It’s like they found the perfect ratio of crunch to sponginess, somewhere between “delightful” and “why does this remind me of memory foam?” But hey, they taste great, and that’s what matters when you’re ignoring the fact that they’ve probably been on more journeys through industrial machinery than your average car engine.

“This is probably the best In-N-Out we have been to. We are avid In-N-Out goers and this has the be the best we have been to. The food comes out quick, they seem to be very efficient. Jarod was all over the place helping people out, opening doors for people and cleaning up. I highly recommend this In-N-Out.“

“Usually In N Out is 5 star for quality of food, price, and service. Tempted to give 3 stars for this visit alone.

Our visit: friendly cashier, but maybe spending too much effort on being too nice. Missed a burger we ordered. Of course, a little fault on our part cuz they most likely read off the order to us.

In addition to the missing burger, another burger was totally off when we got home- 3x3 (paid for it too according to receipt) we ordered was a double double and wrong toppings.

So 2/5 burgers messed up. Not a great ratio.

But In N Out is solid all around usually, so I guess 4 stars is OK.“

“Not as good as it used to be but still a solid choice for lunch. The portions are a bit smaller and there is a no cash policy that really feels foreign. The teriyaki sauce is as delicious as it used to be though! Most of the staff is nice. I stop in about once per month.“

The greeter at the service window was professional and efficient in processing the payment and ensuring we received the proper order.

The food was outstanding. The chicken and fries were great, the bread was perfect, and the drinks were cold and refreshing.

“The drive thru is typically always quick at this location. The food has always been freshly made never cold, never room temperature either. It is always good.The one working the drive thru is very friendly and demonstrates excellent customer care. I enjoy hearing them say "you, got it" "would that complete your order?" In our experience whenever we order without being in the store (for pickup) we have a 50% chance of our food being totally wrong. When it’s right, it’s my favorite fast sub place and is ?! But… Tonight was particularly frustrating. We ordered 2 wraps, a bowl and a sub. Every single item was wrong. Of course, we don’t know that until we get home and open the food. I’m not one to call and complain because there’s nothing I can do now at 6:30pm but for $56, I expect there to be at least an effort to customize the sandwiches in the way we took the time to select on the Jersey Mikes app. Make sure you double check every time and from now on I’ll only order in store so I can watch and check when it’s made. The staff were friendly in the cashier was helpful for someone who had never eaten here before. The ordering process is a little different but creative. The shakes are fantastic, I mixed chocolate with Oreo cookie, The cashier recommended it and I'm glad you did. I ordered the small hamburger and it was The perfect size. I ordered fries they tasted good however huge portion, I found unnecessary. If you're going with another, easy to share one order of fries. For some of us, It would be enough for three people.It may be some design feature of the creators of five guys, to stock french fries and cooking oil in the restaurant front area. I found it a bit odd. “They're like a well-oiled machine. I went around 6:15 so... during the dinner rush, PLUS it was a fundraiser for Scholarship Prep so EXTRA busy. I was in and done in 15-20 minutes ordering for 3 people. The staff were super efficient and very friendly. I was impressed.

Parking: Parking isn't bad but when it's busy it might be a challenge because the shop is at the end of the building. Just keep your eyes open.

The chicken was tender and moist, not dry, flavorful, and well marinated. The broccoli was not overcooked and soggy but steamed just right with a little bit of crisp to it. My pinto beans had a great flavor with a little bit of a spicy kick, which I love.The cashier was attentive and engaging. He was polite and had a smile when saying hi and bye. They also doesn't have a changing table for the babies in neither regular/family restroom. So keep that in mind. Love that the doors in playground area turn on and an loud alarm goes on if they are opened.“

“I am so genuinely impressed by this Jersey Mike's location. Kristen and her team went absolutely the extra mile for a last minute large order for an entire wedding party this past Saturday morning and even going so far as to include an extra note for the bride along with a sweet treat. The level of attention to detail and intentional care put into every single sandwich did not go unnoticed. Not one sandwich had anything wrong, it was clear when I walked in how carefully they were making the sandwiches and ensuring everything was put together the way it was ordered. I was so taken aback by the fantastic attitudes of the staff which tells me their owner loves her employees and takes good care of them. I truly appreciated the level of customer service that was given. I am in the Riverside area and have never come across a Jersey Mike's so clean, attentive and kind to their customers and honestly wish we lived closer.
