“Paradise Dynasty – Truly a Dumpling Lover's Paradise! We absolutely love Paradise Dynasty in Costa Mesa and have been there at least once a month for past few months — it's hands down our family's favorite spot for dumplings! The variety here is incredible, especially for anyone who loves flavor and options. From the moment you sit down, you're welcomed with a menu full of creative dumpling choices that go way beyond the usual. As vegetarians, we're used to seeing just one veggie dumpling option on most menus — but not here! Paradise Dynasty is truly a paradise for vegetarians. There are tons of delicious veggie options, and each one tastes unique and flavorful. It's so refreshing to actually have variety! The noodles are just as impressive — each noodle dish has its own distinct flavor and personality. From spicy to savory to rich and comforting, you can really taste the difference in every bite. Nothing feels repetitive or bland. Our kids adore this place — it's their go-to dumpling restaurant. They always look forward to ending the meal with the warm, gooey chocolate lava buns (a must-try!). And for the grown-ups, the mango pudding is the perfect way to wrap up the meal — light, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. If you're a dumpling fan — especially a vegetarian one — this place is a dream. We'll definitely keep coming back again and again! Also the service is great and servers actually pay attention and come check on you. Definitely recommend!“

“I don’t claim to be a connoisseur in Asian cuisine. I do like fresh, variety, spices, sauces and appreciate courteous efficient service. My second visit. Was not disappointed. The wait to be seated is long. Would not have waited but one person in our group was visiting from out of state and insisted.“

“Love this place. First time here. Super authentic legit Soba / Udon place. All hand crafted. Chicken Tempura Curry Udon / Shabu Shabu Spicy Udon / Classic Tempura Udon. All fantastic. “It was my first time there and I was recommended a combination pho for all of us. An explained to me all the ingredients in there and how to pick the noodles. We went with the big flat fresh noodles. It was delicious. There was only one size and I couldn't finish it, but for the price of $14.50, it was really worth it. The waitress even offered to take a picture for our family, I love the food and the service here. She also recommended me the other locations of phoholic, westminster and stanton. I will definitely try the other two locations.“

“I’ve visited this grocery store several times (out of towner and only visit Cali once a year), but this is my first time trying Hokkaido Ramen. I kept my expectations low, since this is located in a food court, but I was surprised by the layer of flavors I could taste in this bowl of spicy ramen. By the way, THIS is the regular size, so I’m so glad I didn’t get the large size.

I liked that the toppings were served separately from the noodles and the broth. I could either dunk them in the soup before my bite, or eat them as is. The half boiled egg was soooo good with the spicy soup though!!! My tummy is so satisfied!

Granted it was a Saturday in the middle of the lunch rush, the wait was only 10 minutes. I’m so glad I made the right choice. FYI I was given a buzzer so I didn’t mind that my seat was on the opposite side of the food court.“

“Cashiers and managers are very helpful giving me a discount being a worker of South Coast Plaza Mall. All crews are greeting and friendly all the time. I'm happy that they let the to go order be done straight to the Cashier and not deal with a very long line of undecided customer . They let me do the half and half matcha and calamansi. Yesterday was not that great since Cashier misunderstanding me. I've paid 2 drinks yet got 1 free so I got 3 total for the price of 2. Not too bad“

“First time coming to this restaurant with my Japanese friends. It’s a small Japanese communities where we can get together eating and chatting! The staffs are very friendly and the head chef/owner is a very passionate person! And he was very accommodate-able person! Love it! 😍“

“Review: Singapore Noodles with Shrimp

I was pretty excited when this colorful plate of Singapore noodles hit the table—it looked like a spicy tangle of golden goodness. The vibrant yellow hue hinted at curry powder, and it didn’t disappoint. The flavor was bold, slightly smoky, and just spicy enough to keep things interesting without overwhelming the dish.

The shrimp were generously sized and cooked perfectly—tender with a nice sear. The noodles were well-stir-fried, not greasy, and had that satisfying springy texture. Bean sprouts added a fresh crunch and balanced out the richness, while slices of red bell pepper gave a nice pop of sweetness.

Presentation-wise, it came on a funky plate with Asian calligraphy that added a bit of flair. Portion size? Massive—definitely enough to take some home for later.

Overall, this dish was a winner. If you’re craving something savory, spicy, and loaded with texture, it hits all the right notes.
