“A great experience. We have been here about a dozen times and been to several other Brazilian steakhouse all over. This one is one of our favorites. The meats are tasty. They tend to start at rare when the carving sticks are fresh. If you want it cooked more, just let them know, and they are quick to bring the desired doneness to your tableside. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The cuts aren't prime, but they are seasoned well and all you can eat. I dont always like to cook so they are a great place for a treat and celebrations. Kids 6 and under are only $6!“

We, a table of Shandongese, loved them. The meatballs taste better after absorbing the soup. The whole-fish pancakes also have the flavor of my hometown, and the fish soup is like the braised sauce made by my mother after adding bean paste. Braised pork is also my favorite. You need to scan the code on the table to order food, and the robot delivers the food, so there is no tip. I went there twice and I can feel that the owner and his wife are very nice. There was a lot left over after 5 people finished eating, and together with half of the roast duck that was not in the picture, it was 189.“

“Came here for a pinball tournament. It's a very nice bar and has several separate areas where there also video games along the walls. The pinball machines are in the back area where the food pickup area is. I ordered a Maitai from the front bar and it was really nice. The pins are very nice too, and they are well maintained. Priced very well @.75/gm 3 for 2.00. I didn't order food, so I cannot comment, but it looked good.“

“We wanted to spend our Father's Day Brunch Shepherd & Sims, but a lot of the time we were searching for a server for our table. Not sure why, but the server took a long time to arrive at our table. We felt ignored. Finally someone in a suit (looked like the manager) stopped by to pour water into our water glasses, and said, "Let me get you a server." When the server arrived it took a long time for us to get our drinks. My father-in-law asked for some coffee. He had to get another server to get him the coffee, and when he did, it was cold, diluted, and it was obvious that it was the last 8oz from that coffee pot. The assigned server then got another pot of coffee and it was fine after that. We also had to ask twice that we wanted a side of mustard for my father-in-law's burger. It all ended up being okay, but we felt ignored for the most part. We love the food at Shepherd & Sims, but wish that the topic of conversation wasn't about the lukewarm service. Bummer.“

“We were weary travelers stopping by Scotty's in hope of a more chill vibe with some good food, and Scottys delivered! Our bartender, Sergio, was so friendly and fun! We got some inside knowledge about the town as we are from Oregon. The drinks were perfect and the food was top notch! I would have expected to pay a lot more for the quality of food and service we received at literally any of the surrounding places. We will visit Palo Alto again if only to go back to Scotty's as a new tradition! Thank you, Sergio, for making our anniversary dinner a great one! Someone give him a raise!“

“What a blast. I went down to Beefy's last night with my wife and a friend of ours for a dart tournament. There were at least 40 people chucking darts. Everyone was very welcoming as the dart community usually is. TBH, I got a little clostrophobic as there was nowhere to move after each throw. It was packed. Too many tables and chairs in the way The tournament was played on 5 boards simultaneously, and they have a practice board inside and outside. The boards were all lit very well with LED surrounds, and we used the provided tablets with DartsConnect app for scoring. Some people brought snacks to share. Priced seemed a little high ($8 Modelo draft) on drinks, but what bar isn't nowadays. There is plenty of parking in front and back. League Darts on Thursdays and tournaments on Saturdays. Overall, I had a very nice experience there and will definitely be returning.“

I think the nugs combo is a good bang for your buck because they give such a large amount of nuggets and fries. They taste delicious with honey and their special sauce and were fried to perfection. I enjoyed their cheeseburger as well and would get it again!
Just a heads up for anyone who orders the chicken salad, my best friend got it and it was a whole bunch of nuggets with what appeared to be a small amount of spring mix underneath and a side of ranch. She was a bit disappointmented, but she wanted a lighter meal, but it was too heavy for her.“

“We’ve been to this places twice for wine tasting in the past but the bistro didn’t open at that time. So we went on Sunday for special Mother’s Day brunch and give it a try. My sister is their member so we can order five different entries from their set menu. We had Shakshuka , Benedict eggs, avocado and salmon with bread , duck fried rice and special charcuterie.
The taste of all dishes are amazing. The duck meat is very well seasoned so it is not gamey at all .Shakshuka tastes like the one we had in Jerusalem.
Nice and friendly service. We can’t wait to come back again for their regular meal.“

Met my colleague.... Dropped some cash at a great bar that appreciates customers. Later had a great meal... Dropped more cash at Burger Bar next door. My fault for leaving Woodside that day!

“An interesting place to stop for lunch if you’re at Moffet Field. And it has a dog friend patio. The bar was closed on the Wednesday we went, but the grill was open.
This was apparently the former Officers Club building and sits across from the looming Hangar One.
Both the patty melt and Philly cheesesteak were tasty.
Don’t miss the Moffet Field Museum across the street.“
