“I enjoyed the Pho Broth, very beeefy, hearty, sat down ordered, went to wash hand came out and they were coming out with hot steamy pho, I'm like "What?!" Midway eating I ordered egg rolls, it came out in 5 mins. I'm like "Damn"! Food was great, portion was good.“

Not only did he provide impeccable service, but he also shared interesting tidbits about the area, like the length of the actual “Long Beach” in Long Beach, adding a delightful personal touch to our evening. “I’ve been struggling to find a decent Tonkatsu, but this one is among the best Ive had in the US. I’m not an expert in Japanese cuisine but I have been to Japan a few times an this place is within striking distance of the average tonkatsus I had there. I’ll be back when I’m in the area“

“Great first experience here. The Spicy Miso Ramen was delicious and would definitely reccomend. The staff was very attentive and friendly. It’s a small local shop, so expect a potential wait at busy times, but the ample parking makes it easy to visit. Looking forward to coming back for the Josui Ramen.“

“Chowking (131 W Carson St, Carson, CA 90745) never disappoints! The Beef Wonton Noodles are flavorful and comforting, perfect for satisfying any craving. The Sago’t Gulaman and Naicha Milk Tea are refreshing and perfectly balanced in sweetness. Their Halo-Halo is a must-try — creamy, colorful, and filled with all the classic Filipino ingredients. And the Taho is just like home — warm, soft, and sweetly nostalgic.
Overall, great food, friendly service, and a clean, inviting atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience for anyone craving authentic Filipino-Chinese comfort food!“
