“The Tavern is a bar in Atascadero that is a popular hangout for pool playing and watching you favorite sports events. The brews on tap are great they offer great food. It is not your typical Smoky dive bar. It is clean and well run. We enjoyed hanging out here!“

“This place is great, my brother and I always come here for football games. Alcoholic drinks are good, you definitely won’t leave sober if you get any beer there lol. It’s on the more expensive side but the food is well worth it. I’ve tried a few different things here and I’ve never been disappointed or dissatisfied with anything. The servers I’ve come across are great.“

“After days of drinking and tasting overpriced crushed grapes, it was a pleasant relief to go into a bar and not drink or eat overpriced anything. Not fancy, but good location close to town, friendly and cheerful service, has a pool table, music and a couple of dartboards that kept us entertained for hours. Not really a craft beer type of place, but a pint or two of 805, is ok in a pinch. Will certainly pay them a visit next time we are in town. “While the service could have been more attentive (they missed out on a last one round of drinks because they didn't come back to our table), the atmosphere and duo singing that evening were both outstanding.

“Parchetto was at the top of our list during a recent wine tasting weekend in Paso Robles, and it absolutely delivered.

I had my eye on the lamb shank ahead of time, and it turned out to be perfection—easily the standout dish of the night. I’ve dined at many great restaurants, and they truly executed it beautifully. Everything else we ordered was just as impressive: well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere (something I always pay attention to). Service was excellent—attentive without being overbearing.

It’s now at the top of my Paso Robles restaurant list, and we’ll definitely be back. We belong to a couple of wine clubs in the area, so this will be a regular stop for us—especially for that lamb shank.

Parking was easy, it wasn’t too busy during our visit, and reservations can be made online without hassle.

Coming from the Bay Area and being used to dining in both SF and LA, I can confidently say Parchetto holds its own. High-quality food and a great overall experience. Kudos to the team.“

“So lovely!! Sat outside with the doggos, and the waiter was very accommodating. The food was great, I got the blackened salmon and it came with veggies and potatoes. It was simple in a very positive way. Visiting from San Diego but if we pass through Paso Robles again then we will definitely be back!“
