“I'm giving it 4 stars because lately, the tortillas taste OLD. Before the tacos were soft, not chewy. The tostadas were breakable and crunchy. Lately, they are not that breakable and crunchy. The service is excellent!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have both low tables with removable chairs and pub tables with stools. For a wheelchair or walker with a seat, you can just remove a chain.“

“Found this restaurant based off of an IG suggestion. Cute spot with a psuedo Bridgerton theme. I hope you like pink cause it hits you in the face! The restaurant almost seems a little out of place in the shopping center it's located in.

They don't take reservations and we had to wait about an hour. Inside is small so you can see why there is a wait.

However, the staff were very attention and offered great service. We shared the birriaquiles and the French toast. Both were great, I just wish the barriaquilles had crispy tortilla chips mixed in vs all wet chips.

My friend and I had the strawberry mimosas which didn't look like the presentation online, but were still good.

All of the plates served around us looked good, so I'd definitely eat here again.“

“I read the reviews for this place and I was curious to try it, being Mexican, I’ve never been too impressed by tacos in San Diego, there are good tacos but there’s always something better down south.

I am not someone that picks a place for the atmosphere, I go places for their food, if the atmosphere is good I might stay longer but if the food’s good I’ll come back.

Which is the case with this place, the food is so good that I would travel back from mexico just to eat their ribeye tacos.

I’ve read about people complaining about the atmosphere here, there are too used to fast food joints, this is how a real taqueria feels like, it’s rustic, not sterile, there’s ash from the charcoal flying and landing in the furniture out back, loud music, informal service. If you can’t deal with that, go get yourself some fast food instead, this might not be for everyone. But the food…

The food is worth it, not sterile uberclean plastic setting we tend to find this side of the wall, this feels authentic, and tastes like the best in Mexico. The quality of the raw materials ids the best I have seen, even in México. Could the setting be better? Who cares, the tacos are fantastic that’s all that counts.

“This gem of a truck has the best surf and turf burritos in San Diego. The meat is juicy and tender + the combo of shrimp and chipotle sauce is amazing. I squeeze lime into every bite with their salsa habanera (it is HOT but delicious!). This place is easy to miss it as it is located in front of Pick Your Part but I look forward to coming back to eat.“

The waitresses are very polite and friendly but they do get busy and sometimes it may take a few minutes to get their attention but that may be because it was mother's Day. Highly recommended.“

I rarely order meat @ restaurants because usually it's rubber at restaurants. But NOT here. Here it is perfect. Generous sides given= pepino, raddish, limes. Perfect salsa roja. See my pictures! “The birria is so good! I’ve tried several places in Imperial Valley, San Diego and Chula Vista and this is the best birria I’ve had. The only bad thing about this place is that they do not have a changing table for babies, so I had to change my baby on the floor.

Parking: There is only two parking spaces. You have to park on the street.“

“I ordered the Carne asada fries (my go to) and they're the same taste every time! Fries, guacamole, cheese, sour cream. I ask for salsa Verde, it's my favorite from this place.

For those that complain about the asada fries, go back and ask IN THE MOMENT for the staff to remake it! Don't be a baby on here ?

As for customer service, there's one lady who seems to be in a bad attitude majority of the time. Doesn't really seem she wants to be there but that's not my problem! I'm here for the food, not the workers lol.“

“I enjoyed a nice breakfast from this taco lounge. I had the ham and eggs break burrito which also came with beans, cheese, and fries, but I axed the fries. Not a fan of fries inside burritos for $10.99 plus tax. All their burritos come with a small side of rice and crispy tortilla chips.

The breakfast burrito was very good. It was average size and came nicely filled with all the ingredients. I liked that they used a thicker variety of ham. The eggs were well scrambled and the beans were tasty. The burrito came on a good quality buttery flour tortilla.

The side of rice was very good. The rice had a good loose texture and great flavor. The tortilla chips were crispy and lightly seasoned. They were good at eating with red hot sauce.

The service was quite friendly and welcoming. They offer a good amount of seating inside and outside. Good breakfast!“

“I got the birria quesadillas, and they were pretty good! They could’ve used a little more seasoning as I felt the meat was a little bland and missing spice? But other than that they were super good.

We didn’t have to wait super long for our food and our Oder was taken pretty fast. The service was good.

The place was pretty clean, the tables could’ve used a wipe down, but the atmosphere was nice and peaceful. There’s plenty of nice places to walk locally too.“

“Interesting experience. The food is 5 stars. Getting the food highly inefficient and we almost left. Any efficiency study will tell you that 1 line and sending out the order to the crew will be faster every time. It was almost like watching 6 separate kitchens work again one another. The carnitas, asada, and stripe were so good. Raise the prices by $1 and get the kitchen to work together and you could see a great benefit to what you have started. Props to the kitchen crew.“

“Burria Kings is located inside Chula Vista Brewery. This was my first time having birria tacos, and they were tender, tasty, and juicy, not spicy at all. The Brewery is a nice place to hang out with friends. There’s plenty of room, as well as elbow room. It was not a blaring, loud, noisy place. By the way, we did not have beer. We are not beer-drinking ladies. We came here for the birria.“

“This spot was nice to stop at. I intended on taking my food to go, until I heard the fountains and classical music playing. Coy pond with a little bridge as you near the taco shop. Place is also nice because it’s so close to other businesses. I enjoy the Serrano chiles with the radishes at the salsa bar.“

Presentation is on point and taste on par with how it looks. Props to the staff making these burgers! The patties are thick compared to other fast food chain out there.
