“My overall experience with Doughnut Bar Eastlake has been a good one. I've seen this place many times before, but haven't tried it. Today was finally my day to try these delicious doughnuts. Things are a bit expensive, but if you utilize certain food apps like the one I used. My total was dramatically reduced. The next time you have a sweet tooth, try the Doughnut Bar of Eastlake.“

“HOLY MOLY! i just recently got into liking apple fritters and decided to try this place out. thus far i’ve had 5 different fritters throughout san diego (i’m here right now visiting my bf) and so far this one has been the best!

this fritter had an amazing amount of cinnamon, apples, and glaze. the crispy yet softness texture was perfect, the edges are definitely my favorite.

my bf got a chocolate glaze and it was pillowy soft and super good, (this is coming from someone who doesn’t like chocolate all that much.)

the lady who gave us the donuts threw in a couple of donut holes and those were amazing too. i cannot put enough emphasis on how fresh everything here was!

if i want an apple fritter from here on out i’m definitely coming here cause the times i’ve tried new places since this one have just left me thinking about this fritter. i hope when the time i get another fritter comes it was as good as the one i had this time, though i’m aware that things can change depending on the batch!“

“I pass up 3 donut shops to get here. Everything is always big and fresh- the best donuts in Chula Vista! Nice since in this economy, a lot of places are cutting corners- not KD's. They are open Christmas Morning and never disappoint the family!“

“Just purchased 2 dozen of the TWIX speciality doughnuts. While the combination of Krispy Kreme and TWIX is a dream come true, I'm curious as to why these doughnuts are not nearly as soft as the typical chocolate glazed? Just a bit disappointing.“

“I went here last week after my lab appointment. They are fast and in less than 10 min they got me my donuts and coffee. In fairness, I like the Coffee latte cheaper $2.69 small and it did not make my stomach hurt. The servers were, John, Kevin, Claudia and the person making the donuts is Isaac. Better value and better products and service than Starbucks, no offense. They are also open early and close late. They have sandwiches and bagels but I didn't have much time so donuts and coffee was good enough for me that Friday, September 26 around 8:00am.“

“Crappy management era Jacks sucked, so did the doughnuts. Know what sucks more than a "corporate" Jacks crapnuts? New corporate that fired the 36yr veteran of Jacks! Rodney was there when Jacks was good. He was there when they started the crappy doughnuts from the distribution center. He's not there now, because some snowbird from Florida fired him. I haven't been to Jacks in years due to there shitnuts, but I won't be returning now. loyalty means nothing to these cracker barrel wanna be's.“

“I like this little doughnut shop..............doughnut here are pretty good...............they have a dining area if you want to eat there.............I usually do............the couple who run it are super nice............only drawback for some is that they are a cash only business..............but their prices are a bit lower than other places in the area............I usually stop by at least twice a week“

“No matter what yum yum's you decide to try they all have a really good selection of donuts. My favorites being the custard-filled, old-fashioned chocolate and maple flavored, maple bars chocolate bars, I also like the lemon-filled donuts. They also usually sell milk coffeeand a multitude of other drinks and besides donuts they also serve breakfast sandwiches which are really good as well so if you're looking to have a quick breakfast or have a good sweet tooth yum yum's are always a good place to go.“

“Went in at 10:30pm, 30 mins before closing and yet was provided with great customer service. The man at the counter was patiently waiting for us to decide since we were so undecided of what we wanted to try. He even suggested some doughnuts for us. The donuts themselves were delicious and soft. Overall, great experience.“

“It's a small shop with very tasty mochi [rice] flour doughnuts and teas to add boba or jelly to for washing down the doughnuts! When I visited I wanted to try the grass jelly, but it had run out. There was a bit of confusion for a while about that and despite being the only one there until a young lady came by, I waited quite a bit for my order which I had to change a bit. I was surprised I got my doughnut and drink after that young lady because it didn't seem like she ordered online. Unfortunately that's why I don't go here as often as I can, but the food is delicious!“
