“Truly a gem in the East Bay. It’s tucked away and easy to drive past (like I did the first time I went). They have a large variety on the menu ranging from pasta, to burgers, to Mexican food. I had the Jambalaya Cajun Pasta and my friend had Al Pastor tacos. The tacos were flavorful, and the pasta was very good and filling. Definitely recommend if you have a picky family and don’t want to make multiple stops for dinner.“

“This place is fire. Everything I've tried has been bomb - shrimp super burrito, aquachiles, fish tacos, chicken tacos, carnitas tacos. The fish tacos are something special. The owner (I'm assuming) is also the nicest dude ever. Definitely come through this spot!“

We came with our two year old so it was really nice to be in a kid friendly place. She made sure to bring out his food and drink as quick as possible to keep him happy which we massively appreciate 🙌 She said there was going to be a little wait, except the food came out faster than anywhere else we’ve eaten in town haha. We got the chicken wings, grilled pork bahn mi, pho, coconut prawns, a strawberry smoothie and a coconut smoothie. Everything was delicious, especially the wings. We unfortunately live in Calistoga so we can’t be regulars here but if we could, we would! Support your local restaurants working hard over greedy corporations any day!“

“Having been away from Richmond for over 25 years, I found myself home and looking for fish on Friday I went to where "Cutting Fish & Poultry" used to be.Thank God that Boulevard Fish had moved in.The catfish and oysters were amazing and not greasy, they were cooked to perfection.I had to return, and every time I'm home in the Bay Area I will be back.You will love Boulevard Fish, it's fresh, tasty, and filling.“

“This is a very good Mexican and Salvadoran food restaurant. I had the super burrito with shrimp. NO UP charge! for shrimp versus other meats. This is a plus over other restaurants. I also really like their green sauce. It has good flavor and not to Spicey.“

Nothing beat their savory noodle soups. I recently got the P5 Combination Phở Dặc Biệt 13.50 Eye round steak, tendons, tripes, brisket, fat brisket, & meatball. So good! So far highly recommended!“

“No frills Mexican restaurant. Small. There’s like three tables and three employees but the food comes out super quickly. Red and green salsas for free. You pay extra for chips. I had the quesabirria and it was great. $21 with a soda. $25 with tip. Satisfying. My coworker got tacos and they looked decent. She was pleased.“

“My wife and I went here with a couple who live in Pleasant Hills. Can’t remember what everyone had but I had sesame chicken, fried rice and an egg roll. We all had hot tea. I often order sesame chicken when trying a new (to me) Chinese restaurant as I have this often (or Hunan beef, Kung Pao beef/shrimp) and this gives me a basis for comparison. The sesame chicken was good. Service was good. I will probably go back when I am in the area.“

“This place has great sea food. The ceviche with octopus and shrimp is very delicious. The breaded fish comes with 3 fish and rice. This dish you can share. The shrimp cocktail was ok. The tomato sauce wasn’t that good. I ordered the jamaica drink and it was on point not too sweet or too sour it was perfect. We will definitely be coming back for more.“

“Showed up for our reservation and was given a short tour and option of where to sit. The large dining room was a bit too open, I think the room needs vertical lighting rather than all flush mounts. But back to the food and drinks- the cocktails were all so pretty and delicious. I had the Cacti kiss and Paloma, my husband the Cadillac margarita. All were fantastic. The guacamole was tasty. Could have used a few more chips. The best entree was the chicken taquitos. I could have had another plate of them. The steak tacos were tasty but the tortilla was a bit thin and fell apart. Don't skip dessert - the churros are the obvious choice. We didn't have extra time but i will be coming back and plan to order the corn bread. Overall a great date night stop, with plenty on the menu to look forward to coming back.“

“Very good. I'm not really a fan of Chinese food but my son asked it was his birthday and the place we usually order from was closed. I have to admit it was really good. I ordered chicken chow mein, fried rice, beef broccoli, sweet sour pork, sesame chicken, and gyoza. Everything was delicious hot fresh flavorful and quick. Keep n mind this was the 4th of July, they were open and the guy who took my order was really nice and attentive. This will be my new spot“

“I love Bamboo Garden! They have incredible lunch specials that could easily feed 2 people. My fave menu items are pork chow mein and chicken lettuce wraps. The food is always fresh and good quality. The staff is so friendly, too! Bamboo Garden has become one of my favorite restaurants and I love supporting them.“

“Great spot to come in and grab some Mexican food, tried 3 tacos with an assortment of meat; Chicken, chorizo, steak, and they were absolutely delicious. From the crisp ends to the flavorful tortilla these are great! The refried beans aswell were amazing and some of my favorites. Only thing bringing this review down is the below average rice, however great service and atmosphere are unbelievable for such a hole in the wall spot.“

I recently visited CJ’S and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The customer service was absolutely top-notch—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit enjoyable.
The BBQ itself was out of this world! Food had so much flavor, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The smoked meats were perfectly cooked.. I especially loved the ribs.. so good

The atmosphere was laid-back and inviting ..I also appreciated the great selection of sides and sauces that complemented the main dishes perfectly.

All in all, CJ’S is a must-visit for BBQ lovers. I can’t wait to go back for another delicious meal. Highly recommend!“
