“This restaurant is a local gem! My friend ordered the food for us to share. The first dish she surprised me with was the Foo Young, and I wanted to take all the foo young home for my family to try! It was so yummy!
Their Vietnamese crepes are also made perfectly! We enjoyed the clay pot with all the mushrooms and veggies too.

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“The food here is absolutely delicious. Tastes authentic, great spice. The atmosphere is not as great… it was cold when we were there and the metal chairs and lack of decor make it feel a little unwelcoming and industrial. It could use some warming up literally and environmentally. But they made up for it in TASTY food!!“

“Love the different selections of meats available, perfect for when you can’t decide on what to have. The cheesy garlic bread is delicious. The cinnamon pineapple is our favorite part and why we keep coming back.

Lucas was super friendly and made sure we got the pineapple the second it came out.“

“Had our Saturday Thanksgiving with the family here and not only did they accommodate for about 30 people, but the service was excellent! Everyone who helped us was obviously a team player because everything came out seamlessly!

“Highly recommend their beef noodle. Freshly pulled noodle and consistent high quality with the broth and beef. Always have a better experience here than they sister shop in Fremont, and I'd prioritize a stop here every time I come to Concord. Other dishes are decent too. Can get crowdy especially during peak hours, so expect a queue!“

“Stopped in for breakfast. I had the San Francisco omelette with egg whites, country potatoes and sourdough toast. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend especially when you don’t want to go the Denny’s and IHop route.“

“Its a small little shop with no indoor dining but it's inside the Veranda shopping center which is phenomenal and has several small shops like this and offers several area to eat outside including a grass (that high end fake grass) where you can have a picnic. The staff was nice and helpful and the items we purchased were delivered quickly and responsibly priced.“

“There aren't enough stars to give this place. Family run and that's what you feel like when you go there. Buche, carnival, chicharones, chicken and ribs ( yes, ribs) are all outstanding. My neice comes back to CA from Austrailia and this is the place she wants to go. Even my buddy says it reminds him of how his grandparents cooked on their ranch in Jalisco. You absolutely will love this place. Do yourself a solid and get tortillas, they make them fresh every day.“

“This place is amazing! If you're missing Thailand or just curious about Thai food, you gotta check out Love Thai. So good, I can't believe it. This is my comfort food and the staff is great. It's a bit out of the way but I'll be making the drive. Nice little patio where I can bring my dog. Hidden gem almost in Clayton.“

“At this restaurant, I ate some of the most delicious Thai food I have ever eaten. I had a late dinner with my sons to celebrate my birthday, and i had the best time. This is a small family-owned restaurant where the husband cooks, and the wife, Clair, hosts. They are both very professional and coordial individuals. The place is small, but their food is full of flavor.

“Delicious food. They also have no spicy options for those that don't like spicy food. Those that do love spicy food, they offer different levels of spiciness. They also have like seperate chile trays.

“My first experience with the house of bagels, but in the late 60s, I attended high school with one of the sons and also had my first Onion flat. After moving back from New York and year 2000 I was glad to see that they were still in business, And that whenever I am in and around always without hesitation, stop by to pick up some bagels or two or three🥰“

“A one-of-a-kind hamburger restaurant made with fresh ingredients and meat, including gluten-free buns. They make hearty hamburgers & other choices for vegan lovers. Chicken and exotic menu available too. Really good thick fries, however, their onion rings and sweet potato fries are my favorite. Tasty homemade shakes too. This is a simple dining area with peanuts while waiting and an assortment of condiments to accommodate your meal. Unfortunately, Concord is their only location still in business for California.“

The sandwiches were not dry. We completely enjoyed our meal and had a very nice time together. I would highly recommend this place for both dining in and takeout.“

“Sooooo, my husband took me to this place because I’ve never been and wanted a really good burger. It had 4.5 rating so I took a chance. I’m glad I did. When we walked in we were greeted warmly. It’s a hole in the wall vibe but very clean. Our chef was Serena, and boy oh boy did she craft us an amazing tasting double cheeseburger. We even asked for a medium cook and she delivered. We also ordered the onion rings, French fries, and a pineapple shake. These are a MUST!

“Some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of fried chicken. I’d put Mr. Lee’s up against even some of the best of the bay like San Tung in SF. It really is that good! Get the Mr. Lee’s and Yang yum flavors! Go get some chicken and tell me I’m not lying here! The kimbap was also very yummy and perfect.“

It may take a while to get used to the healthier version of fast food, but think of it this way – it’s actually nourishing your body instead of poisoning it. The signature burger, made from organic quinoa and mushrooms is so much better for you than a burger made from meat. Same deal for the planet, with organic and 100% plant-based ingredients. Obvious major benefits to animals, society and the planet. • Organic ingredients. Again, benefits to the planet and society. • All packaging, down to the straws, is compostable. “The food was good as usual. It was not very busy for a Sunday but the staff looked tired and not very enthusiastic. They should enforce dress codes for servers. The floors were sticky when you walk into the restaurant. The water glassed were plastic instead of glass. The restaurant needs deep cleaning and freshen up the atmospher. You can see all the storage freezers when sitting in the dining room when they can be hidden with a decor curtain or a trifold divider. They don't bring the bill to the table or accept payment at the table only at the cashier which is weird for a sit down facility“

“A casual kinda place to go and eat. The food here however is delicious. The chow mein is so tasty!!! Loved the Momo’s too. I’m a big chicken tikka masala person and their’s did not disappoint!
My husband had lamb vindaloo which he really enjoyed also:) The garlic nan bread is one of the best I have had .
Portion sizes were good and we left feeling full and with plenty of leftovers.
This is probably my new go to place for Indian/Nepalese food.“

“Been here a few times, I see Japanese people eating here so the food must be good. Sushi rolls, hand rolls, miso soup, eel are good choices. It's hard to miss the plaza entrance to the parking lot as it's hard to see from the road.“

“I drive to the Concord location from Antioch because I don’t feel safe walking dogs or running errands in Antioch. I tried several other restaurants for burritos before settling here. Great chili verde burritos, always hot, fresh, pinto beans upon request, really nice people. Cinco sells enchilada sauce for people like me who like to make a tray of enchiladas at home to eat for a couple of fays. Reasonably priced.“

“We ordered large size Galbi and extra rice to share. It came with 8 Banchan (side dishes). There were the usual suspects: two types of kimchi, spicy fish cakes, spicy small dried fish, spinach etc. But there was a mung bean jelly flavoured with light soy and scallion dressing that I really like.
Galbi came on hot iron plate with cabbage. About four ribs cut into pieces. Taste is good but I think they used meat tenderizers. If you have been reading my reviews before I am against this practice which is common in Asian restaurants. It takes away the texture of the protein. Other than that, I will be happy to return to try other dishes.“

“Good, classic taqueria food in Concord. I had the Super Burrito and Nachos with carnitas - both were tasty and hit the spot, though nothing too out of the ordinary. Solid place for a quick, satisfying Mexican meal when you’re in the area.“
