“Visited in December 2024, looking for flaky fried taro dim sum.
When we inquired about the taro, we were told that they did have the dish. It was in the wrong form: steamed skin instead of fried with flaky edges

The steamed taro dumpling with ground meat is okay, not amazing. The right filling, but we wanted the fried ones.

We had just purchased multiple boxes of dim sum from 2 other shops so we didn't try anything else. Maybe next time.

“My go to place for sit in Rice and Noodle dishes. Duck is tender and not too salty like other places, also come with dipping sauce. Roast pork is crispy and not too fatty. Staff is friendly not like other place where rush you to buy and go.“

“I just love this place. The BBQ sauce here is to die for, nearly black, thick, and delicious. I get the pork ribs for a special treat after shopping at Kohl's, and it's one of those meals where you don't even want to talk to anyone because it would distract you from the experience of eating it. It's sinfully good.Also, the sauteed vegetables are fresh and delicious in their own right, which was a surprise after eating at BBQ places where all you get is a slice of white bread with your meat. Their iced tea is somewhat sweet, and I wish they had unsweetened, but at least it's not the kind that comes out of a coke machine.“

“Yes’s was recommended by a random security guard we asked while walking through Chinatown. The four of us were very happy with our meal. We ordered multiple dishes to try and they were all good. Beef with Chinese broccoli was our favorite. We al were pleasantly surprised with the prices. It’s not fancy so go ahead and lowers your expectations. We knew we were in the right place when it was about 75% older Chinese people eating there,“

“Food quality is really high quality. Love the fried fish when they have it. The black pepper spare ribs and very potato heavy chicken curry are amazing with white rice.

Not cheap but definitely not expensive. Two item with white rice is worth it for a couple small meals or a very large one.“
