“won’t be coming back to this bubble tea shop. There was no greeting when I walked in. I ordered two drinks and a piece of cake, and they didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. After waiting six minutes, they had only made one drink. They had to remake the order to get the second drink done, and still didn’t provide a receipt. Maybe they misheard my order, but if they had given me a receipt, I would have noticed right away.

I didn’t leave a tip—first, because there was no customer service attitude, and second, because my order was to-go. Even when they messed up the order, I didn’t receive a single apology. When my order was ready, they just set it on the counter and mumbled something without caring whether I heard it. When I left, there was still no greeting, just two girls behind the counter whispering while looking at me.“

In the meantime, I have tried their sea salt coffee and capy matcha. The sea salt coffee jolted me awake this morning after another night of terrible sleep! Just what I needed on a Monday morning :) The sea salt coffee is Vietnamese coffee with a sea salt foam. Both the sea salt coffee and capy matcha were not too sweet.

I also visited Capy Cafe this past Saturday and the line was out the door but they got through the line quickly and the orders out efficiently. Everyone was so friendly and it seemed like the rush of customers fueled the team working.

“Definitely one of the best Boba locations i have been to. The place is clean and hold a very chill vibe. There are many games to choose from but could be updated. The worker Kyia gave good suggestions and was extremely friendly. She went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my order. The tea is very refreshing and feel healthy. I went in today to order a gift card. They let me know they only do digital gc's if I follow on Instagram and send a DM. I did that and never heard a response back. I tried a DM, and inquiry and even a website message but no response. There is no phone # to contact anyone. “Located inside the Koreana Plaza (KP) food court is Teddy Boba.

They have a wide selection of matcha drinks and fruit drinks. The quality of the boba was surprisingly good. They are known for the fruit/matcha combo drink selections.

I unwisely chose a matcha jasmine tea drink, and it was a bit underwhelming. Again, the boba was good- but the matcha wasn't. Maybe I should have chosen the recommended mango matcha...

Also the sweet level is on the low side- I usually go for 25%, but I recommend 50% or 75%. Anyways, not a bad place if you really need the midday boost. Enjoy!“

“Bubble University makes one of the best Brown Sugar Boba Milk Teas I’ve ever had! The sweetness is just right, and the combo of organic milk and their delicious milk foam is simply perfect. The prices are reasonable and totally worth it.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The shop is also filled with fun little toys and decorations that kids absolutely love—it’s a cute and cozy place for all ages.

We’ve never been disappointed here. It’s definitely one of our go-to boba spots!“

“I have come here a few times now and it has become one of my favorite boba places. It’s open late which is perfect because I’m kind of a night owl and milk tea is more fun late at night anyways. I always get their tiger milk tea at 75% sweetness with sea salt cold foam and coffee jelly and it is always so good! Today I tried their fish tacos which are also really good. It seems to be the owner by himself most of the time so it can take a bit for your order to come out so just plan ahead. They are a small business so it’s not going to be a Starbucks wait time.“

One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. My experience was good , and I got my favorite drink with extra ingredients, also they do listen to customers concerns, and take care of them, so I will definitely return, and will definitely recommend. “This was our first time visiting Moon Tea in Roseville, and it was a great experience. The establishment is extremely clean and very aesthetically pleasing, with absolutely beautiful décor. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

After ordering, we received our drinks fairly quickly. We tried the Thai tea and milk tea, and both were very good. Moon Tea also offers food items such as appetizers and small snacks. We tried the chicken, which resembled popcorn chicken, and it was really, really good.

The service was incredible, and overall it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back.“

“Went today and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bought a tub too. I informed them that I’m just running to the store next door to buy a drink. I went back to Posh Bagel and my order is all in a bag an I didn’t even look at it. When i got home. The nice lady gave me 3 delicious bagels for free.
