While it may be off-putting as it is more expensive than the sandwiches in Century Mall, San Jose, though, to be fair, the higher pricing could be due to location, inflation, etc.Food: The sandwich bread is not fluffy or airy like at Duc Huong Sandwiches; it is the type that needs to be eaten right away, as it is hard. As for the meat, it tastes good. Other things to note are that the pickled veggies are a thicker slice, and the taste is very subtle and clean compared to what I'm used to eating. I don't exactly need to worry about the bread getting soggy or have to ask to put the veggies separately. If this is your preference, this could be your next favorite sandwich shop. “We are regulars at The Pho Cabin and have had it dozens of times because the broth here was so good. Last time we went there, something was off with the broth and noodles. The noodles were mushy and the broth tasted like salt water. It may have been just a one-off, but with so many good pho places in the area, we haven’t been there since.“

“Been here a lot (like once every couple weeks) as I used to work close by before the pandemic. Now after the pandemic, this place is still great.

It's clean. The food and service is good. People who work here speak English well and don't mess up the order with minor changes (unlike many other Vietnamese restaurants that you can tell they don't understand the order well and the food don't come out right).

“I love the broth!!!! I can tell that you must have braised the broth forever since the broth was so good. I was busy each time my husband wanted to take me so I asked him to buy to go. For $18.95 there’s pastries, fresh fruit, fresh-squeezed juices, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, breads, and even a make-your-own pho station (note: only chicken pho is available for this).

I was lucky to be seated right away (it took me 30 minutes on my last visit) To my surprise, they still maintain the good services and high quantity of food. The price has gone up to $20 for large bowl of #2. Service was simple, polite and quick. I received my bowl of noodle soup within 5 minutes. As always, the chicken broth is steaming hot and flavorful, with the aroma of garlic, onion, jalapeno, and basil.“

It's been a while since my last post, but once more I am here trying foods from different places and giving my humble opinion. This time I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious wonton noodle soup at Asian Fusion Phonomenal. As soon as you get your bowl of soup, you are greeted by a mouthwatering scent of aromatic herbs.
The combination of freshly chopped vegetables, savory shrimp wontons, and thin noodles simmering in a flavorful broth is one of the best I've ever tried in my visit to San Jose California.
