or ...) of his blue crab rolls. The crab is carefully hand-pulled, the rice is warm, and the seaweed is crisp. You won't find that combination of quality and easy dining experience anywhere else in the Valley. Please try it!“

“For how busy they were they cranked out the sushi fast. The rolls were good, didn't have anything that we didn't like. Would definitely go again. The half off menu is great.

They have a picture of soft shell crab roll on the half off menu under crunch roll. That one was a little disappointing that it was not the accurate picture. Not a reason not to go of course“

“They serve up the best savory chicken bowl ever. It is not an overly syrup sweet sauce but savory and soooo good. the veggies are warm and soft. if you want crunchy and sweet, go elsewhere. The flavor here is unique and delicious and they have never changed in like at least 26 years since I started going. Love it. Great for to go or dine in. 🥰“

The fish was so incredible and each dish / roll was AMAZING!!! I’ve been to many delicious sushi places in my time and this was truly a cut above them all!! I would highly recommend them. “Q Sushi is the best! I tried oysters for the first time ever, and they were SO good. I thought they might be weird, but I ended up loving them! The food here is amazing, and everything tasted so fresh. They even gave me a really yummy avocado sushi roll, which I loved, and a little orange snack that was so cute and sweet.

The workers were so nice, and my waitress, Sage, was awesome. She made me feel really special and made sure I had everything I needed. It was such a fun place to eat, and I can’t wait to go back again. you have to try this place.

We have eaten there many times over the years, as their food is always DELICIOUS!!! I had their Miso Soup, Spring Greens Salad, 911 Roll, Lobster Roll, Shrimp Tempura, Fresh Water Eel, Spicy Scallop Hand Roll, Garlic Edamame, Yellowtail Sushi, and Salmon Sushi. And it was as it always is, fresh and delicious!!!! Definitely Simi Valley's best sushi restaurant!!!“

If you've ever seen the anime food wars every bite is like the scenes when one of the judges takes a bite of the dish and they nut so hard there clothes explode off of them. I moved away from the area and havent been back in over ten years, but it was one of the gems I was looking forward to visiting, if it was still standing. To my absolute delight, the Teriyaki Masudaya is still standing! I had the pleasure of stopping by last week to eat my favorite there, their house plate with beef, chicken, and prawn alongside a salad with their signature dressing.. and I was so happy to find that the recipes have been passed down from the original owners, tastes just as good as I remember. Always a lovely management/staff as well. Thank you TM for still standing when so many others have fallen. You are a symbol of my childhood and I plan to keep coming back. 😊❤️“

“I got the curry katsu and I've had the katsudon before and they were both delicious!Plus the curry katsu comes with a side of miso, salad and pickled veggies. It's plenty of food and the katsu was bigger than my hand.It's located at the food court area inside of Galleria market so it's an easy spot to go in and get lunch. Parking lot can get full but at 2pm on a weekday, there was plenty of parking.I've ordered from here multiple times and haven't been disappointed. Great spot“
