“It’s a great hidden gem. Some of the vintage coin machines with toys/candy aren’t always working but just let the staff know and they’ll fix it. They keep their donut selection simple which is nice and they always taste great. My kids love coming here.“

“Love this place! I went to this donut shop 30 minutes before closing and they had a large variety of donuts to pick from, and most importantly they were fresh and tasted delicious. Their donuts have a very unique and comforting taste, I don’t know how to explain it, but you have to try them. In my eyes, the donuts weren’t as big as the other reviews claimed, but they were a good size to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised that a dozen donuts is only $15?!?!! I’ve been going to Yum Yum donuts and I pay $25 for a dozen donuts that are stale, hard, and they often don’t have much variety by the end of the day. I’ve gone to other mom and pop shops and their donuts have also been stale on several occasions, so I was really hoping they wouldn’t be stale, but this place really surpassed my expectations all around. This will be my new go-to donut spot for sure. The employees were very friendly and patient. Do bring cash though because this is a cash only shop, although they kindly accepted Cashapp and Venmo.“

Obviously it isn’t the best doughnut shop, but it’s close by to my house and I’ve been buying doughnuts here for over a year.

The main appeal here is the family business vibes. It’s a small mostly empty place that’s nice, the kind lady who works there is super nice.

“Best Apple Fritter in town!! I am an apple fritter connoisseur and I have to say this is the best one i’ve ever had!! It was even later in the day around 4pm and it was still fresh and delicious! I also tried their Maple bar, Coconut donut, and Maple Bacon. Their Coconut was okay, a little dry i’d say. Otherwise great donuts!!“

I came in ordered my food and drink got a few donuts and when it was time to pay I did not have my debit card in my purse I left it at home I was so embrassed and I apoligized for it I told the lady I would be back , luckly I dont live far I came back and she looked surprised lol but they made my food and drink again and I was very aplogitic and the lady was nice about it and gave me a free donut. I did not have cash to tip and paying with my card didnt give me an option I will be back with cash tip. The food and ice coffee was good will be back again.“

“Is the best pandan donut in San Diego in Tierrasanta? Yes.

The donut is fluffy, glazed, green and has all the flavor of real pandan leaf: there's the grassy bright green flavor, a depth that has a hint of bitter. I think they are using actual leaf and extract in their dough for this donut because I haven't had a pandan-flavored anything that has this much character that didn't. This does mean that it's not going to be to your taste if you just wanted something sweet and green but there's plenty of other flavors for that.

The ube taro has a comparatively mild earthy flavor that isn't as deep and let's you know there's taro there but not as strongly as the pandan. Still a good flavored donut and a better review had I not gotten it on the same day I got the pandan.

The other flavors I had were what I expect for a donut and all good exemplars with good rise, properly cooked, and fresh.“

“I’ve lived in the area for years and finally tried this place—what a little treasure in our community! I needed to pick up 5 dozen donuts for my team at work, and since I was heading in early, I placed the order a couple of days ahead. They took down all the details, including a small special request, with no problem. When I arrived at 5am for pickup, everything was ready and absolutely perfect! We also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was so smooth, the bananas were perfect. so sweet that it tasted like honey was added, but it was the sweet bananas! better and more authentic than jamba juice in my opinion. the only reason my review lacks a star is because when we first went, an older woman made our smoothie and it was amazing. when we went back later in the day, it was a younger woman working there and she didnt make our smoothie the same way, using a different recipe. my new staple for sure!“

“They have a variety of flavors. The beverages were super cute. We went on a girls date. Mothers and daughters. It was a fun expensive experience because after enjoying our treats there I also took a box home to share with the family. I specially liked being able to take apart the donut because it was easy for everyone to taste all the flavors. They use Costco links for their corndogs so you know they are 100% beef.“

“I just got a “dozen” (14) delivered to my doorstep nearby and I RAN here to write this review. We received a wide variety of donuts and donut holes, and each was fresh, soft, crispy on the outside and perfectly doughy within… a knockout hit for EVERY FLAVOR!!!Apple fritter was my favorite… wish I’d gotten more than two! We just moved in nearby and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for donuts again!“

“This Dunkin's is adjacent to the SDSU Campus on Montezuma Dr. It shares a space with Jimmy Johnson Sandwiches. I had a medium drip coffee and a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich on an English Muffin.

The coffee was good. It was a little bitter at first, but then it settled down and was much smoother to drink. I had it hot. The turkey sausage breakfast sandwich was good, too. The breakfast sandwich was better than I thought it was going to be. The turkey sausage was savory and tasty. The cheese was well melted, the egg well cooked, and the English muffin well toasted.

I did not get any doughnuts on this trip, but perhaps next time. The service was friendly and helpful. Everything is packaged to go. They do have a small wall table with about three chairs inside.“
