“Tried the new Mala Town in Milpitas. The place is big and clean, which is always a plus. The malatang was solid — I really liked the dry one with peanut sauce. Ingredients were fresh, and the staff were super nice. Overall, a pretty good spot. I’d come back.“

“Lots of ramen places locally and this is one of them.
To be blunt it's ok, it's not bad but it's definitely not something that I'd say is above average too.
Broth is ok, pork is fine, it's basically ok.
Gyoza was nice though.
Pricing wise it's a tad high too but it's not too out of line.“

“One of the best RAMEN 🍜 I have ever taste and highly recommended.“

“Solid Korean pub-style food with all your usual favorites like seafood pancake, tteokbokki, and fried chicken! We also had the skewers and pork bulgogi bowl, nothing disappointed.
Although the chestnut makgeolli was sold out, we tried the melon flavor instead and it was really nice! Think they added some fresh aloe in there and I love when places do this so it’s not just the same as a bottle I could buy from the market. And I especially love when it comes in the urns or teapots that make it feel more authentic or like something you would find in Korea. The little touches like this is fun!
The service was really fast. You order from the table tablets which was convenient.“

“Good enough size for lunch (at least, for me). Soup is tasty and noodles are served just in a right manner. (I like a bit stiff one).“

“honestly some of the best ramen i’ve ever tasted. the flavors are super rich and satisfying. a lot of their ramen can be on the heavier side though, so i never really finish a full bowl—but even as leftovers they still taste amazing. definitely a go-to when i’m craving something comforting and filling.“

“The menma was dressed with fried garlic and chili oil and went very well with beer. I ordered the Creamy Ramen (vegi) as a novelty, and it was very delicious with the flavor of the soy milk and dashi stock. The fried kale was flavorful and had no bitterness.“

“Visited this ramen spot located in Sunnyvale's Murphy Ave area for lunch. It wasn't very crowded during weekday lunch, which initially lowered my expectations. They offer two vegetarian ramen options: Veggie Miso Ramen and Veggie Curry Ramen. Based on the waiter's recommendation that the option is richer, I chose Veggie Curry Ramen one and requested it to be made spicy. There’s also an additional spice level called Habanero, which is the highest.
From the first bite, it hit all the right notes and maintained that flavor throughout. The noodles were delightfully chewy, the tofu was soft, and it included mushrooms, green onions, and corn. An egg can be added upon confirmation. Overall, I enjoyed the flavor of the Veggie Curry Ramen, it’s definitely worth trying, although it’s not the best vegetarian ramen I’ve ever had. If you prefer a milder flavor, I recommend the Miso Ramen for lighter veggie option. The seating and cutlery could use some improvement, but the service was good.“

“One of my favorite marketplaces in San Jose. The classic Tonkotsu ramen is what I order most times. The bowl of noodles comes out quick. It can certainly get crowded at peak times so be prepared to wait in line. The market itself has a ton of unique things including Japanese confections that aren’t readily available in the US.“

“This is the first restaurant I saw in Bay that provides such nice packaging for the takeout orders. It doesn't only keep the dishes hot but also shows how the owners go an extra mile in respect and care for the customers. The food is great but that gesture is something that would really make me come back“

“Listen up, here's the move if you're coming here for ramen: get the chicken paitan ramen and skip the tonkotsu deluxe. No idea why, but while the broth for the tonkotsu was fine, it didn't transfer to the noodles at all so the total effect was it lacking flavor. My partner had the chicken paitan and I ended up wishing I'd gotten that instead.“

“Great food, amazing service, but this place has stools with no back instead of proper chairs. I think it is common across HiroNori locations. Not a bad thing, but might get uncomfortable for some.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegan ramen“

“This place is amazing! Mike, Rosario and Isabel really made the trip I had worth while and then some! I was there to celebrate my sisters Bday and I madd a mistake with my booking. I call the staff there a few different occasions and they really took time to take care of me and accommodate! If you are looking for a place not far from the stadium, choose this place as your temporary destination! They do it right!
Rooms: The room was really nice and spacious. And the bed felt great! 10 out of 10“

“A casual eatery for Japanese udon noodles. The menu was largely different types and styles of noodles. Service was quick. The udon noodles tasted fresh, and the broth was flavorful. I tried the Utsuke Udon Tsukemen, which had the noodles and broth served separately and then you add the noodles to the broth when eating. It was a solid dish. We also added a side green salad for some fiber and greens.“

“The sushi here is seriously good - fresh ingredients, creative rolls you won’t find anywhere else. The Fuji Roll? Absolutely delicious. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly, even if the vibe inside feels a bit cramped and could use a deeper clean. It’s a small spot, so I’d recommend takeout or delivery over dining in. For the quality of food though, it’s worth it.“

“We loved this place. 4 of us went on a Saturday night around 6 and got a table without a wait. Food was delicious- especially soup dumplings, pork belly with noodles and sesame balls. Service was quick, ordering was from a QR code with a menu full of tempting pictures. We will definitely be a return customer.“

“We were initially thrilled about the variety of ramen options, but our excitement turned into disappointment when we realized that all ramen choices featured pork broth. Unfortunately, there were no pure vegetarian, vegan, or chicken alternatives. As a result, we opted for bento box selections, specifically the Chicken Karaage Curry and BBQ Chicken. Arriving around 9 pm on a weekday, we found that noodles were already unavailable, so we had to settle for rice only. Despite this, we enjoyed the well-presented and flavorful BBQ Chicken more than the Karaage Chicken, although the curry portion wasn't sufficient for all four chicken pieces. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, but we wished for more diverse options, especially in the ramen selection.“

“Hidden ramen gem in South Bay! Better than the ramen places on Castro street in Mountain View. My friend and I both ordered the Miso Ramen (~$18.50 each before tax) which were large portions that came with very tasty and tender large slices of pork. The broth and noodles were also flavorful without being too salty.
Service was fast.
Good amount of indoor seating, casual ambience.“

“Every once in awhile you get surprised with a great place and this was it. Had California roll, kagage chicken, spicy edamame which was awesome, and loved that they had a selection of Japanese beer and sake for our table. The staff was so kind and attentive and made our group feel important. I want to go back tomorrow.“
