- Delicious drinks, both caffeinated and fruit based spritzers. Unique combinations and it is hard to go wrong with whatever drink you order. Lots of vegan options.

- The glasses they come in are cute and fancy. The owner spends extra money to source oat-based to-go cups that you can actually eat! Or just compost. The cups can keep the beverage for 40 minutes before it starts to dissolve. It tastes like a sugar-free ice cream cone :-) Try it!

“We started coming to this location because South Sac was too far to drive. I'm so glad they have one in Elk Grove. Not only do they offer all the drinks, but really good service as well. They will give you recommendations based on what you like. We usually order #10 with taro and one of the Halo Halo's. Although you pay $9.50 for Halo Halo, they're not skimpy with their toppings, so I think it's worth it. But the drinks could be a slightly bigger size. $6-7 a drink is pretty pricey for the size they give you. But because of the good service I still give them a 5. “I just want to say shoutout to Gabe at this location who was kind enough to give me his mystery sticker when I drove to four different locations and was told they didn’t have any at each one however I think Dutch should not allow people to purchase many drinks to get multiple stickers because all I see are greedy people reselling them for money which is not fair to the rest of people like me who only purchase one drink and want one sticker to put on their vehicle like me myself. Or another suggestion is to supply Dutch bros with larger quantities of stickers spoons etc because it’s truly not cool when some people will go to the extreme to harm people just to get a sticker as they did with the Popeyes chicken sandwich a food item.“

“I am always greeted and welcomed kindly here. The service is great, everyone is very nice and professional. There is so much space inside and outside to sit and drink. It's also dog friendly, I bring my dog from time to time and we get to sit and relax here while enjoying the view, shade, and drinks. I love that waters are free and they allow you to use the restrooms, which have locks and are always kept clean btw. I usually come here after yoga or a walk at William land park.“

“Excellent customer service and drinks! This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location in all of Sacramento and the Bay Area. There is plenty of indoor seating and parking. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

“Ume Tea has quickly become my go-to spot for boba! The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, which I really appreciate. They have a great variety of milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks that keep me coming back to try more.
My personal favorite is the brown sugar boba milk—the tapioca pearls are soft, chewy, and cooked just right every time. I also love their matcha latte and strawberry jasmine tea—super refreshing on a hot day!

“I absolutely love this place! During quarantine I would come by from time to time because it was the only great bubble tea spot that is beyond amazing . The prices are really good for the different variety of drinks, the bubble tea always comes out very refreshing, very pretty with the decor they put up, and my favorite part of the store is how welcoming and kind the staff is each visit. A lot of places can create bubble tea but when there is staff who make customers feel welcomed and valued that’s what really sets the bar. They are also very helpful too! “I know Starbucks recently sent out a directive to their stores to raise their service levels. I would guess there was a lot of retraining, and company rules, and I visited quite a few different Starbucks in the past few months because I move around a lot.

I'm visiting a friend in this neck of the woods, and I walked to the Starbucks this morning to get my regular which is a venti Pike place with heavy cream. I love cream and coffee, and Starbucks is one of the few places where I can get this.

What really marks this particular Starbucks is that they are One of the most cohesive and friendly teams. They work brilliantly well together, genuine smiles all round, laughter and efficiency.

I'm extremely observant. At times, I like to have and everything bagel, double toasted, with two mini containers of cream cheese.

Most other Starbucks toast them once, assuming I won't know the difference. In some locations where I have been a regular for a while, I've had to individually coach almost every person in the establishment to what double toasting means. Not the Starbucks. They got it perfect first time, which is really unusual.

Two different staff have already visited me where I am sitting and ask me if I would like a refill.

If I was Starbucks management, I would visit this place in heavy disguise as a customer, and look at what this location is doing right.

And if you do this, for heaven sakes, rethink all the wooden seats. Go to Tesla, and ask them to make you seats out of their vegan leather with whatever they use to fill the seat in their cars. They will last forever. Just make sure people can't steal them. 🥰😁“
