“Hands down the best barbecue in the bay. If you haven’t been here, you need to try it. Staff is friendly. The sauces are fire. Try the french fries they’re so delicious. The menu is a little confusing at first but just go and do yourself a favor and get the two way. You won’t regret it.“

“First visit, weeknight, not crowded. Food very good to excellent. Beet trio appetizer superb. Not clear if the 3 dipping sauces were for beets or brisket but good either way. Fiancee had wagyu burger, excellent. I had the combo plate…brisket a tad dry, fried chicken very good, corn bread muffin & cole slaw great. Extensive wine list, top labels. We shared a flight and each had a glass of bubbly. Portion size good … I had leftovers for breakfast. Server Jeff casual but on the ball with advice. Menu somewhat limited, especially for vegans.“

“Really liked this spot. I like the ordering system. I was greeted warmly by the two employees I initially had contact with. I had the biscuit breakfast sandwich, very filling and the biscuit was so good. I had one pancake and man was that delicious! The parking is also a plus. “I'm confused by the lack of recent reviews.. i went here the other night because they were open til 11:45pm which is awesome cus i clock out at 11.. went with a safe order, some zhangzhou rice n a couple chx skewers.. this place is the real deal whoevers reading this, you can safely ignore the old shitty reviews. The food was just insanely good.. not a particularly complicated dish but its one of those.. anyone can do this but few have mastered it* 100% worth it to try this place out. Happy new year everyone ^_^,!,,!“

“Food has always been bomb here. BBQ Sauce is slammin' and I love ordering the links and ribs! They got my order wrong but we're so awesome, friendly, and quick to make it right! Staff was friendly and professional. They take good care of the customers and I felt very welcomed and appreciated. We eat here often but this was the first time I got to pick up the food and meet these awesome people working hard and cooking good! Go support them!“

“Amazing find! Had a quick lunch here the price was very reasonable (lunch special menu). The small dishes (complimentary appetisers) tasted very authentic and goes well with the rice. Would recommend anyone to come try authentic Korean food at good price!“

“I stopped by expecting a basic experience as I was charging my car nearby. I was blown away by the customer service to start, everything was explained in a way that was easily digestible(literally) and the Ball-Tip sandwich recommendation was right on point. Sandwich was probably one of the best I’ve had in my life ,next time getting extra meat. Before heading out I was greeted by a different cashier, a young lady ,and asked her could I buy a single rib to try, after trying the ribs I know for sure this place is a favorite of mines now for sure! 5 stars!“

“I hired Willy to make me 9 pounds of his smoked brisket and baked beans for my Chanukah party for 30 people. Everything was DELICIOUS and easy to heat up in the containers that he gave me.
All of my party goers were happy and content with their meal.!

“Excellent American plates, especially the tri-tip platter. Generous portions all around. Rarely does anyone in our family leave food on the plate. But here, we even took some half plates to go. They recommend medium rare on the tri-tip and that’s exactly the right taste. Love the bbq sauces on the table. And love the sides, especially the mixed veggies and sweet potatoes. You can’t go wrong here. Can’t wait to come back and try something else. Easy street parking or lots nearby. Put this place on your list the next time you’re in Walnut Creek.“

“I love this place specifically in the mall, i cannot recommend enough! I get it every time I go to round 1 and the portons are CRAZY. For 2 entree and 2 side its like 20 bucks with a drink, and i cant finish it. Their rice is perfect as well and I love the kimchi.
(Try the spicy bbq chicken get a piece of kimchi and top it with rice, and eat it all at once. So good!)
It is in a food court so it's very noisy and it can be hard to find clean tables on a busy day, but thats more of a mall thing rather than Plus 82.
Something that i didnt like too much is that on your bank statement it shows at BOBA N ME. Probably a parent and child company situation, but i was thoroughly confused till i thought about why that was on my statement. That is just financial stuff though and doesnt take away from the experience of the food.“

“Great customer service. Bon chon self-serve bar was alright. We liked the japchae, eggplant, and miso soup. Cheese corn had good flavor. Tofu soup was spicy but had mushrooms and zucchini so that was good. Our favorite meats that we would get again is miso pork belly, Hawaiian beef brisket, and beef bulgogi. We also didn’t try too many meats but really liked those. Thank you for wonderful customer service!“
