“I needed a place to have dinner and some beer while waiting to take sunset photos. This place is awesome. Three locals at the bar made for interesting and friendly conversation. The beer selection is fantastic and I found a new favorite. The tri-tip sandwich is excellent - delicious sweet BBQ sauce. And Luis was a phenomenal bartender. I’m so happy I stopped by.“

“The Corvettes of Bakersfield visited Cambria Pines Lodge on Sunday, July 9th for a lovely brunch in the garden room. We had 15 cars and a group of 30. We were welcomed by Angel, who took some group pics for us and led us to a perfectly set room ready to accommodate our group! Everyone enjoyed the mimosas and bloody Mary’s as well as our brunch choices. Our servers were attentive and did a great job! After brunch, we ventured out to the garden and played the assorted lawn games - lots of fun. Several members booked rooms to stay over and enjoyed the resort! “This restaurant was fun to visit. The atmosphere and service was top notch! Food was good but on par with other restaurants in the area. We went on a Monday evening in a group of 11. Arrived 15 mins before opening and the line was already wrapping around the parking lot but we were able to get in and seated with the first wave.“

“Stopped in for a nightcap on karaoke night and had a great time. This is a classic local dive bar vibe with friendly service, a welcoming crowd, and plenty to do with pool tables and music going.

A fun, laid back spot to end the evening. Will definitely return!“

“Walked to this restaurant from our Hampton Inn. Watched the sunset from the patio while having a lovely dinner. The blackened red snapper was delicious and so filling! Hubby had the salmon salad and loved it as well. Big portions, but there is a fee to split meals ( not sure about that one), but enjoyed the superior service and $8 glass of Chardonnay.“
