“I was having such a grand old time at La Fe that I wanted to take a picture of my experience. I set my phone on a ledge, but my phone fell through a crack. La Fe’s STAR employee, Caleb, had to dismantle the freakin’ couch using power tools in order to retrieve my phone. It took so much work and time and I’m so grateful. Aside from the superb service, La Fe is such a perfect spot for a date or for chilling with friends because of the stylish and hip decor. I would def recommend!“
“First time coming to this hookah lounge and I’m honestly really impressed. I’ve lived in LA for the past two years and been to a lot of different spots, but this place definitely stands out. The vibe is great, the staff is super friendly, hookah was amazing. Set up is great, comfortable, and well organized. Easily one of the best lounge experiences I’ve had in Los Angeles so far. Definitely coming back.“

“Did my popup there on a Saturday and it was super fun!!! The whole Verdugo team were slammed but kept it together and stayed super positive and welcoming. The clientele were very friendly and patient. Everyone was mingling and the DJ was doing pretty good. I need to go back and dance!“

“Small and cute bar in a completely unexpected place. Good vibes and good drinks. Loved naked & famous, but also enjoyed the crowd- down to earth and nice. Good little gem in the neighborhood. Something is between upscale and speakeasy dive bar, not too loud, so you can actually enjoy the conversation. Bartenders sweet and cool. Service fast and easy. Would definitely come back to check other drinks on the menu.
Also decent old fashioned“
“Great local bar with a down to earth crowd. Bartenders are all great. The Photo Booth is always a great time. They have western nights on Wednesday’s which are really fun and a nice happy hour. Very queer friendly spot with diverse patrons. Delightfully free of the type of people you’d see at Bacari or 4100 Bar. Highly recommend to dimensional, chill locals.“

“We went in search of the @losdoradosla truck and found it parked in front of La Cuevita. We ventured in at around 6p and discovered that it was still Happy Hour. My husband ordered an Old Fashion and said it was one of the best he’s ever had. I ordered a specialty vodka drink and it was refreshing. We’re definitely going back soon with friends!“
“I want to thank Donegan for his fantastic help in finding a commercial property for lease. He is a true professional and a genuinely great person to work with. His expertise made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Donegan to anyone looking for commercial real estate. Thanks again, Donegan!“

“Some buddies and I came here looking for craft cocktails. They did not disappoint. We ended up coming two nights in a row. If Grant is behind the bar, you’re in great hands. Let him do his thing. He’s truly a bartending gem. This place is lucky to have him.“
“I love this place. My Boyfriend robert works in the kitchen, he always gets me and my girls in for free and provides our drinks for free. The atmosphere is great as well as the music. I highly recommend this place.“
“Great ambiance/atmosphere inclusive of the music & friendliness/attentiveness of staff, especially the manager; appreciated the options for tea and the biscoff cookies served alongside
I would recommend this place to others and I'd be happy to come back here.“

“I don’t know much about LA and I was somewhat worried if The Echo would be located in a good part of town. To my pleasant surprise, The Echo was located in an area that felt like a small town. It was bustling with concert goers who seem to be conscious of everyone’s happiness and safety. The feeling of community was strong. The venue was small but comfortable. The staff were helpful. Venue doesn’t have a full bar so don’t expect to order specialty cocktails. Paid $500+ for this particular concert.“
“Golden Gopher is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and full of character. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail is just right. The food and drinks are top-notch—everything is crafted with care, and you can really taste the quality. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual hangout or a special night out, Golden Gopher delivers an exceptional experience every time. Highly recommended!“
“This is a great quintessential local bar. I've been here a few times. Doesn't get too crazy. good for people watching and a great spot to listen to some tunes. Drink decent beverages and feel like a rat with your friends or by yourself.“
“Traditional Taiwanese dishes served in a banquet setting. That’s a first - I have only seen Taiwanese food served in casual restaurants and cafes.
Menu is expansive and every dish we ordered tasted authentic. Best stinky tofu I’ve had outside of Taiwan.“

“Beautiful atmosphere for a delicate afternoon high tea and pastries. You start with two different teas and can switch them out later. The teas were flavorful and aromatic. We also had champagne and sparkling water. The live pianist was amazing to hear. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, able to answer all our questions.“

“This place really has its own atmosphere. The overall vibe is great, the alcohol selection is solid, and the bartenders are friendly and welcoming. What I liked most is that the place feels relaxed and comfortable. It does not have that aggressive energy some bars have, and it definitely does not feel like the kind of place where people are looking for trouble. The atmosphere inside feels warm and friendly.
The main downside for me was the music. It would be much better if the DJ played something that matched the actual mood of the place. When there are only two or three tables occupied, the music is still blasting as if the place is packed and everyone is waiting for a huge drop. That feels a bit out of sync with the otherwise chill and enjoyable atmosphere.
Overall, it is a nice place with a lot going for it, but the music choice and volume could really make the experience much better.“

“Pickle Beer, its what you should be getting when you come here. Maybe what added to this experience was when I had parked in the neighborhood behind the bars alley, in walking up the front entrance off of Los Feliz, the Pickle Beer van pulled up at the same time. That just peeked my intrigue right there and then. Plus, how can you not stop by a place named like this.
This is the East LA location as they have one located in Venice, CA as well.“
“Yesterday was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the high quality cuisine and fine drinks and with the decent charge. We will absolutely return there again.“

“Anarchy Library has a cool rock vibe. The cover is only $5 and drinks are cheap. The music is good. But it is very crowded with no space to dance. The men's bathroom needs more urinals and dividers. It is not enough for the crowd. Good prices but the space and bathroom need work.“
“Prepare to lick your fingers and close your eyes as you savor the Camarones Zarandeados! So good, so flavorful, so buttery and garlicky. Every time I drove through, I told myself I had to stop one day. Well, today was the day, and it exceeded expectations. Can't wait to try their other dishes. Yum!“

“Love neighborhood bars, and this one was no exception. I did not rate the food because we didn’t eat and I’m not sure if they have food or not. The drinks were great, the bar is lively and there was a DJ. Super fun vibes and great crowd. Reminds me of the pre Covid days. Everyone was friendly and talkative, buying drinks for each other with no drama. I went here on a whim with my friend after the Beyond the Grave pop up bar. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but places like this are my favorite. I will definitely be back! The bartender made a perfect Midori sour, which is actually one of those cocktails that seems easy to make, but can be easily unbalanced. Definitely some pool sharks which made for a good viewing“
“Seating is ridiculous at Union Station. I don't mind the cost of the lounge if I don't have a first class ticket. It's worth it to me to be comfortable and relaxed before traveling. Unlimited coffee, juices, and sodas. Comfortable seating. Big screen TV. Friendly Amtrak service and transport to your train.“
“This cheerful spot, inside a Koreatown office building, is a hidden gem. Everything is made fresh - there's not only Korean fare like bulgogi and beef sushi rolls but tacos, sandwiches, quesadillas, and much more. I especially like their bulgogi wrap. They're open late and serve beer, wine, and cocktails. Five stars!“
“Martinis have hair in the vodka. Not good for business. Bartender is rude“
“February 2023 we travelled to LA from San Diego for a weekend of delightful shenanigans and shows. I am a huge tea connoisseur and I adore going for high or afternoon tea. I found this place through a quick Yelp search and it had such a unique atmosphere and look that I couldn't resist. Was able to make a reservation through OpenTable.
When we arrived at the hotel...yes, Lilly Rose is located in the basement of The Wayfarer Downtown Los Angeles...we checked in with the concierge and were escorted downstairs. When we got off the elevator and entered the space all of our jaws dropped. The space is decorated so whimsically it was great. There was a fortune teller machine like the one from Big. There was a carousel horse. There was a rollercoaster bench and so much more. We were seated almost in the center of the venue in a private high backed banquette. It was a dreary rainy day so it was quite empty when we arrived but picked up about an hour after our reservation began. So the dreary, rainy day was wreaking havoc on the hotel and the heat was out in the venue so it was quite chilly. The manager who was helping us had a space heater that he let us point toward our table to stay warm. The chill didn't dampen our mood; we had enjoyed had an excellent time and experience.
Our server came over and brought a tea board with their featured teas for us to select from. I love those interactive tea boards. It's great being able to put your nose into the tea you're considering to see what the aroma and body of the tea will be. We each selected a tea and added on champagne to our tea. Our teapots arrived first and we were all happy with our selection. A short while later our tea tower was delivered to the table and had the best selection of tea sandwiches and savouries. As a regular tea attendee I've had a ton of different sandwich and savoury selections but it's always great to be surprised with others. We munched and chatted and took photos of the venue. The staff were friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable which always makes the experience that much better. Our sitting was for two hours but they didn't bum-rush us out. We were able to linger and sip tea and relax. Before we left our server was even nice enough to snap a few shots of our threesome. I can't recommend this tea enough. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Lilly Rose! I hope to sup with you again soon.“

“Great food. I ordered the chicken blt and chips and salsa. The salsa wasn't hot enough but ooh well it was good enough. Andrew the bartender was amazing. The karoke was nice. My only problem is the karoke host did not at any time wipe down any mics after countless people used it and with the drinks flowing and people having a good time like me that made me nervous. I wanted so bad to get up there and sing.“
“Doug, the owner/lead bartender is the HOMIE and will turn on karaoke if you ask. Never overly crowded!“

“Probably the nicest people that served me and my Valentine's date. the food was too good to be true! Everything was just amazing and definitely worth it thank you all so much! And the view was perfect! The staff was so nice and made sure we got everything we needed! unlimited champagne was great! I'll never forget that night thanks again.“
“Great and very cozy spot with nice music and cool people! Little bit short with stuff compare with scope of work! But I used to work in the same industry so apsolutley understand, but on the other hand to wait at the bar to ordet coctails (they are not cheap) and leave a tip at the bar - I think you should consider the price and service! Anyway, I had great time!“

“I have been to the Arena Sports bar at Commerce Casino several times while on business in LA. The food is very good; in particular I like the wet burrito, which is excellent if you get 1/2 red and 1/2 green sauce. The beer selection is good. Prices are not bad, especially for LA.“
