“This review is mostly about the Beautiful Bodies Burlesque show, Heartbreak Hotel on 2/6/26. I would've missed this place entirely if not for the show. That would've been sad. We had dinner beforehand. Casual place with some great choices in the taproom. I loved the guava cider. The tacos were good but our separate orders arrived on one plate and cold 😬 seems like they'll have to work on that. Tasty though. We arrived about 6:30pm and were told the pork belly wouldn't be ready for two more hours. We instead had a Cali taco, like the burrito in taco form. Even cold it was good. The surf and turf taco was good too. Chips and guax were tasty. Also the mole tater tots were good but know it's a large portion. 3.5 stars. The true highlight for me was the space downstairs with a bar that holds various events. Last night's was Beautiful Bodies Production was top notch. Best time ever! They put on a great show. Each performer was unique and amazing. The whole vibe was beautiful. I'm thrilled to have been a part of it. I'll be at the next one for sure. I loved sharing it with my daughter-in-law and hope she spreads the word to encourage her friends 💖 the little speech at the end had me tearing up bc it's one of the reasons why I find burlesque such an empowering and inclusive space. Thank you for gathering the talent and putting on a show to be proud of!“

“Happily went to the wrong location! Awesome beer!“
“The only problem is that on the weekends this place is too popular. It can actually be hard to find parking or seating. But the food, drinks, lines music, and general vibe is phenomenal. It seems like every time I come I plan on having a quick bite but end up staying for hours.“
“Must visit. I don't care for most breweries but East Village Brewing changed that. Definitely try the Sandlot.“
“Great space and good beers. Always good for that sunset on the patio.“
“You know how you want to be a regular at your neighborhood spot? This is that place! The staff is truly the nicest and listen to your flavor preferences and really guide you to get the best beer for you. If you love good beer, nice people, and an amazing atmosphere- church is your place“
“The team who works here is amazing. The beer has depth and character and the Hazy's.... OMG! Top notch! It is a San Diego must see/taste brewery. One thing that stands out as well is that the have sours but not traditional ones. They are not sour at all, more like a fruit drink. I can now bring my non beer loving friends with me and enjoy. There are two other breweries attached to this one as well. Three breweries who all have specialties so whatever type of beer you like you will find it it.“
“I love this spot! I went for the first time a few days ago and was quite impressed. The drinks are delish and the bartenders are super cool. My favorite part is the huge outdoor patio. I will definitely be returning 🥰“

“My wife and I came in last night before the padres game. Awesome atmosphere and location. The cold IPA was honestly the best beer I’ve had in a long time. Brandon the bartender was super friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area“
“Good beer, good food, service was top notch.“
“Awesome indoor + outdoor space with yummy food trucks, live music and friendly atmosphere.
Lots of drink options between the brewery & sour spot. Dogs allowed 🙏🏼 We had the best fried chicken sandwhich and with a dope band the other week. Want to go every weekend now…highly recommend!“
“Shh! Don’t tell anybody but Fall Brewing continues to be a top 3 brewer in SD. I’ve never tried a beer they make I didn’t like. 💥“
“Came in Saturday night with my girlfriend. We watched a bit of drama unfold with another female patron, and somehow got pulled into it. The staff stayed friendly and professional the whole time. It ended up being such a wild, weird experience we’ll never forget. but the beer was on point and the two guys there were super chill. We’ll definitely come back here on our travels.“

“Great Selection of modern IPA’s“
“So good on all fronts. Beer, vibes and kindness. What a great addition and more accessible than the KM location.
Luciano (forgive my misspelling) and the rest of staff made my dogs and I so welcome. Great beer selection if you like flavor. I guess they have stuff for those that are not big flavor lovers as well.
Hazy IPA and west coast IPA are the stars. However that Porter….
…. Just please keep that Porter. So special sitting between the big flavor and keeping the ABV moderate. Love it.
Just go.“
“Lots of fun! Friendly staff 🙂👍“
“I recommend experiencing Thorn Brewing NP for the intimate neigborhood vibe, super friendly beer tenders and exceptional quality of the craft. Cheers🍻!“
“We had our wedding reception upstairs at Mission Brewery and it was the best decision ever. The manager Eric went above and beyond for us and made something so easy. Our bartender, I believe his name was George was so so great and also made our night to remember. Parking is nearby, close to many hotels, lots of space, and great beers. Highly recommend booking all of your events at Mission Brewery.“
“I've had most of the menu and have loved every beer I've tried here. Today was overcast and cold, perfect weather for a stout. The Gambino didn't disappoint. It is well balanced and smooth. The Coco Ono a Pina colada hazy IPA. Also an awesome choice tith the pineapple nicely complementing the hops and the coconut being present but not overwhelming. Definitely stop by and have a taste“
“Knotty Brewing Co. had a relaxed, friendly vibe that I really enjoyed. The craft beers were fresh and full of character, and the staff seemed passionate about what they pour. It’s a casual spot where you can sit back, try a few different brews, and just enjoy the laid-back atmosphere.“

“I stumbled upon this bar while exploring the neighborhood and ended up staying for hours. It has a rustic interior, friendly staff, and an impressive list of craft beers — both local and international. The bartender was super knowledgeable and let me sample a few before I picked my favorite. They also had board games available, which made the night even more fun. Solo or with friends — great place to chill.“

“A really solid brewery that delivers on what matters most — good beer. The selection is broad enough that pretty much anyone who enjoys beer can find a flavor that fits their taste, whether you’re into something light and crisp or bold and hoppy. Everything felt well-crafted and balanced.
The food was a pleasant surprise too. It’s definitely more on the upscale bar food side — elevated takes on classics, quality ingredients, and well-executed dishes that go perfectly with the beer.
Overall, a great spot to grab drinks, enjoy solid food, and spend a relaxed evening.“

“Pretty standard craft brewery vibes with the awkward staff as a pairing. Nice quiet neighborhood, above average beer, certainly on the pricier side for a pint these days. Small coffee shop inside is a nice touch. Will stick with the occasional Harland can purchase at the store to bring home.“
“What a fun place! They have pool, pinball, fun vending machines.
The staff was very friendly. It seemed like they all really enjoyed their job. They offered some fun alternatives for people that beer isn't their favorite beverage.. still, I did have there blueberry wheat beer... probably my favorite beer I've ever had.
Don't be an idiot! Try Belching Beaver! You won't be sorry!“

“I DO recommend Pizza Port, however their pizza is not consistent. You can definitely tell if they are busy or not, the quality goes down. A few weeks ago the pizza was delicious, beautiful even (I wish I would have taken a picture) lol. Today, not so much , picture included. I will continue to eat here just hoping the pizza becomes more consistent“

“If I'm having an adult beverage and it's not wine, it's a boochcraft. Seriously the BEST alternative to beer (not really my thing) and so much tastier than a boring hard seltzer. For the record, there are other brands of hard kombucha out there that are on way more shelves (you know the one between May and July), but they don't come close to boochcraft. It boggles the mind to see that so many more retailers are going that direction when boochcraft is far and away a better sip. You can taste the freshness. If you haven't tried it - the grapefruit hibiscus is the best entry point. YUM!“
