“Kelly's Deli is about the best deli between here and there...well Colma for sure! So, after putting a half bottle of Wild Turkey on my old pal Strongate's grave like I do every year at Christmas time I go have a nice lunch, and today it's going to be Kelly's Deli! My sando was amazingly delicious! 5 stars without even trying! ☆☆☆☆☆“

“Thanksgiving 2025 went to pick up ham the day before Thanksgiving at 7:30AM. As expected there was a brief line, although early and some confusion about the line, even though there was only one line. I remember the employee from last year (when I made the mistake of picking up the ham day before Thanksgiving at 5:30PM never again). An employee came out (older black man with pretty green eyes) and was doing his best to announce the difference of lines pre-paid versus reservation/non pre-paid. What can I say, people just don’t listen but he came out periodically to ensure any new customers in the line knew which line. The wait was about 15min in the pre-paid line to pick up ham. The staff allowed me to pick up 2 sweet 12-ct Hawaiian roll bags. The ham was gooooddddd!!!!“

“2026: Heads up. No bread deliveries on Sunday. This means AK Meats usually run out of Dutch Crunch bread by the afternoon, which is the case today. For my roast beef with Swiss sandwich$13.75, I instead opted for the sweet French roll. This was still very good. Love AK Meats' sandwiches.

12/31/2025: KPIX did an interview with the owners of AK Meats for The Great SF Power Outage of 2025 last week. I came by to show them some support. My sandwich, a AK's combo $14 was ready in about 10 minutes. It was sad to see them suffer through that. It is a good reminder for us to be all ready for the next earthquake or PGE outage. My sandwich tasted great as always.

“Possibly the greatest Halal Deli shops in California. From the moment you step in you are met with a lively atmosphere reminiscent of a New York bodega with a SF twist. The food was incredible, I had the M-Stop which had some of the best smoked meat I've ever had. They smoke their meat in house and it always comes out great. Definitely check this place out if you live anywhere in the Bay, it is a must try!“

I also got the rated R to eat later but tried it fresh and it had nice kick to it, and I’m not sure which one I like better since they both hit the spot, but there’s so many options, it was hard to choose. It’s a deli & market so has all the picnic needs + the Sandwiches obviously, super convenient!“

“Lovely little shop with curated selection of cheese, dried meats, chocolates, and surprises! Also they have delicious sandwiches! Hard to pick a favorite, but I keep coming back to the fish one.

They also have an awesome cheese club and you can add a bottle of wine! I no longer have the luxury of this shop being a few blocks from me, but it’s a delight to stop by each month and see what’s new when picking up my cheese and wine.“

“I used to pass by this store all the time, but today I finally decided to stop by and check it out — honestly such a nice surprise 😂
They have sooo many different products and snacks, especially the German Haribo and chocolates. I swear I’ve never seen this many types of German Haribo in any other store before.

They also have a really good selection of beers and wines, lots of variety and different options you don’t usually find in one place.

Everything was clean and organized, and the workers were super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again!“

They were delicious. Service was prompt and we were told it’d be 20 mins but had our sandwiches in less than that. Overall great sandwiches“

My partner’s job ordered catering, and lucky for me there was still an Italian on Dutch crunch at the end of the event. He snagged it for me. And let me just say: some might say a sandwich is a sandwich. Wrong.

The way the fresh ingredients and flavors marry together is just perfect. The bread to sandwich ratio is perfect and that catering order must have extra protein. The quality of the meat is far superior. And the mayo? Listen… if you know anything about Hawaii, you know we are serious about our mayonnaise.

The best part: I had half fresh on Wednesday and saved the other half for a field trip with my class on Friday and it was just as good. TWO days later.
